Hi, i m rashmi from chandigarh. I bought audi a4 in april 2017, though i booked in december 2016. The tyres manufacturing year on the print is 2015. It is not even 10000 kms and not even 6 months since i told audi chandigarh people that the tyre has blotted. We have a merc since 2013 and there's no problem in tyres till date. I told mr. Taran at [protected] to replace the tyre as committed by the company, but they bluntly refused. I want a tyre replacement immediately or else i will be forced to take a legal action.

    I purchased my q3 from cochin kerala in march 2014. I took extended warranty for 3 years in march 2016. My main issue is that the car was send to our workshop on an emergency basis more than 10 times during the last 3 and half years due to 1. Defective electronic stablisation control.
    2. Defective abs
    3. Defective engine management system
    4. Defective emission control system.

    Our workshop is located 200 km away from our residence and every time the car is taken to cochin, it causes a lot of inconvenience because i am a medical professional. My car was last send to cochin 2 weeks back for problems with esc/abs it was claimed to be rectified and send back in a days time. Since the last one week i have problem with issue (3), and (4) mentioned above. The car is not all smooth to ride and there is problem with the acceleration.
    I spoke to the workshop person in cochin mr. Girish. Many times but i have not yet received an answer even after 3 years as to why a car for which i paid so much of money could cost me so much pain.

    I had purchased extended warranty for an amount close to one lakh,. I would like to know if this matter is not taken seriously by the workshop because of my prepaid money.

      Dear Sir,

      I got my Audi A4 serviced at your Chandigarh dealership on 20th Nov 2017. It was third service of my car. On the very next day, when I took my car for driving, its Steering Assembly failed suddenly and I was stuck! To my utmost trouble and anguish, the car had to be mounted on a truck and brought back to Chandigarh showroom in the middle of the night. I am really surprised by the sudden failure of my car's steering system! It puts a big question mark at Audi's build quality. My car is not even 4 years old and has barely done 10500 Km, has been used with utmost care, and its steering assembly failed! Which has unnecessarily put me into deep inconvenience and monitory loss.This is not acceptable. I expect you to raise my concern to the highest level and suitably compensate me for the monitory loss.

        Respected sir/madam i feel very very bad to share this type of information to u as i am a proud owner of audi a4 and being i am insurance employee and having so many executives under me for insurance i preferred audi company insurance before the date so called person from hyderabad called me nearly so many times everyday for paying insurance with them but soon after one day after giving the cheque to them they even not bother to lift my call and answer me what has happened to my car since i called them nearly 10 times in 2 days they even not attended my cal and not bothered because the payment has done and in this regard i am very hurted and learnt a lesson not to go for insurance from audi once again i just want to bring this matter to the higher official so that in future they will look into this if they want to keep audi higher in position

          My audi q7, 4 years old was serviced on by krishiv motors pvt. Ltd. I ended up spending usd 4750 on the servicing of the car as i was told that the oil tank is leaking. The car was released after 4 weeks of it being in the service centre on 5 september 2017. Post this the day the car only worked for one month. On 12th october the light in the dash board turned on without any reason. I was told by the service manager at audi nothing to worry and to continue using the car. The next day, 13th october, the car did not switch on and since then the service engineer has been requested to send someone to start the car. On 20th october service engineer sent across his mechanic with a spare battery, but the car still did not switch on.

          It has been 11 days the car has been stationary. I want audi company's help in resolving this matter. I earnestly look forward for a prompt response and resolving the issue with my car.

          I can provide the bill of servicing of krishiv motors if required.

            Hello sir

            My name is pankaj karia and my audi a4 car no is mh 14 df 6731.

            I had given my car for service on 19th aug at audi santacruz workshop as my car had tyre burst. My car was towed to the workshop for the same. It took a week for the insurance to be cleared and i had waited for that.

            After that due to water logging what had happened at audi workshop due to heavy rains. The workshop person mr rajan told me the car has been damaged due to water logging and i will have to wait for 3-4 weeks. I waited and didn't say anything.

            Now it's been 3 months and still the person is saying i will have to wait. But sorry to say now i have lost my patience and can't wait anymore. I have my wedding on 1st november and now i am without a car. I have been calling mr rajan and mr jude at your workshop but still they are telling me that they still don't know how much time it will take more. What's this type of answer i don't understand???

            Last week i had my office exhibition for 3 days and i had requested them to give me an audi standby car as it was difficult for me to travel at my exhibition everyday. Still no reply.

