In 24 and 25 ward which opposite to union bank a bore water as been put by government a particular person near by name kabali dhana Lakshmi used it for their building home after construction over now they use for all purpose by sucking water through putting pipe and keeping sub merge motor to suck water for their tank around long months they b using like this . more over opposite to 24 th counsellor home they b doing like this . now we public suffer with out water as our bore water level goes down .we need immediate response on our complaint as a particular family misuse govt property such as eb, water, etc .more over by keeeping furniture making shop he produce lot of noise pollution in surrounding in nite tim also he b working on to disturb us. u can do spot verification to find our nformation true or not.thank u

There is a fish shop on Gandhi Nagar near the wall of immculate school and opposite to the shopping complex. It creates lot of problem for the public and the girls. Boys of the shop are teasing the girls passing through the ways. If it continues it will cause major problem may lead to law and order problem. Take necessary action to clear the shop

A comertial building is under construction and finished stage at the corner of both cth high way and shanthipuram third street junction. Zero set back on all four sides. Please take necessary action before the comensment of the building otherwise there will be a lot of traffic jam will occur both in the street as well as in the main road. Also opposite to this building on the street side another milk cut provision shop holder blocked 50% of the street access. That building also not having approval. That building on the highway side another too shops automobiles and fish shop also encroached the road. Please take necessary action.

Am from Tirumullaivoyal, Pillaiyar koil street, near Easwari mahal. In my apartment around 12 families are staying here, all are tax paying employee. We are totally fed up with the sewage line. Every time the sewage collection lorry people are collecting 250% of hike money. Because of the full support from Avadi municipality. Instead of 1000 rupees they are asking 3000 rupees. This have to stop asap.
Just i want to address this issue to you. Experts please advice.

From the First Electrical Post Lamp at the entrance of Pachaiamman Street, Devi Nagar Chennai 600109 ( Ward No 13 ) the light fixture is missing since last few days.

It is also observed the same fixture is fixed in next light post towards Railway Station Road.

The above was informed to concerned person at Avadi Township Office through telephone on 15 March 2017. It is informed that action will be taken to refix the fixture at the same electric post.

I am residing at Bharathi nagar 5th street, Thirumullaivoyal. Our street peoples are using corporation water for their daily usage and we too but the lorry is not coming till end of our street, so its very difficult to carry water till to our house by hand. There are around 20 to 25 houses suffering for ground and corporation water. So on behalf of our street people, I am requesting you to extend corporation water lorry service till end of our street.

Also our street light was damaged during VARTHA storm last year in chennai. We raised a complaint regarding this issue to our Councillor. still no action taken. Please resolve this issue too.

This is loganthan from kovil pathagi avadi. Few days back our surrounding filled for free toilet scheme by govt.
They are asking 2000rs and need to build sewage tank by owner.
They told govt will build the bathroom only not sewage tank plus we need give 2000rs. Please help me in this issue.

This complaint is from Pavithra Flats, No 5, Sundaram Street, Thillai Nagar, Govardhanagiri, Avadi area apartment people.

Complaint:

Avadi municipal corporation lorry is not willing to take excess drainage water from the above said apartment. There are 6 families are staying in this apartment and we have given the written complaint directly in Avadi municipality and we have wrote this request in Avadi municipal corporation lorry notebook also but so far no action taken and 6 families are suffering a lot of drainage excess water leakage on daily basis.
Please take necessary action and send corporation lorry to clear to excess water at the earliest.

I am prabavathi, I would like to bring your kind attention on the problem which karan Street, kovil pathagai avadi. ( Back side of Perumal kovil) areas people facing since several month, but now we have loose our patience. Sir, there are 10 more mad street dogs in this locality because of them it’s very difficult to take step out from our houses especially at night. I have seen and faced this situation where these dogs barks on us and they come closer to the motor bike rider to bite them. Sometime biker loses their consideration from the road which becomes a cause of serious. And those dogs smells very bad.
Please take necessary step.

Hi Sir,

I am staying in Vasantham Nagar, Avadi and recently one of my neighbour's constructed a speed breaker in Jaishree street which is about 2 feet high from raod level. They constructed speed breaker to let their bathroom pipe into road side canal. I and other neghbours informed them several times but no proper action taken by the house owner. I am not able to drive car on that speed breaker because of height and even mini vans also will get damaged while crossing that speed breaker. My grand mother was about to slip also one day. Please help to take necessary action to remove that speed breaker constructed by individual.

Sir, there are 10 more mad street dogs in this locality because of them it’s very difficult to take step out from our houses especially at night. I have seen and faced this situation where these dogs barks on us and they come closer to the motor bike rider to bite them. Generally, these dogs you can see lying on the roads and they make their victim the entire person who passes from them.
We have also sent many complaint letters to you and there is no response of it. So, this is my humble request to you to please pay attention on my letter and send immediately Dog catcher team in this area so that we will get rid of this problem soon.

No one of the bulbs not working on three lights poll laid on Fouth Street near Ration shop. Also only one bulb worked out of three bulb on thr
ee lights poll laid on 8th street west end.the fault has been already informed several time.the above fault not attended for want of lift vehicle.
Kindly arrange to send the lift vehicle with technicians and rectify the fault on above three light polls.

Sir, I am Devanand, residing at 17th Ward of Avadi Municipalty, Govarthanagiri, 19, Bharathi Nagar.

Yesterday 19/01/2017 some un-authorized persons in the name of Avadi Municipalty are came to my Home. Enquired about me and my working place. My spouse asked name and they are not willing to tell their name. This kind of attitude is not favour for us and I am willing to lodge a complaint against those persons. Kindly advise the status before that once again confirm NO such persons are working in Avadi Municipalty itself

With reference to above subject, the road is used for all type of transport. Now the road is having Ups and Down. With this condition we are finding great difficult to send the children and office also. Hence it is requested to intervene in this regard to construct / lay a new road. Even Though we are paying Professional Tax to Avadi regularly, we are not having good road facility in 5th & 6th Ward, Avadi,

Vide our letter dt. 26.12.21016 we have requested to arrange Street Lights ( change of Tube light) & Refix the St.light Fitting which are removed from the EB poll fall on 12.12.2016 on Vartha Cyclone & Kept with us. Respected Engr.has also assured 30 Lights to our nagar as stated in our Letter.
on 04.01.2017 Tech .Persons from Nagaratchi bring only 6 Tubelights.out of 30 Light required . also they said they could not fixing the fitting on poll on new post.
Also we have 3 sets of 3 lights High mass poll in our nagar no one of the light s
working on the above said 3 lights high mass polls. for which Hydralic Lift Required..
may I request respected Engr. to take nessary speedy action to provide street lights, Fixing of Tube light fitting, and rectify the fault on 3 lights high mass poll sending Hydraulic Lift & apt techn ical persons.

Dear Sir / Madam,
I am staying in Annanur, Sivasakthi Nagar and we don't find any kids playing park or jogging area in this locality. Please try to create one park with kids play area, foot path for jogging, shuttle court. If possible gym. Its one of the fastest growing place with lots of flats systems. So it will be great if we have a park. This will help the people to live in healthy environment.

45th ward, Uzhaippalar nagar 3rd street west end bore well joint pvc pipe 2"dia broken on 24.12.16.from 26th onward we made entry in nagarachi complaint book.letter also given in person to office on 28th december requesting to rectify the defect.despite of personal contact last 3 days.no one has come and attend.we are unable to switch on motor.pl.look into this do the need full.
