Dear Sir/Madam, I live in No.16, sir cv raman st, sri devi nagar, kamaraj nagar, avadi, ch-71. The roads are too bad that we couldnt even step out. Its extremely difficult for the working people to walk in the night time. The road looks completely messed up by rain. Though the other streets in the area is being maintained good, no step has been taken by the municipality to put road for our street alone. We would be very greatful to you if you could take the necessary steps and make this place easy for us to walk. Thanks and Regards, Jacqulin.

Dear sir/madam, im living in pattabiram nehru nagar. There are as many street dogs as possible in here. Daily we people Are facing lots of problems because of it.. The dogs come inside our house itself. And some people are attacking them and its bleeding all over the streets.. It may cause any Infection To us.. Please do the needfull. And since tis one year No one came to get these dogs. So there is a heavy population of dogs here. More than 50 dogs in our area itself. Pls help us as soon as u can. THank u

Sir, Iam staying at Thirumalaivasan Nagar at plot no 69. Opposite house there are some 7 open plots are there. just because of last week rain all plots filled with water. now we are getting stinking smell from the water and the colour of the water also looks like sewage water. Kindly look in to this matter immediately. Lot of musqitoes are breeding in the water.

Sir/Mam I am a X residing at Avadi near E.B office .Here there is a problem due to overflow of septic tank.This has been a great issue for us since 7days from diwali. We could not even step out of our house due to the bad smell .This has been affecting the entire street as well.Even the school going students are affected badly.So I request you to make necessary arrangements to solve the problem .SO the people in this area will be thankful to you.

Sir, Respected Sir, I am writing this letter on behalf of our residents of VOC Nagar second street at ward No.12 . In our street, the rain water is always logging and there is no way to go to road, because our street are very down from the main road. This area people are also suffering and facing a lot especially in rainy season. People cannot come out of the house. Mosquitoes breed and leads to ill health of the residents of these areas. Please come and visit one time for taking steps . I therefore kindly request the Chairman, Commissioner and the officials of Avadi Municipality to consider laying roads to VOC Second Street. Dear Sir, With respect I post this request for installing street lights in our Pillayar koil street. For the past few weeks, few street lights at the dead end of our street is not functioning, it’s very difficult for commuters living in this location, please do replace the old lights which are not functioning now. Thank you.

Dear Sir, With due respect i request your kind honour to instruct the municipality workers to dispose off the garbage collected /accumulated near mittanamilli. Despite repeated requests, the burn the garbage there itself. On enquiry, it was revealed that Avadi municipality had not provided big size garbage bins and that is the reason people start throwing outside near the tiny dustbins. the garbage accumulated outside the bins are immediately burnt by the municipality workers so as to reduce their work in collecting the scattered garbage and loading in the vehicle which is irregular in collecting the garbage. The Air Force Domestic Camp is just adjacent to the garbage/burning point (Distance 15 meters Maximum) and due to severe smoke emitting day and night, the area has been full suffocating in nature.it has become difficult to breath in and it may be disastrous in long run. so my sincere request to the authority is to ensure proper and timely disposal of the garbage from Mittanamilli and also to ensure that not a single item from the garbage is burnt. I would be grateful if any positive thing comes up early. Submitted for your kind consideration.

With respect Im writing in connection to the dogs live in my street .I live in Thirupavai 4th Street in Sri Sakthi Nagar Annanur .Could please send some dog van to catch this dogs .This dogs become a huge nuisance .They are infected with many virus .We are not able to enter home and leave peacefully .They running and trying to bite if someone rides bikes Please consider this as my complain and do the needfull

dear sir, First we appreciate your regular garbage cleaning and nice road [atleast only in the main] in Nethagi nagar, T.M.voyil. As well as We request you to take severe actions against the street dogs.particularly in Housing board and east cross station road. Daily we are facing so many problems by the dogs.They drag the garbage things from the dustbins and spread all over the street just immediate the corporation cleaners cleaned the road. They barking and fighting all over the night which is unbearable. school going children in our area are very much suffered by this. there are so many problems by this street dogs. if you help us by clearing this dogs from our area We are willing to cooperate with you by keeping this area clean as our hon"ble PM called for SWACHH BHARAT. respected sir Many of the house owners are digging drainage pit and constructing riged foot steps in front of the houses and laying hight slope outside the compound in the public utility roads on both sides. This makes the 20 feet road to12 or 10 feet road In this road also they are draing out the drainage water. This type of nuisense creating bad atmosphere making people to querrel with each other So please take necessary step and best solution for this

