i drop my car Audi A6 RJ 14 XC 8200' on 27 feb 2017 but the Job card was open on 3 march 2017 i got msg on my mobile at Audi JAIPUR SITAPURA WORKSHOP for repair there is a check engine lights was showing for that company works manager took 3-4 days for checking up
my car was under warranty { AAP} SERVICE adviser told me that he need to get approval for warranty that will took again 4 days for approval after that he called me n says we have got an approval from Audi that now v can change the part under warranty n i m going to order the part which again took 4-5 days to cums mean while after they changed the part some other sensor stopped working they told me sir we have to again ask for warranty after 4 days they call me n said we got the approval from Audi we r changing the another sensor too so like this way they called me on 21 march sir ur car is ready u can take the delivery from us sent my brother to take the car as i was out of jaipur at the time of delivery v asked that do v need to pay any amount to the company THE SERVICE ADVISER REFUSED he said sir all the work has been done under warranty no need to pay any single amount . there after 8 days the SERVICE ADVISER CALLED me n my brother n says sir u have to pay for the work done . as v have not received amount from Audi ( work done under warranty )
i m surprised that when they r taking time for warranty approval n after saying v have got the approval u dont have to pay all work done under warranty so how do i pay for the work which was covered under warranty as said by the SERVICE ADVISER
n same problem is still now cumming in my cars again i send my car to AUDI they said please pay previous bill then only we will start checking ur car again . i m shocked this is how Audi Works is this is a way to treat customers my mobile no. is [protected]

    I bought the audi a6 matrix on january 25, 2017 just only five months old my car front right tyre got buldged i enquired this about the audi coimbatore and audi madurai showroom they told that tyre is gone it can't be done under warranty i use to drive my car smoothly only on main roads it's not fair and it should not happen for the new car which costs more than 60 lakh rupees if audi doesn't replace my car tyre under warranty then i am going to hire donkey and tie the audi a6 with donkey and going to make the donkey to pull the car around coimbatore and madurai showroom this surely will affect your marketing sales and service i am ready to face any consequences

      I own A6 in Mumbai, India. The car is 4 years old and to my surprise, I was informed that the shock absorber has to be replaced. I have acquired the parts required from Audi London. I have been infomed by Audi Mumbai West & Audi Mumbai South that they will not assist me in getting these fitted as the parts have been acquired in London.

      SInce I was not aware of this policy, Iam now stuck with the parts bought by me in London. I am looking for a solution to this issue & I do not want to give my car to an outside vendor to replace the parts.

        I own car q3 rj - 19 cg 0809. This car was purchased form jaipur show room on march 2016. After one year of purchase i came to know that tyres of my car are manufactured in year 2014. Then i started to find out reasons for this and it was surprising for me that audi jaipur has cheated me by giving old car. I have mailed you all the matter but there was no response from your side in writing. Only i made calls to many people in audi jaipur as well as udaipur. All persons reply met that they are trying but no one can satisfy me. After some time these people started not to pickup my phone. This was not good behaviour. At last one person send me a msg. Into this he said that they are helpless and can help me. Now kindly reply me (1) is driving is safe with these 3 years old tyres (2) what was support or inqary of audi for my mail regarding selling of old manufactured car in new car prise.           Dear sir
          i have purchased one audi q3 from your dealer kamal auto tech p.Ltd
          dated 30.3.2017 invoice no kapl/2016-17/143 in the name of sanjay jain jaipur vehicle regd.No rj14wc-2481.

          While taking the delivery in evening i have notice that the right side back door have one big scratch when i told this to mr sandeep he told me that they will change door. I remind them so many time but till date they have not take any action in this case. Photo is enclosed

          while taking the delivery of vehicle a check list should be sign by customer but mr sandeep him self put right on check list and told me don't worry we are here.

          Vehical number plate also not given by your dealer i my self collect it from rto of jaipur at my own cost and waste my one day.

