I own audi q5 with 40, 000 kms at present. I purchased this vehicle brand new from the dealer in ahmedabad. Last month i gave the car for service and was billed rs. 3.5 lakhs where they changed brake pads and few other items. After the weeks service the car was handed over to me. Immediately upon driving we noticed issues in gear box. (Which was never an issue before the service). Now, the dealer is expecting another rs.3.5 lakhs to repair the gear box. I am extremely disappointed in the manner this is being handled. Before we gave the car for service the car was absolutely fine. My concern is the with the practices of these dealers that seems extremely suspicious on the manner they have handled my situation. I don't think audi will be our choice of cars in the future.

    I purchased an audi a4 (Petrol) on the 28th of june from the audi central showroom located in cp.
    The payment was in cash and cheque, and a loan from hdfc, which had collaborations with the audi dealership.

    The people dealing with us already delayed the delivery of the car by at least 15 days. As they said there was some issue with the inspection team.

    After taking the delivery of the car, we expected a paper registration after a few days, as proof that the road tax had been paid by the dealers (Which was given by us), but that didnt happen (Ps - i purchased a jeep compass on 30th january and got the paper rc as proof on the 3rd of february).

    {the sales team was receiving our calls till the time the payment had to be made or the car was to be received by us, after that no help or assistance was provided whatsoever. Their after sales also wasnt upto the mark. But that's a separate issue.}

    Anyway, we kept calling the sales executives about our registration, and they told us to "trust them" as it was some internal issue and a brand like audi would never fail to support their customers (What an irony).

    They delayed us till the august after which they tell us that they had an issue with the registration authority and an extension of the temporary number would be provided to us.
    Yes, they are very good at fraudulent activities and the extension was provided a few days later (Just a week or something before the scam happened).

    Then the manager (Mr. Maheshwari) had to be called as no other sales rep was taking calls and he gave us "his word" that the registration proof would be sent by 3rd september.

    All things coming to an end, we read about the news, went to the showroom, and found that the showroom was closed. The audi people havent submitted our road taxes which were paid to them in full. The insurance policy was not provided to us and only a cover note given, which was valid only for 60 days.
    The employees have either quit the firm or are missing in action.

    I have lodged a police complaint against the showroom and the people i dealt with about the same.

    This is the most pathetic service i have ever received from a brand. Even hyundai serves better than audi.

      I have sended following mail to audi india on 3rd september on customer care mailid regarding registration of vehicle and till today no action has been taken and everytime they are saying to wait and also temporary number which was issued to me is invalid now.

      I, vishal kumar garg would like to inform you that i bought audi q7 from your dealer zenica india gurgaon on 25th july 2018 against invoice number 972 (The invoice copy of which has been attached herewith) and i have paid the entire amount including transport department registration fees to them but still i didn't get transport department fees receipt and registration number.

      I have paid an extra amount to transport department in order to get registration number of my choice (The receipt of which also attached) and the department has alloted a regisration number after bidding dl8cbp0100 on 13th aug 2018 to me which is valid for registration within 90 days.

      After allotment of number i have contacted dealer manytimes for registration of vehicle but everytime they are saying that it will be done in 10 days.
      Already one month has passed and i am still driving vehicle on temporally number which was also vaild for 30 days.

      As this vehicle purchased belongs to your company and i have purchased fromyour authorized dealer so i request you to please help me to get registration this vehicle.

      Purchased Audi A4 from Audi approved plus showroom, Kolkata, on 29/11/18. After 11 months doing several follow up they provide me smart card and shocked to see that I have became 3rd owner of the car but while purchasing they showed us documents which is of 1st owner. It was a big fraud by Audi India. Several mails with all documents mailed to Audi india. Even after several reminders they have not given a single reply.

        First of all apologies as this is going to be a bit long.

        I bought audi a4 (December 2017) from the audi surat, gujarat with reg no: gj05rc2550. It has just been 8 months that i have been using the car and have ran 11, 256 km till now.

        Recently when i was away from my hometown due to some work, one of my front tyre got cracked in the running condition in midnight; there was not any severe impact on the tyre according to me. It was a hard time to replace the tyre as the given spare wheel did not have enough air pressure that i can even run at speed 50 km/hr. Spare tyre was making a strange noise while running, so i had to hold and wait till morning to replace the tyre and inflate the spare wheel.

