This mail is regarding my vehicle claim which are running with your company (Policy number :[protected]

In the month july-2019 my vehicle met with an accident and amount taken by garage with me was rs.50842/- while my policy showing add-on cover "motor secure premium" i don't know why and your representative never

Share any details with me.. Which is very surprise for me... Who they have calculated this amount?... Again this vehicle met an accident and this time total estimate is rs.1.87 lac and your representative again approaching to garage and confirm insurance company liability was up to rs.13500/- only.

My question is mentioned below which need to clarify.

1. My policy was running with you last 3 year so why the actual expense incurred by me was not payable?

2. Bill attached herewith only shared by workshop no one from company side has approached me how they have assessed my claim without knowing how they accident has been occuer.

3. If my policy is with all the add-on cover how can you deduct any depreciation at the time of claim?

4- as per workshop claim can pass only one side in one time... Can you brief accident definition? Or can you recreate the accident seen?

5. Audi workshop luccknow is very pathetic service.

    Dear Customer Care,

    I am an AUDI A6 User and would like to express my view how AUDI INDIA is and how their Service center and how they are mal functioning and ruining the name of Audi.

    I have been using the Audi A 6 past 7 years which is now 86000 kms been running but now the service centres are just mal functioning the customers with very high price, making problems in the car and then expressing then the said parts needs to change or else they cannot do any thing.

    Audi India has created a customer which is just for a name sake and cannot do anything the name says as customer care which means for customer but they are saying the words of Service centres and nothing else and also one of the executive told me he cannot do anything then why Audi India has created a CUSTOMER CARE its better you remove that and close that customer care and make it customer information centre.

    I sent my car for a regular service and on the receipt of the car after service i noticed that an error is showing on my cluster which says oil level is low so i immediately complained the service centre and asked them that you charged me for the oil change etc but why it is showing which was not showing earlier. Then they took the car back and after 5 days they said I need to pay Rs. 125000 to change the cluster so I am so upset that it was not there before service and after they service they deliberately make the programming in such a way that this error showing and now make money from the customer.

    At the outset so called customer care is also cannot do any thing after my complaint the service team relation ship manager is calling me and saying that this error was there past one year and now showing. Is it possible? Also she is claiming that we can get it verified but the question is from where ca i verify this? When i ask the same question to Audi India customer care they also says what the service centre says is right. What does this means, as I have all the rights to make sure what the problem is and get it verified but there is no answer with any one.

    It seems nobody at AUDI wants to address the concern and leave the customer at a mercy that either I pay or get read of the problem or i close the issue.

    This is the kind of service level AUDI INDIA is doing and your dealers are killing the Audi India Image.

    I wish i wouldnt have purchase the Audi and it is my worst decision to buy Audi Car now I am not going to recommend this car to any one and will also put on all the forums so that all the future buyers should understand the After sales service support that Audi India has.

    I also wish i would have been in Europe or USA where the law is such that the Audi India has a responsibility to answer.

      My audi q3 was sent for third periodical service to audi raipur on 15th of november 2019. While giving the vehicle we complained of low cooling of air conditioning. They delivered the vehicle on 16th charging around rs 40000.00. But it is very surprising that the workmanship of the service centre is very poor.
      The air conditioning has gone to its worst cooling even it was better before we gave for servicing.
      We have to travel around 300km one side for audi service now it will be very painful to go again.
      We request you to kindly send your technician and do the job at my place only at the earliest.

        I have extended warrantywith you. I would like to give mail trail to explain my complaint so give me link to upload that. Warranty was denied on flimsy basis without logically explained, also the abs sensor was defective for more than 9-10 times in last 2 years consuming more than 2.5 to 3 months in your workshop without any alternative given to me.

          This is wrt my car loan taken by audi finance last year with confirmation on mail that post 1 year i can repay entire loan without any prepayment charges as i was getting this scheme from sbi. Painful to share that even after sharing that mail audi finance people in audi south delhi have refused my request.
          Whom to complain for such unprofessional approach from audi finance.