          While signing the loan agreement mr sandeep told me that if i close my loan after one year their will be no closer charges, but when i received loan agreement, its clearly written that 3% on outstanding principle amount will be deduct mr sandeep give me wrong statement/commitment.

          When i received my insurance documents where i check that chassis number is wrong. This i informed to mr sandeep but till date he did not take any action/reply to me.

          Regarding the rc of vehicle dealer collect my rc from rto office and till date they have not delivered to me.

          After delivery of vehicle till date no body from dealer side give me the demo of the vehicle

          a form of dealer rating is to be sign by customer but till date no body contact for this .

          So its my humble request to take serious action against dealer and mr sandeep otherwise i have no other option to take leagel action against audi india and kamal autotech.

            Dear mr abhishek,

            I am both surprised and appalled to receive your attached mail, which blatantly accuses me, as a customer, of practicing deceit.

            It is unfortunate that to cover-up a current lapse (Amongst a long list of previous ones) on part of your own dealership, you have tried to subvert the real issue yet again.

            My intention during my earlier tele-conversation with you was specifically clear the blame ‘put on record’ by you and your workshop that my car has been tampered with by some local service station.

            I had clearly informed you during our telecon that the audi in subject is my personal vehicle and that i have never sent it for repair anywhere other than your audi dealership. There is, therefore, absolutely no question of its wires being tampered by some local service station. Isn’t it common sense too that a customer who spends millions on buying a vehicle will not jeopardize its performance by taking it to petty service stations for minor repairs!

            I had imagined that my word would be enough to convince you that my car was not ‘tampered with’ by any outside agency. You, however, have chosen to counter a simple fact with a bunch of log details and a string of cover-ups. You have further tried to evade and cover the issue by quoting me siam guidelines, mentioning previous job cards of the car, and detailing me various so called rules and guidelines followed by your dealership.

            I am further appalled by the fact that, in spite of my repeated requests, you refused to give me the contact details of service head of audi india. You even mentioned that you would sneakily get the car fixed free of cost at your dealership if i avoided talking to your higher authorities. Worse, you have tried to intimidate me by stating that not only your dealership – even audi india and audi germany will never go against your observations and decision.

            It appears that just because i wanted to discuss/share this episode with audi india, you presumed that all previous blunders, lapses and oversights on the part of your workshop (Which of course are also on record, and for which you and shrikant have apologized from time to time) would also get discussed.

            It is a matter of grave concern for me that in a bid to justify your own service report, and to hide the incompetence of your own dealership, by adopting a holier than thou attitude regarding the service standards of your own dealership, you have branded me a liar. Unfortunately, while cleverly marking copies to all your seniors claiming ethical practices, you have overlooked certain crucial facts within your records, which i will now only share with audi india so that certain concerns are brought on the table.

            I once again request you to forward me the details of audi india service head.

            In the end i wish to advise you to be “head.. Customer care ” and not “head... Customer scare “.

                I am from Tirupati. I travelled to chennai to give my A4 - AP03 BH 7799 for service at Audi Chennai for which I had taken prior appointment before 5 days.

                I get back the car at 9.20 pm and travelled back to Tirupati. After reaching my place I realised that the external and internal cleaning is very horribly done. And the back seats were completely detached and not fixed . I totally do not see any reason as to what the seats have got to do with a service. And the charges are so heavy including all the cleaning liquids and waxes .

                Now how am I to get my seats fixed.
                Please look into the matter asap.