        On the very next day the right rear tyre showed a big air bubble, which was not at all acceptable as the car had just crossed 10k kilometer and i don’t think that was neither due to any side impact on the tyre nor due to low tyre pressure.

        Now as the tyre company has raised their hands saying that it was due to a side impact on the car, then who is responsible for the safety because that tyre could cause any accident at any time. The tyre has just crossed 10k kilometer. I have been part of volkswagen group, i believe that audi is definitely a brand that offers best safety to their customers, then such issue are not at all acceptable as at last it is the matter of safety and quality. Having a car loaded with the safety features and a brand that believes in safety of their customers then i can’t accept such issues. Now i have zero trust on these tyre as they have just crossed 10k km and i am facing such issues, i don’t want any trye of hankook on my car, and if it is not possible to change the tyres then please keep the car with you and i won’t use it as there is no point having that car where i can’t trust on tyres. If i am getting such replies from the company and i don’t know what would happen next and by chance i face an accident due to these tyres on my car then again it would be my fault as according to the company the tyres are the best tyres. There should be something about the customer satisfaction.

        Really disappointed with what have happened with me and i request you all to please give me solution for this problem soon as of now i can’t drive on these tyres and i am in no state to pay for the tyres as i don't think there was any side wall impact as shown in the example.

        I am an owner of audi q5 my name is soumik pandey residing at 72a ballygung place kolkata . My type puncture kit got misplaced after i sent my car for software updation. When the car returned the kit was misplaced by the maheshtala workshop kolkata . I reported then but they dis agreed and said they are not laiable

          This is to bring to your kind notice the audi india of the state tamil nadu india is not at all responding properly to the problems we face. This problem of fan belt would have became a big issue i was with my wholw family and it broke in the middle of the road inpite of giving a car for service a month ago the never checked anything and didn't even informed about it when i asked they told in the last service that everything is fine with the vehicle.
          I seriously want you to look into this issue.

          And now audi gurgaon is closing down and I have a vehicle of worse condition.
          Door handles covers removed stain and marks on leather seats and stearing.
          Sound from engine.
          Underbody sheild broken.

            An accident took place while my client was travelling in his audi q3 2015 model on 08.05.2017 on a national highway. The car is totally wrecked. Despite of such huge accident, the airbags didn't deploy and there was no action from audi despite of two notices. The car rolled multiple times after crash. The roof bent by multiple inches into the cabin and front radiator is broken as well as a and b pillars were totally wrecked.

              I bought a new Audi A3 on 22 June i am really fed up with the service what they people given at AUDI Jaipur . can’t expect Brand Like Audi have this kind of Service to the Customer.

              I booked my car on 06 June to get it delivered on 22june. But they was not having the vehicle to get it deliver. Then they told me it will be get deliver on 24 at morning 10am . but after giving reminder to them they somehow managed to get it deliver at 5 pm in the evening.

              Also the vehicle which i was looking for the model was not present in the showroom at the last the they told me that the vehicle which is there in the showroom they will give me that only, earlier they used to tell me that they have new car in the stock, but suddenly just couple of days before the delivery they told me that they don’t have the car in stock at now it will take time to get it deliver.

              Neither the car got deliver on time nor they people have responded on the vehicle which i have selected.

              Very Poor Service they people have given. I never thought of Brand Like Audi will do it Like this. Now when i applied for Registration i paid them each and every amount they have asked.i dont know how they can do it like this with the Customer. Brands Like Maruti and Hyundai is Having Better Service than AUDI

              They Showroom person have committed me that they will do this, they will do that but till now the pathetic service what i received from them.

                I have already bought 4 Q7's, one Q5, one A-6 from your ludhiana dealership under the name Fibretech leathers pvt ltd, Prime Banox, Banox Exim and is very dis-satisfied with the dealers staff and their attitude to talk to the custmers.
                Recently I asked them about the extended warranty package for the new Q7 which I bought last month and surprisingly I have not received any details from them till date. Again to my surprise I had filled a form at the time of delivery in which I had mentioned the poor performance of the staff in the delivery. Audi is not capable of keeping qualified staff in their dealerships.We are very happy with Mercedes and for the future shall blacklist all Audi cars. I need the India head to resolve my queries as I am a custmer and have paid a huge amount on my cars.

