      I did a transaction via the UPI to CCAVENUES through the best price app, the amount got debited from my account and got credited to CCAVENUES but order was not confirmed by bestprice.in.I contacted the helpline of bestprice and they said they didn't receive any notification of transaction but the money got debited from my account.
      Kindly refund me the amount in full directly to my bank account.

                  I tried to recharge Vi Phone [protected] at 9.02 pm to 9.12pm on[protected]. Please see the attached history. The amount was debited to your account. Pl see the statement. But this amount is not yet refunded to my account.

                  I had already filed a complaint to your complaint site. But I could not find any positive action. I could not save a copy of the complaint.

                  Therefore I was following up with Vi. They have informed that this amount is not credited to their account.

                  Therefore I request you take action to refund the amount paid for failed transaction back to my account.

                    I got a receipt for the same (attched), but actually there is not updated in VI account.

                    I waited for two more days.
                    No changes.

                    So I did recharge for Rs 249, Its successful.

                    So I need Rs. 349 refund immediately, without any deductions.