                  I have an A4 which was given for servicing 3 months back. They claimed the insurance amount . Now I had an accident for which the vehicle is under servicing and the service guy says you have an old suspension complaint which we have to look into and it won't be covered under insurance.now if the suspension was damaged earlier then why was it not repaired earlier when you have claimed the insurance. They say we have sent to Audi office but no response has come. This is highly unprofessional behaviour and cheating. They are claiming from insurance and not completing the work and are charging separately from the customer again

                    We had paid for extended warranty while buying Q3s Regn. No-UK08AE4444 from dealer Zenica Cars India Pvt. Ltd on 22.09.2013 vide Invoice No- Zenica 13-14/000602. The dealership kept our money for more than three years and when we needed the repairs it was told that the extended warranty was never given against my vehicle no UK08AE44444. When we contacted the dealership first they refused to accept their fault and later refunded the money . It seems that the dealership is habitual of eating customer money in name of extended warrant . if we would have not needed extended warranty the dealership would have eaten our money . Now the other dealer has refused to do the repair as they say we have to ask the dealership who gave us the vehicle . It shows that audi india and their dealers are into fraud practices and cheating customers .my contact detail are [protected].

                      This is in reference to Mr. Varun Jasra, at Audi Central, New Delhi. This is my first request to you to ask your dealer mentioned above who took RS 200, 000.00 under false pretence, as a check from me and later started to black mail me in reference to my request to him to apply that amount to A3. He has been playing around with me for the last week or so. I have no vehicle and out of my pocket RS 2 Lacs.
                      Before I take this matter to the consumer forum, I am requesting Audi India to intervene and get me my money back. I am not interested in your vehicles anymore.

                        Hi,
                        I am S Renjith Lal from Kerala and owner of Audi A6 Premium Plus bought during 2012 from KP Cars Kochi, Kerala. All through the 4 years of experience I was getting good support from Audi India.
                        Last July 19th night 11.15 my car met with an accident, A Mahindra Scorpio came and hit head on from wrong side. Same Night My car was shifted to Audi Service canter at Kochi.
                        Estimate was prepared in 5 days time which came to 20, 48, 000 / -, well intimated to the insurance company. Invoking section 1 of the policy insurance company went for a total loss as the IDV after depreciation is only 25 LAKHS. This was intimated to me after 65 days.
                        Around 60 days from the date of accident Audi Cochin revised the estimate to 27 Lakhs plus, when I checked they said that if there is crack in the casing of the engine there will be an additional cost of 6.5 Lakhs. I enquired whether they checked manually regarding the crack, replied it will cost INR25000 for doing so and even communicated that they have send the photographs to Audi India and they suggested not repair the car, As there might be a hair line crack even though it is not visible by naked eye. Then I decided not to repair the car.
                        NOW COMING TO MY GRIEVANCE
                        I am selling the car as scrap outside, now service centre is asking RS 500 per day as rent for parking the car and 3% of the estimate value for not repairing the car. This comes to RS 1130000 /- during September 23rd. I asked for a discount, as I am losing my A6 on a peanut price. The estimate was only 20 Lakhs, Additional 7 lakh was kept on an If condition, that if engine case is broken the cost will increase. Total estimate was elevated as I checked outside premium car care centres, they said around 12 Lakhs with Audi genuine parts. And per day Rs 500 parking charge in Kerala is just too much as even Airport parking is charging much less.
                        After few negotiations they agreed to waive off the charges by 50%. I was expecting the mail from the service centre. Mean while, as I am comfortable with Audi, I wanted to book a new A6, Only after disposing the old car and settling the Loan and Insurance.
                        Till last week I did not get any communication from them. I went and met Mr Thomas of Audi service on 8th of November, He said they will give discount only if I book new car, which I felt almost like black mailing. I asked them to put what so ever in writing. Today they gave me a mail
                        Parking charges – 111xRs.500/- = Rs.55500/-.
                        Estimation charge [3% of estimate] = Rs.81300/- [based on the elevated invoice]
                        Total amount will be Rs.136800/-
                        After special discount, the final amount to be paid is Rs.110000/- (If settled on or before 10th Nov.2016)
                        They have wilfully forgotten the 50% waiver agreed. Total Attitude changed, compared to last 4 years. Waiting for a positive note on this issue.