            Is this the customer service which is provided to audi customers?? This is the worst experience which i have ever faced from a premium company like audi. I never thought so.
            I have a mercedes also but never got this experience from them also.

              Sir, this regards audi a-6 registration no mh 15 ff 6326, we are based at nashik - maharashtra.

              Background:
              1. The car was sent for replacement of display unit and fuel tank flap on 12.10.2017 as both were surprisingly stopped functioning. How such important parts of a world renowned car like audi fail within a span of 1-2 years? The dealer in nashik did not have these spares and had to be procured from germany that took approx. 15 days - we register our complaint regarding the quality of spares also the availability of spares at nashik location.

              Further we had informed the local service station to check "air pressure" in the right-rear tyre"as it seemed low visually.
              During taking delivery of the vehicle on saturday, an invoice was handed over to us mentioning that the"tyre pressure "was adjusted - pl refer repair - invoice no nak170598, date 12 oct 2017

              The very next day in the morning it was observed that the same tyre was"flat"- that means it was puncture and your people did not bother to check the early day

              Our complaint:
              This is total negligence of work, why this has happened? Either no one took interest in attending this issue, just filled air and handed over the car. We had lot of inconvenience, this is not all expected from audi.

                Audi a3 bought in june 2015 from ranchi. Suddenly the car did not start yesterday morning. Contacted excide battery help line, they visited and checked the battery and reported for replacement.
                I fail to understand that i did not get any indication of the battery weakness and it suddenly failed one morning. There are so many features and indicators in the car but what is the use if timely indicator is not flashed.
                Had this event happen while on trip, it would have brought me in great inconvenience.

                  My above mentioned vehicle suffered many major breakdowns during the last few years including engine functioning and was serviced at cochin and kozhikode. This is unheard of a vehicle of this level and i could not even any such incidents in any audi vehicles ion the past. I wish you to analyse the serviced record of my vehicle. I request the company to arrange for a detailed evaluation of my vehicle by a team of automobile experts and to inform why such repeated breakdown happened and to find a permanent solution. I strongly feel after discussion with many of the automobile consultants that this occurs only due to manufacturing defects and it is the legal right of the customer to have a trouble free vehicle. Many of the services incurred very expense and the necessity to visit the service centers so frequently is unacceptable. I request for your evaluation and necessary permanent solution for my complaints at the earliest

                    Hello,

                    I can see the customer care email address is "customer - first", but is it really happening in reality?

                    I have audi q7 which was sent on 31st aug 2017 in your audi workshop, turbhe, navi mumbai.

                    First of all audi has a well earned brand name and its a most trusted luxury cars brand all over the world. So when we decided to buy a suv, audi came 1st in our mind. We were having such a lovely experienced till our car got conked off in the middle of the flooded road. We didnt expected this from audi at all as the water was not even reached inside the car when doors were opened.

                    Our car is still dead and lying in your one of the reputed workshop. We have been informed that the car is beyond repair and we have to coordinate with our insurance company and we can settle with some amount. We don't want the amount but we want our audi repaired.

                    Our question is "is it really the audi" we are talking about? The brand which we trusted with our so hard earn money.

                    We were thinking of buying audi a6 for my daughter, it was a surprise gift for her birthday but audi has surprised us.

                    I hope to get some response and better service from audi.

                        Dear sir/ma’am,

                        This is ruchi from bombay, india. I bought my audi a6 in december 2015.in a years time, maybe november or december 2016 i had sent my car to the company to be checked, since i saw some black fluid coming out from the right front side of the car. The car was sent back to me as it is, saying i was just being paranoid and nothing was wrong. When i went to the petrol station the local mechanic told me there was an issue with the suspension on seeing the way the tires were worn out, but the company staff wasn’t efficient enough to rectify the problem.

                        Last to last week i sent my car to the company for the same reason, this time only more serious. Suddenly a loud noise started coming from the front right side of the car. It’s been almost 12 days now since the company has my car, the first few days they couldn’t identify the problem in the car, after maybe a week they realised that the issue is with the suspension. The parts for such a new car is not available since a week and an order has been placed for the same. They are only going to change the right arm of the car, but for a smooth drive they should change both the right and the left side together. They are compromising on the services.

                        It’s been just 2 years and the parts are already not available here in bombay, will i be able to use the car for the next 10 years?