                  I would like to bring to your kind notice few facts regarding Audi.
                  I took delivery of Audi Q3 during the month of April, 2018 from your Bhubaneswar dealer.
                  While driving the Car on 1st May to Jamsedpur one bulging was found on the front
                  right Tyre.
                  Immediately I informed it to your Bhubaneswar office. They took the car and returned it back
                  mentioning that the inspector of Tyre manufacturing co. claimed that there was no manufacturing
                  defect.
                  I am surprised that within 15 days of the delivery of the Audi, having run even less than 6000 kms,
                  the tyre developed bulging and It was never driven on rough road.
                  I have been told to pay for the replacement of the Tyre.
                  The said Audi is still standing at my residence since last 2 months for no fault of mine.
                  I have been talking to each and every one in the loop.
                  At last having exhausted all my efforts I thought to brig it to your kind notice before further actions.
                  i never ever expected such kind of response from Audi group, being a leading international brand.
                  Would highly appreciate if you can intervene and do the needful to resolve this small issue.
                  The exact similar experience has been shared with me by Mr. Tarini Prasad Mohanty who purchased
                  the same Ausi Q3 during 2016.

                    This email to you is a last resort effort

                    I bought an A3 in May 2017.

                    Initially while I paid for the mud flaps, mats etc; the car was delivered without these accessories, as they were unavailable. No problems, I am in marketing too and can understand that some things are beyond our control.

                    Thereafter there was a heavy downpour in july and the car had a problem with the flywheel. There was a lot of to and fro and finally in November this was replaced after keeping the car at the service station for a fortnight

                    My car in the last 1 year has had 3 punctures. (sorry to say my husband’s Mercedes Benz bought in 2015 still does not have a single puncture issue).

                    Yesterday my car would not start. I was out of town and my driver was jittery as some family member had to be taken to the hospital….Pheww

                    I called the helpline no [protected] at 9.20 with a promise that someone will call me in next 10-15min. No call back .

                    Later my sister read on the dashboard that the brake needs to be pressed, as the battery is out of charge.

                    I called the Kalina service centre who advised that the car be brought back for a check up . I serviced the car on 5th Ma 2018.

                    I now called the service centre as since morning they had no time to revert to me what they are doing about MY CAR.

                    I have a few questions:-

                    Did I pay Rs.45lacs for a car which is so UNRELIABLE?

                    Am I one of those customers who ended up getting an imperfect piece or something where checks and controls were missed out?

                    Did I make a mistake of buying an Audi instead of a Benz, as recommended by my better half?

                    I am extremely upset and disappointed with the car and the service from AUDI. I think Audi needs to take the car back and replace or repay the monies taken.

                      Sub. : complain against not refunding token amount.

                      This is regarding my complain against “zenica cars india pvt ltd” i had booked a audi car on dated 29-april -2018 from zenica cars india pvt ltd. Due to some personal financial urgency’s, i had requested zenica cars india pvt ltd member’s and the director to cancel the booking and refund the money paid to them which is rs. Two lakh. They are saying that the money will not be refundable in any circumstances which they didn’t disclose at the time of booking. Since i did not visit their office at the time of booking, i had not given any consent on any of their clause, but one of their branch co-workers names mr. Gaurav talwar who came for booking and take signed on booking paper but not given any written clause or terms and condition paper, after 2-3 days the receipt or invoice copy of the booking amount received through mail but again i have not received any clause or terms and conditions paper. Also, as i told you that i never received any paper for terms and conditions except the invoice but when i verbally ask for to refund the money 7-8 days back then today on[protected] they send me the clause paper which is not acceptable. I had requested them that the amount paid is not small for me and i have some financial urgency’s due to which i need my money back but they simply refused to refund it. Please advise the course of action?