                          I own a Audi Q7 purchased in may 2015 from KANISH MOTORS (AUDI KARNAL), there has been a regular problem in the car since i have purchased it .
                          I purchased Audi Q7 in may 2014 as well and there was a problem in its ambient lighting which the company couldn't repair it in year. The car visited the workshop several times and even for months it was in the workshop but the engineers couldn't resolve the problem and finally the company made me a offer of changing my car in may 2015 (without insurance, without registration). the expenses of insurance and RC were paid by me again for the new car which Audi gave me which amounted to about 6, 00, 0000/-.

                          In July 2016 the same problem occurred again in my new car which was occurring in my previous car. there is no response or service from Audi karnal regarding the same and i have filed a case against them in consumer forum which is still going on.

                          Now recently my car windscreen got cracked( a minor one) so i decided to get it changed by Audi Karnal. The car went for the same and the fitting of the wipers and the interior casing of the windscreen was not made properly(a major safety concern), in addition the whole exterior body of the car was rough like bonnet, bumper, windows, roof etc., which could not be removed by washing or rubbing .On operating the wipers the wipers suddenly broke in front of their service head. he requested me to send the car again to the workshop and fix up these problems. the car already remained in the workshop for 2 days. the workshop is 100kms from my place (YAMUNANAGAR).
                          the expenses of sending the car again and again were paid by me.

                          I got my car serviced two months back and at the time of service they did not do tyres rotation which was mandatory .
                          and due to this i am facing problems in my car nowadays due to the humming sound from the tyres even on low speeds. their service head visited me yesterday and he told me tyre rotation has to be done and please send the car to the workshop again (100kms).
                          i told them to take the car and fix up the things and return me . the expenses would be made by them because they did not do it at the time of servicing, for which they did not agree and replied me rudely for the same today that i[censored] wish to send u can on your expenses otherwise we can't help you.
                          My car stays more often in workshop than at my place and there is no response or any kind of help from Audi after having these many problems. MD of Audi karnal doesn't have time to speak to us as he does not answer our calls and the employees do not behave well with the customer . These people do not provide proper after sales service.
                          I want some action to be taken against this dealership or i have to go legal regarding the same.

                            We booked an appointment in Audi Gurgaon for pre-due service and they sent the driver to pick up the car (Audi A-4) UP 16AE 0101 on 26th July 2016. The car was handed over the service workshop on the same day. When i handed over my car to service center representative the car was in good condition. From 26th July 2016 to till date my car is in Audi service center Gurgaon because the engine of the car damaged during servicing. This car has only covered around 35000 kms so far & there is no question of any kind of damage in engine. I am hundred percent sure that was completely fault of service center. I am suffering a lot without my car. I have attached a letter which was written to Audi Service Center. I want Justice. Please take action immediately.

                              Audi India.
                              I have been facing this problem every time when I have to sent my A6 for servicing. I have been requesting your service provider to go as per the schedule provided by "Audi service schedule". I have been receiving this same reply that the schedule is for Audi globally, and not for India. I understand only one aspect, what ever service schedule provided by Audi states has to be adhered and service to be done accordingly, if there is any different schedule for India then the same needs to be in the schedule provided by Audi.
                              Hope this matter gets addressed immediately.

                              Request you to look into my all the conversation being happening with your service center in Vadodara. Since your email id states, "customer first", I hope you will definitely look into the imbalances here.

                                I had purchased an Audi A4 2013 and kept it like a child and few days back I had horrific experience that My Audi A4 steering is jammed all of a sudden with no hit signs found on the car both by my Insurance surveyor and the audi service staff, after Web browsing I came to know that there are hundreds of these complaints, and the dealer is giving Rs. 3, 00, 000 amount of bill,
                                So I want to know that Audi is selling defective cars as also the car is showing the word ( Defective Steering Do not Drive ).