            Dear sir
            I (Vikas s wayal) am the owner of an audi q 3 bought from jubilant motors pune in december 2018. On 25 th september 2019 our area was flooded. Our ground floor, garden and garage were all under 8 ft of flood water. We are in a very bad state. Our car needs to be towed out to the service station, for which we have been calling the service station also the call centre since the morning of 26 th september. We haven’t received any positive response from any one. We were lucky to get out alive with our kids from there. All our belongings along with documents are lost, drowned or damaged. We are dealing with a lot of stuff at a time. We expected cooperation from a brand like audi, but instead we were being harassed for details like registration number, chassis’s number and what not. We are still being told to call different numbers to get help. A technician visited put the car in neutral but he couldn’t understand or he failed to mention it to us that the rear wheels of the car were jammed. He did not inform the related people about it. We were asked to do so and he left without giving us any help. We have been calling all the numbers available but none have come up with a solution for us. After around 30 calls to various numbers given to us by your call centre or service centres a tow truck came on the 27 th of september. But was unable to tow the car as the rear wheels were jammed. Again after calling the call centre and the audi service station pune a lady working there had the audacity to ask us as to what to do now. We are already in a bad state of mind and have been thoroughly disappointed by the service provided by audi here in pune. Our neighbour’s cars like innova, maruti, hyundai were towed within 4 hour of the complaints in supervision of their individual technicians. We did not expect to have so much grief getting service from a brand like audi. It has been 5 days since the incident but my audi is still lying in the garage. Don’t understand wether the people working with audi are lazy or reluctant or jut incompetent to do the needful.
            Hope this mail reaches the right people and someone can come to our aid.

              Audi kolkata has taken the vehicle chasis no wauzlb8r3cy700238, engine no - cmg002702, 5 months back for service, and do the insurance claim. It has been so long there has been no good experience with the people working in audi kolkata, there has been a lack of communication, no responsibility, no intimation, no botheration and all you want to add on.... It has been very disappointing to know that a company like audi can have such a worst service ever, this indicates how bad the car company is that there is no monitoring for which the brand is falling in kolkata.in few days you have to remove the company from india. An kolkata.

              I appeal to the senior md and the head in india and germany please look into the matter very seriously and hand over the (Audi 5) chasis no wauzlb8r3cy700238, engine no - cmg002702 at kolkata audi service and the senior not bothered to even response back to hand over the vehicle in the condition it was given.. The vehicle has been dismantlement for insurance claim, as the insurance was from the owners side and had a rejection which was informed after 5 months of keeping the vehicle in the stock yard. The vehicle has been asked to be handed over immediately but till that it has not been handed over. They are just liers who have given false commitment and are asking money for the parked vehicle. I would report this the the top management and take a legal action if the vehicle is not handed over immediately in the condition it was given.

              I want the vehicle in the name of narma tenzing, audi 5, and please get me a solution. We will make sure if this is not solved on immediate effect we will take a harsh step against the dealer and the individual present. This is a warning on behalf of

                We have purchased audi q3 warranty on dated 9 dec 2017 and audi has promised to give claim for suspension repair work, when we gone for service audi has denied to give cover for suspension repair work and asking for repairing cost. As we we guess audi is cheating us he can't change any policy for exiting policy holder, if changing so they have to return our policy payment. This is our humble request to you kindly look in this matter and provide solution on urgent basis..

                  I have had pathetic experience dealing with AUDI staff. It's been more than a month that they are not returning my money. People involved are: Vikas Shekhar and Deepankar Banerjee. Now they have stopped responding to my calls or messages.
                  They are also using my documents without my permission to apply for loans at different banks. Audi gurgaon staff is FRAUD and UNRELIABLE.

                  I have been doing daily follow-ups since 15 days and they either keep on doing false promises or don't answer to my calls.

                  I would request you to take an immediate action against them.

                    I'm so disappointed with your service center.

                    I had dropped my car audi a6 carrying registered as kl 13 y 6314 oolong gray color
                    For more than a month.

                    The service center said as follows..,

                    1. The car is having an issue for gear box control unit.

                    *according to audi kochi service engineers request i agreed to rectify the said issue.

                    2. The clutch is also having some complications.

                    • this is my first experience by hearing that an automatic premium car is getting a clutch problem.

                    • thus i got concluded that if i didn't change the gear box control unit there will not be any issue for the clutch side.

                    3. I should pay the next year service cost in advance.

                    • i shall take this opportunity to remind you that i am not an electronic gadget which will move according to the command by human.

                    • this i feel like a joke or kidding that we should pay the next year service cost in advance, so you audi kochi is giving me the confirmation that there will be 35000 only for the next year service...?