                          On dated 5.09.2017, the front screen of my car had been shattered and i had complained about the same to mr. Suresh (Contact no - [protected]) & mr. Bisht. They people said the front screen of this model is not available in the stock and it may take 4-5 working days to come.

                          But till now there is no response from your workshop (Okhla) and they are saying the same thing. So, these types of action are not expected from a such reputed brand or company.

                          Please resolve the issue as soon as possible.

                          We have given this case to audi service center at Kalina Mumbai as the AC was not properly working but it is more than 10 days and there is no revert. They are not able to correct such a small problem and giving miscommitment every day. The service manager is Jatin and his junior is Sumit.

                            I own audi q3 car. Car number is mh12np4556. Three weeks back, while travelling i found the smoke from bonnet. It was observed that there is leakage in return fuel pipe and same told by service peson. After repair they charge for the pipe. Actually i have purchased the vehicle in november2016. Item come under warranty. According to me it is design fault and audi shall replace it without any cost. But they have charged. Repair was done at audi south mumbai service station. Please do the needful. And refund the same amount

                              This is to inform you that we purchased a new audi a6 on 26th of june 2017 from your dealer kanish motors pvt ltd, karnal. Unfortunately, we had a very bad experience with the vehicle on 9th, july, 2017 when its wind shield glass busted with a loud noise. This incident happened when the car was parked at our residence and glass suddenly busted in front of security guards and driver. This is a matter of high concern as it could have hurt anyone around the car.
                              We complained to the dealers about this incident and they sent a service team who inspected the car. We were really appalled by their behavior that instead of resolving the issue they tried to make false excuses. At that moment they told to send the car to karnal which we agreed mutually but after few hours they called back and changed the statement. They said that they will not be able to handle this issue and asked us to take the car to audi gurgaon. However, when we sent the car to gurgaon workshop there were already a lot of similar cases out there.
                              We own cars like porsche, range rover, mercedes and bmw but this kind of problem never occurred in these cars. We opted for audi as it has a great image in the mind of customers but after this incident we are very insecure about the safety of our family members. Regretfully, we are extremely disappointed by such an unfair customer service from a brand of high repute.
                              We look forward to your immediate concern and prompt action in this regard. I trust you will check into this matter with due diligence to bring about a quick resolution. If, however, the matter is not satisfactorily resolved at the earliest, we will consider appropriate consumer agencies and our legal alternatives to resolve the complaint.

                                When my mother has purchased the vehicle “audi a4” its like dream come true for me. After purchasing the world renowned brand audi vehicle i am enjoying good reputation for being owner of world brand name audi.
                                Sir, when i approached your authorised service dealer at ludhiana for routine service in the last day of march, 2017 and i have paid rs.70, 000/- for payment of service, but i am not much satisfied with the service and i am very much disappointed that after about two months and after using the vehicle not more than 300 kilometer after the service, i am facing problem in a. C. Of my audi vehicle. I obtained appointment from dealer at ludhiana and handed over the vehicle to the said dealer at ludhiana on 14.07.2017 and work of my car was started on 15.07.2017 at 10:00 a. M. And at the time of receiving the vehicle i was informed that there is minor problem and it will be diagnosed within one day and in the evening when i enquired about the vehicle and i received a message that estimate of opening/refitting of dash panel in audi a4 pb-10-a-8244 is rs.30, 000/- approx, repair charges will be updated after diagnosis and asked me to approve and when i approve the same on monday i. E. On 17.07.2017 i was told that the problem is not diagnosed and i was told to wait for one day and on 18.07.2017 when i made a telephonic call i was told that there is problem of motor and the cost of the same is approximately rs.13, 000/-, when i requested them to tell me the time for changing the motor they told me that the motor is not available with them and they cannot said when the vehicle will be delivered. This act of your authorised agency has disappointed me because there is a marriage of daughter of my sister and i am in dire need of the vehicle, but no date has been given to me for the delivery of my vehicle after changing the defective motor of my car, moreover, it is a world brand car and if the parts are not available with the authorised agency, which is the sole agency in punjab state. I am really helpless and disappointed by this act of the agency.
                                With this letter i request you to inform me regarding the date of delivery of my vehicle and please inform me the reason for non availability of parts with your authorised agency holder.

                                  This is to bring to your kind attention that you have delivered a faulty vehicle to me.in the last two months i have recieved zero feedback calls from your end, despite audi being a luxury brand. It is sad to see that customer satisfaction has no meaning for audi india.