                                  Sir my name is Himanshu Patel n I reside in Ahmedabad, thaltej. I Owned Audi A4 premium plus s line on 29/07/2014 n deal was done with abhayjit
                                  I gone through very worst service by Audi Ahmedabad since last two months which is as follows
                                  1) I called Audi Ahmedabad sales person who is having mobile no. Of Mr. Abhayjit for replacement of my Audi A4 with Q3 n for that a surveyor came for valuation of my old car n was told that I will be informed by sale person with the offer within two days but I dint received call for seven days so I called him again n he told that he was in training n will contact me after two working days but still I dint received call for more 10 days so I called Khushbu bhojnani for same n informed the whole matter n she told that I will receive call from another sale person by evening n I received a call n was informed that he will come with deal next day but than after 10 days passed but no body has time to do follow up

                                  2) 3 days back my car was showing engine maintenance single n I called mr Amrish n he informed me that our service person will call within 10 minutes but dint received any call so drived my to workshop n complaint for the same to khushbu bhojnani n my car was taken for check up n was put on hydrolic ramp n mr Amrish n mr BHAVESH told me that they have to remove bumper n other parts to check n will give estimate for the same n if I don't go for repairs than I will have to pay 15% of the estimate so refused n showed my car to other well managed work shop n he just scanned with n electronic device n told me that there is only problem with turbo jet sensor can be replaced easily I don't understand why that scan was not done by Mr. Amrish or Mr. Bhavesh instead they threatened me with a cost of 35000 to 1.5 lac

                                  3) my car met with an accident with a dog on highway in first week of August were my bumper n grill n fog lamp were damaged n work was done in Audi work shop n insurance was claimed for the same n when I received my car with work done I fount some cable was hanging out of grill n was not washed properly n also colour work was not done satisfactory so called to the concern person who took this job Mr Bhavesh n he told me to come next with car for remained work done so what is the meaning to deliver car without doing final check up so I argued with him n collected my car again n delivered

                                  4) a week back a bike crashed on my parked car n I called Mr. Bhavesh to collect n repair the damage work n he replied that there r no driver today so will collect tomorrow n I waited for two days but he dint arranged I have to go again with other well managed work shop to repair my car

                                  Is Audi Ahmedabad is interested to deal or I go to other make as I m also getting least interest if this type of services r to be carry on
                                  I was very happy with your old staff Mr. Nilesh n Mr. Abhayjit but now your replaced staff is putting down image of Audi service day by day

                                    This is the biggest mistake of my life that I have purchased this dead dragon so called prestigious Audi Q5 which has been a nightmare since my purchase.

                                    Something went wrong in my car when I was travelling at night on the way and my car stopped, somehow I got it towed to the agency ( Sterling Vehicle & Gen. Sales, Noida ) where service advisor suggested the replacement of Fuel EGR, which has already been replaced by the same agency few months back and within this short interval of time again the same problem encountered and I have been asked to repeat the same procedure again. The reason behind the occurrence of problem in the above mentioned part as described by service adviser is fuel adulteration, which is impossible as we own our personal fuel station.

                                      Dear sir/mdm,

                                      I like to inform that i am an audi user since long. I was using audi model tt coupe previously, later sold it off and bought audi rs-5 bearing registration number mh-04-gz-0810.

                                      Recently my car after given for servicing to m-square automobile pvt. Ltd. At their turbhe workshop, navi mumbai developed problem in the gear box, specifically to say for reverse gear. I sent my vehicle back mentioning the said problem and have paid on a/c rs.1.5 lakh to m-square.

                                      Later on 29th of july 2016 m-square and audi after sales manager informed me that my car while taking test drive has been met with an accident, driver is completely safe but the vehicle was completely crushed. My vehicle has been completely killed by m-square on 29th july 2016. There has been only talks but no support or my grievance has been attended. Neither standby vehicle has been given till date.

                                      Hence request to look into the matter in all seriously.
                                      I feel sorry to say that but due this attidute and incident my likeness for audi brand has been lost.