                        I have my Audi A4 2.0 TDI model 2011.
                        My vehicle registration no - MH 14 DA 6261
                        Audi is my one of my favourite Brand.
                        I purchase car and driven about 72000km till now.
                        Recently there was break down of my car regarding Steering Rack - Oil leakage.
                        I visited to Audi showroom, Bavdhan - Pune.
                        They identify the problem of Hydraulic high pressure - O Ring which is not available as in spare parts.
                        The technical person give me quotation about 2 lakhs rupees for steering rack set.
                        Where my problem was only for O Ring which hardly cost 100 rupees for it
                        I am not getting my problem solved.
                        Please help me looking for availability of my issue .
                        My age is 26 and I belong to economic class. I achieved my dream by taking my own car Audi A4.
                        But now I am very much disappointed with such type issues.
                        I belong too Volksvagen's genuine customer.
                        Please Sir my humble request to please solve my problem by getting Spare part of Steering Rack- Oil filter pipe O ring.

                          Hello mr. Pathak,

                          As we could speak for only a few minutes; hence writing to you to pursue the matter:

                          Background:

                          - i had booked an audi car with audi central delhi on 14th march and had given them an advance cheque of rs.2 lacs in favor of zenica cars india pvt ltd. (Legal entity for both audi central delhi and audi gurgaon).

                          - while booking the car:
                          1. The sales agent had promised that i could cancel the booking within 3 days and the entire amount would be refunded
                          2. I needed a quotation from audi so that i could forward it to my employer to get the car on lease

                          - i signed their car booking provisional form which had t&cs regarding cancellation which states that they could forfeit the advance booking amount of rs. 2l. I did not read these t&cs while signing the form as they are so finely written in short fonts and had got verbal commitments from the sales agent.

                          - i got the quotation on 16th march, after they had encashed the cheque - showing ill intention of audi central.

                          - i conveyed to them over the phone on 16th march itself to cancel the booking and later that evening sent them an email as well

                          - since then, i have been trying to get my money back from them and they are refusing to refund.

                          If this forum reaches out to the legal team - please help in getting my money refunded ; else suggest a legal route to get the money back.

                            My audi q3 in its 3rd year (Done approx 25000 km) is showing multiple complains connected with sensor and electrical system.

                            The vehicle is currently at audi kozhikode with complains such as "horn not working" and "air bag, abs, esp warning lamp glowing". The glowing lights are randomly lighting up and sometimes there are no warnings at all. Clearly a mechanical / electrical fault of the car.

                            The diagnose given from audi kozhikode is the front right side wheel speed sensor faulty which resulted in the "abs, esp warning lamp" and the steering column control unit was faulty which caused the "air bag warning lamp" and the "horn not working" concerns. Clearly a mechanical / electrical fault of the car.

                            A quote of appox rs. 34813.00 is also given (Details attached)

                            Recently after driving from kannur to calicut (Approx 110km) there was a breakdown of the vehicle. The diagnose given was battery need replacement. How can a battery go dead after driving 100+km.

                            There is serious fault with this vehicle and the company shown own responsibility and get it repaired at its cost.

                            A customer purchasing a vehicle like audi and paying 50 lakh odd amount doest expect the vehicle to be such substandard in nature.

                            The vehicle is still at audi kozhikode and need the companies urgent intervention to repair and return the same.

                              4 warnings lights flashed on dashboard in dec. 17 with verbal warning of impending brake failure. Car was kept for over a month in audi gurgaon. After driving for less than 500 km, same lights started flashing again on 11/03/2018. See to it that proper repair is done as traveling from nainital to delhi just because repair job is not done properly is time consuming & expensive.
                              Being a professional, i can’t afford wastage of time.

                                It is requested that I purchased Audi Q7 Techno pack car no-HR26CH4444 and purchased extended warranty from Zenica cars india pvt ltd and got service regularly from the authorized audi workshop. I recently got service by Regent Garrage pvt ltd, Mathura road, Faridabad vide invoice no[protected] at 27, 192kms while going towards jaipur my car stopped working and could not start. As per your warranty booklet I called the call center send the car zenica cars workshop for repair. After waiting 15-days they are refusing to do the job under warranty due to the reason not clear to us. This is the general habit of the zenica cars india pvt ltd not to do the job. When it comes under warranty. After paying so much amount for the warranty what the use of warranty of audi company.
                                Please get the job done under warranty to avoid inconvenience to us.