                                  Secondly, i myself have been tracing people from your company, first the central console was non functioning and faulty, when i reported this your technican, he tried schooling me about how i wasnt able to operate it. And mind you, i have various luxury cars ranging from jaguar, merecedes and bmw. I have never faced an employee with such audacity to answer a customer like that.
                                  Secondly, during the delhi rains we need to use the defogger, that too isn't working, i had created a video and shared it on audi india's facebook page. As a result of my repeateded complaints my car was picked up for service for repairing the centre console, alignment and defogger, however, post service all my issues remain unresolved, no one told me what got the centre console stuck, the alignment hasn't been fixed and is still haywire, and when i complained about the defogger again, your technician started telling me technicalities, i am a lay man, i want my defogger to function and no redundant technical explanation, he asked me to increase the car temperature and i did so till 25 and it still didnt work, now i cant increase the temperature further in this humid weather. The company does not bother getting back to a customer who is repeatedly trying to connect with them to resolve his grievance. Your technician promised to get back to me with the senior technician today and yet i received no call from your end, i myself called.
                                  Kindly look into the matter at the earliest and provide a solution, failing which i shall be forced to move to the consumer court.

                                    I met with a head on collision on 8th july in my q5 audi and the entire front bumper is very badly damaged and the car might not even be worth repairing. Please see picture attached.

                                    Despite such a forceful collision the airbags did not deploy. Luckily i got saved but not without pain on my chest and bruises on my right shoulder and left knee. Now i am being told by the audi dealer that the airbags are not supposed to deploy on a head on collision. They are meant to deploy only if the collision happens on the sides since the sensors are below the lights on the side.

                                    So what is supposed to happen when we meet with a head on collision — get injured and hope for the best? This logic makes no sense. One buys audi cars because of all the safety features it touts only to find out that it is not really available.

                                    I would like an explanation at the earliest.

                                    Please revert and let me know who i can speak with this regarding this matter.

                                      We are loyal Audi customer and have purchased two Q3 and one Q5 so far. We are happy with the vehicle performance and love driving our Q series.

                                      But unfortunately the Audi service centre in Ambattur, Chennai is not efficient and I would like to share my unpleasant experience which I had yesterday (when I went to service my Audi Q3 PY01CM0545 registered in name of Dr. C. Vaithilingam at Ambattur, Chennai).

                                      We were called by an Audi representative by name Mr. Pramoth for software updation and complimentery check up and water service. They suggested that software updation will take 3 hrs on the phone. On reaching Ambattur Audi service from my town Pondicherry (150 km away), they said updation will take 6 hrs including water service. My car was checked in by 10.30 am on 4th July 2017 for software updation. Since I have to travel back to Pondicherry the same day, Mr. Pramoth promised the car will be delivered by 3.30 pm and will give a call once it is ready. Till 4 pm I did not receive any call and when I contacted Mr. Pramoth he said he is on sick leave but the car is ready to be picked up. He asked me to contact Mr. Natraj. But on reaching the service centre I was disappointed to see my car left outside without water service. I was asked to wait and they said water service will be completed within 20 minutes. Finally the car was delivered by 6 pm after waiting for an hour and many arguments. The Audi service people did not even had the courtesy to call me and notify about the delay.

                                      I am raising this issue because this is the second time I am experiencing a similar situation. During my last service the same thing happened and the car was not even washed even waiting for a long time and taking delivery of the car by 8 pm. At that time, they apologised for the delay and refunded the water service charges.

                                      Being a loyal Audi customer, I am really disappointed with the Ambattur Audi Service at Chennai. I hope other customers might have had similar experience and wish these irresponsible people do not spoil Audi name by not doing their jobs properly. Hope Audi will take the required necessary action and see that such things do not happen in the future.

                                        I booked Audi Q3 by paying Rs. 2 Lakh around 2 weeks back. Unfortunately my loan did not get approved because of Cibil rating was below 700. When I checked around a week back before booking, it was 743 which I shared with Audi finance team. As they again kept visiting my cibil scores, it came down below 700.
                                        Now I am asking them to cancel booking and return booking amount. No one is responding me and telling whenever you buy in future, we will adjust that amount. I have no idea by when Cibil rating will go up and when I will able to buy it. I am getting no help and Roshan on of the AGM in Gurgaon Audi showroon is not even answering the phone. The tone of your representative has changed now when they talk to me. Please help on this. You are making your customer experience worst to let go in case not able to buy right now. I will never return in future even if my score will get better and will make sure other people do not visit Gurgaon branch of Audi