Respected Commissioner Sir, Our permanent residing address is No.1, Tagore St., Periyaar Nagar, Avadi, Chennai -71 since 45 years. Till date we are paying the Tax regularly. For some personal reasons, at present we are residing at TNHB, AVADI. Few days before, at the back side of my house the street called Bharathidasan Street, one BOREWELL has been put for general purpose by the Avadi Municipality. Without prior intimation/permission, our back side compound wall has been broken by them for taking the BOREWELL, and the full water with mud has been made entered into our house. Further, the electricity wire coming to our house from the Main Post has been removed and the power has been disconnected. Even no one has intimated about this to us. After some days only, we came to know everything and got shocked. Herewith, you are very much requested to intervene into this matter and kindly do the needful for reconnecting the electricity wire to enable us to get the electricity power again at the earliest. And please, make arrangement for rebuilding the compound wall and to release the order to clean the area which has been spoiled by them. Awaiting Your favourable help. Thanking you. Dear Sir, I am a resident in annanur Thirupavai street Chennai 600 109 near Annanur railway station, we are having an issue with the street dogs in our area.there are almost 25 dogs which affect our day to day life. it keeps barking at children and it keeps following us if we carry any bags along with us.everyday we need to run to get escape from these dogs. so we kindly request you to take immediate action and save us please regards, venkatesh kumar

I am living at Sri balaji nagar, avadi, pattabiram. the main road called thiru nandhavanam street leads to vinayagar temple is unsuitable to use and high risk during night time. also school gong children getting wet of their shoes and getting health problems. please take necessary action. very worst in rainy times.

We are from avadi gandhi nagar-ramanujam street(Main).
No roads, no garbage cleaning, only we have septic tank water in strres, and street dogs biting 12 publics with in 1 week.Malaria, dengu viral fevers only the gifts from avadi municipality


Kindly take severe action and protect us from all diceases.
Daily your supervisor, sanitary inspector and so many appointed but no one comes to our street and not at all attending phone calls also..

Sir, during the annual budget for 2004, a sum of Rs.1.9 crores have been allotted for construction and relaying of roads etc., including Mullai Nagr, but there was no road was laid. God only knows where the allotted fund has gone. I kindly request the Chairman and the officials to consider laying roads in Mullai Nagr, Thendral Nagar East.The total length of all the streets put together is around only 3 kms only. Sir, i want take up this issue to u as in pattabiram chennai 600072, opp; pattabiram auto stand, 2 school street, people are suffering from mosquito bites and which causes Malaria and Other Diseases, we are facing excessive mosquito problem at area from so may years . it has been so prevalent now that we including our children are under the threat of various life threatening diseases. we are so harrassed due to this problem since there is no action taken to solve this problem. insisting an immediate action against mosquito problem ongoing basis. awaiting for satisfactory resolution post requisite actionsall mosquito killer available in market dont work at all, even problem become vast on rainy season, sewage's water come on road drainage also open on road ... towards the grooming of road sideindly spray some chemical which is sprayed in to ward off these mosquitoes yours sincerely true citizen of india chennai pattabiram,

Dear Sir, I am a resident in PTMS Civilian Quarters (opposite to uzhaipaalar nagar), we are having an issue with the stray dogs in our quarters.there are almost 50 dogs which affect our day to day life. it keeps barking at children and it keeps following us if we carry any bags along with us.everyday we need to run to get escape from these dogs.we are not even able to put the garbage in dustbin bcoz as soon the dogs see the garbage bag it just surrounds us like an enemy.kids are frightened to play in streets bcoz fo these street dogs. not only tht there are plenty of cows roaming inside our quarters which blocks the road and creating a great headache for riding vehicles.these dogs and cows causes accidents too in our complex. so we kindly request you to take immediate action and save us from this STRAY ANIMALS... pleaseeeeeee. Sir, in kamaraj nagar second street you laid road about 70% and you left remaing during mp election. From then on wards remaing portion is left off, water is stagnaging in the remaing portion, it is inconvince for all road user, since the water stagnated by severval months mousqtiou breeding is un controlable we are forced to infection .I kindly request you to know me what is the reason for not laying the remaing 30 % road. And i further request you to lay the remaing road immediatly.

Dear Sir, I am staying in senthil nagar, thirummulaivayol, Barathidasan street. Chennai - 62. While crossing Barathidasan street, maximum 20 dogs are barking road tresspassing people. It creates nuisance to people by barking and biting too... People who are crossing that street getting scare including 2 wheeler riders also facing accidents on fear. The dogs barking are continuing in morning time and night time also. So, please take the necessary action to remove the street dogs and help the people cross the bharathidasan street without fear.