                    4. Which ever parts being replaced we should pay 70% of the cost.

                    • why i should bare the rest 30%...?

                    • if so why i should i choose such a premium sedan instead of buying an indian brand..?

                    • hope you may try to understand the psychological aspect of such clients instead of financial backup.

                    • i know that audi is a premium segment so mostly their clients will not have any arguments or bargaining attitude because of of their financial and social statusco., but i won't belong to such classes because i am a business man from the root so i love to deal like this way.

                    I have consulted with my contacts and all were surprised to hear that an automatic premium vehicle got a clutch complaint.

                    Audi kochi have asked me to pay service amount in advance and you would provide 70%discount on clutch complain service,

                    I can't understand the logic behind this particular deal.

                    Please be informed that the whole issue came after the service by you on the gear box control unit. I'm expecting a quality service from audi the most trusted safety car in the whole world and so please get my issue resolved at the earliest without any delay. I feel that it's a privilege to a business men being an audi customer.
                    It's my humble request to don't spoil such customers by offering the above said like deals.

                    So i am expecting that you may clear all the issues without any expenditure from my side.

                      Audi india distributor (Audi new delhi west - elroy supercars pvt ltd) has collected premium for my a4 renewal on 6th april 2019 and has not issued the policy till today i. E. 3 june 19. Have made multiple visits to the showroom but no one is giving clear answer. The owner of the company mr. Manav ([protected]) is also absconding and not responding to my phone calls and whats app msgs although he is reading them all. Icici bank from where the renewal was to happen has informed that the cheque submitted by vendor against this insurance is bounced and therefore they can not issue the policy.

                      I launched a complaint to audi against complaint number 02252260 dated 28th may 19 and no respond from them as well.

                        I would like to logde a complaint against audi chandigarh as they are harrassing me by not giving me proper response & also not listening my complaint to resolve the issue. From last 10 days they have kept my vehicle in their premisses & after delivery problem is same as i have given my car earlier. My car is still in ex wry. Ch58 t 1690
                        Totally disapointed with the service as well with the product.
                        If this continues i ll not recommend any 1 to buy audi vehicle.

                          Sir Iam sorry to inform you for so long gap to about this complaint. I got a fake offer letter and appointment letter without any direct interview in name of audi uk. So please take action about this fake mails and fake persons.Because this kind of fake mail the job seeking peoples are irritated. I contact the mail and call him he asked Rs.50000 for visa process. Its totally fake.

                            Audi west delhi has taken claim against my car audi a6 (Hr06v0002) and took 42 days for repairing. They asked me for 11750/- approx after settlement of claim 70000/- approx.in which there is once piece which cost 35000 and remains 35000 is labour. When there is no solvage charged by insurance company.
                            He asked me to pay 11750 in which 2500 for insurance file charges and remaining amount is for labour charges which insurance company denied to make the payment.
                            So customer have to make the payment.
                            When i said that this is wrong if i ll pay the labour charges then wats the use of insurance.
                            He asked me for car dryclean and all free of cost
                            Audi west is fooling their customers.
                            I want my money back at my cost

                              Hi, i am a unhappy audi q3 customer. Been trying to escalate my issues to the top for a long time without any success. Still trying to resolve my issues internally before i take up my issues through a legal channel.

                              With in first 1-3 months of purchase i had tyre issues. Never got resolved by audi. I had to repair it by myself. Company was not responsive at all with any kind of support.

                              2nd issue i faced in aug 2018. Same very lousy response and rude behavior from local audi workshop. Tried to escalate but i was not able to.

                              Now i am thinking of taking a legal channel.

                                Recently i purchased audi a4 up16 by0055 from audi karnal on 17th aug, 2018. It has not been even 3 months the front right tyre of car is swollen above all the response received is unbearable. After many reminders one associate of yours mr ajeet came to pick the car on 24th nov, 2018. We shifted all the stuff to other car in front of our 2 drivers and the owner mr. Avinash himself was present till the time your associate departed. Except the swollen tyre everything was perfectly fine. But after 20 minutes of his departure mr ajeet called us and was giving us this stupid statement that the front mirror of the car is broken.in simple words he wants to say that the broken mirror of the car is not his fault and it was there before the took the car. May be he think that we are stupid enough that we will consider this silly statement. Its his and companies mistake that they have send some unexperienced driver who have damaged the car and above all asking mr. Avinash to claim for the insurance. We have complaint ms pooja for the same very next moment but the ignorance is unacceptable. Why we are spending such huge amount on the brand name if the services are so poor. We have invested our hard earned money who is answerable to this. Never expected such poor services and bad response from your associates.