                                  To whomsoever it may concern,

                                  I’m an Audi Q5 owner. I regret to say that it has been my poorest investment thus far. I have a varied array of cars like Porsche, Mercedes, Bmw etc…and almost all within the SUV range. None of my other cars have ever given me ANY trouble so far, except Audi.

                                  In the past 4 years that I’ve owned this car, 6 months of it has been spent within your workshop. I don’t know where to start with the number of difficulties that I have faced with this machine.

                                  I have spent lakhs and lakhs over repairs. For example the brakes of this car randomly failed recently. I don’t expect this from a renowned company like Audi. I sent it back to your workshop and paid almost a lakh and a half to get it repaired. After it was back, 15 days later…the brakes failed again. As a consumer please tell me how I should trust your company after this ever again? Regardless, I needed to get my car repaired… again. However, the service at your workshop is so poor that they wouldn’t even give me an appointment for atleast the next upcoming 15 days.

                                  Did I buy this vehicle to park it in my building or at your workshop? I can’t workout what other use I may have for it…since it’s in either of these two places with how much repair and constant work it needs.

                                  A brand is it’s service. I would’ve overlooked the insane amount of trouble this car has caused me, even if your after sales service was good. I have spent countless hours trying to make appointments and getting in touch with appropriate individuals to get my repairs done. Owning this car and dealing with it’s repairs has been an utter nuisance.

                                  I wondered if I was the only one facing these innumerable issues with your car. However on speaking with my colleagues and friends, I’ve found that they’ve struggled with similar issues with Audi cars and servicing. How is it possible that NONE of my other cars, all of which that are your direct competitors, have given me ZERO troubles but the issues with Audi just never end?

                                  At this point, I’d like to make you aware that my entire business(es) are media related. I run within the top tier circles of the city, if not the country. And as media people, we believe in keeping people informed and aware of things so that they don’t face the problems we did. I’m hesitant to take this step because I was under the impression that Audi was a great brand. I chose to invest in it after hearing about it’s ‘incredible craftsmanship and technology.’ But as you can tell I have been sorely disappointed.

                                  I’m expecting a response at the earliest. Or else I’ll be forced to take some action. I’d rather resolve things cordially.

                                    I have been forced to write you to let you know what kind of bad service i am experiencing from so called high end car manufacturers and sale team in the whole world. I am wondering whether i am using audi q3 35 tdi premium plus car or maruti 800..!!! Its not the first car i have been using...

                                    I have purchased new audi a6 35 tdi model car no gj 24aa 9500 from audi ahmedabad nixynova motoren pvt ltd. On 21/12/2015. But since last 12 months we are facing problem of high vibrations during when we break the car. For this problems i have put my car in your audi ahmedabad authorized workshop for 4 four times. They have cleaned the break disc and returned me the car. But after 15 days i have faced the same problem of vibration during breaking. And i have also visited your audi ahmedabad authorized workshop. Nyxynova motoren pvt ltd sarkhej bawala road ahmedabad 382210 gujarat india. But they are not changing necessary defective break disc part supplied wth my audi a6 car. I have requested your workshop service adviser to replace the defective parts in warranty because car runs only 12000 kilometer.in last complaint before few months, i have put my car for six working days for my same problem of vibration during breaking, but they have temporary clean the part but the do not changed the parts in warranty. And after 15 days the same problem was continue. I have put my car for four times for the same problem but your ahmadabad authorized audi service station has not done permanent solution.

                                      To the management and head service department, a very good morning and a great day ahead. I am driving an audi a6 model year 2013, chasis no wauzed4g1dy002349, engine cmg014408... And now after 3 years i am experiencing a lot of difficulties with this machine. For a glance i have always serviced my car with the authorised service providers and 6 months ago from today around april 2017 i have got my shockers and suspension replaced but now again i am afraid i have to get it repair again which i can’t swallow. What can be wrong with the shockers in 6 months when i am driving on a normal terrain and not crossing an average of 2000 kms per month. I have been totally disappointed and can’t figure out the fact if i have to change my shockers and suspension very six months than i what is the utility of the this stupid vehicle. I am driving a land rover discovery sports 2015 model and bmw 730 2011 but i have never came across such a silly thing that i have to redone my shockers with in 6 months. May be i was fooled last time when i gave my car for service and they actually did not changed anything as it was under warranty.