                                Ms pooja one of your associate is so unprofessional and is making fool o[censored]s by doing wrong commitment. First of all she is asking us to send the original documents by courier how could someone ask such silly thing. Then she has send her driver or somebody to 70-80 km away from location to hand over the documents to complete the formalities and above all arguing with no point. I would not like to deal with her any more.

                                I am not going to claim any personal insurance. Its your drivers fault and your fault so you should give me the solution and a quick response.

                                  Recently i have purchased audi a4 from karnal showroom. It has not been even 3 months my front right tyre has bulged. After many follow ups they arranged a chauffeur to pick my car. Then after 20 minutes driver is sending me the pictures of cracked windshield which was never there before he took the car. Now they are asking me to claim insurance for their fault.

                                  I can't understand is this type service we are suppose to get with such big brand name. And till now i have not got any solution and above all my audi is in service centre from last 5 day.

                                  All they can tell me is to claim insurance for the fault there chauffeur has done and for the tyre issue they are claiming that we don't know if the tyres are of our company. God knows whats wrong with these guys. They are making fool o[censored]s and just lingering on with some or the other reason.

                                    I would like to inform you about the negligence of audi services for my above mentioned registration no. Audi car.
                                    Further i have to say that eariy on near about 1.00a.M., i was on the way from delhi to towards murthal but my car could not start after reaching eldeco county near about murthal. Then i called up many times audi customer care no. And audi service no. But i couldn't get any satisfactory answer from audi side. They promised for day time to call me up after 10.00 a.M. But till the moment i haven't received any call from there side.
                                    Then i called a local mechanic fir help me to start my car then i came to my home after spending whole night on the main g.T.Road. Waiting for audi service center call or any mechanic to come up for my help, but no one came to help me up.
                                    On the other hand i have called many times (karnal service center mr. Ashok and gurugram service center ) for my above mentioned audi q3 car pick up for service and insurance renewal but they are giving me false promises for tomorrow after tomorrow again and again.
                                    So now i am very tired after making a lot of calls to audi customer care no. And seeing their negligence so now i will not make any call to customer care also. And further if there will be any mishappening, then audi negligence will be responsible for that lose.

                                      Hello,
                                      Your audi motor employee mr. Bhawar khan not respond well to customer. I want to purchase baleno through him but because of her response i purchase this car from ganganagar which is 250 km far from bhadra. With this he dont give proper time to showroom whenever i went there then i always call me for discussion. And just because of him i wait 15 days and in the last i purchase my car from ganganagar.

                                        Dear sirs, i have an audi a6 from my company sesa sterlite whose basic warranty was until feb 2017 post which i have taken a 3 year extended warranty. I have been complaining to audi service centres about the issues in my vehicle for the past 21 months and it is still not rectified to satisfaction. On dec 17, 2016, when i first gave my a6 for 2nd servicing to delhi south okhla service centre, i complained about suspension noises. Audi okhla did not even acknowledge the problem after trials on feb 16, 2017 and insisted there was nothing wrong and even made me sign a statement that a trial was taken and nothing was found wrong. I want put it in writing here that i will never go back to audi okhla again for servicing or any thing to do with my vehicle. I then approached audi noida who were much more receptive to the issue and sent a technician to my residence who immediately acknowledged that there was a problem and it would be rectified free of cost. My car was taken to the service centre on april 18, 2017 and the right linking rod was replaced. However, the noises persisted and i sent the vehicle back to audi noida and i am sorry to state that all the noises still persist. I would like to state here that i am completely disillusioned by audi india and the quality of the vehicles produced. I cannot imagine a "luxury car" like the a6, costing rs 50 lakhs plus, having so many issues when till date it has hardly run for 13000 km. No wonder audi has slipped to the 3rd place among the german car sales ranking in india! Since i have patiently borne the last 21 months with several visits to audi service centre and still the vehicle is not rectified to satisfaction, i demand that the vehicle be replaced with a new one at the earliest. Looking forward to your urgent action as above.
