On 19/04/21 recharged JIO mobile number [protected] for Rs 149/= which debited to SBI account and not accounted by JIO. Please arrange refund of amount.

The amount has been debited to my SBI account but not been reflected in my mobile credit. The amount required to be recredited to My SBI account.

                          I'm attaching two screenshots one is from YONO SBI and other is from MY Jio App. You can see that I have requested for two vouchers one is done and other is not done yet. One with OXIGEN Services is done but another with INB Avenue India is not done. Help me in resolving this issue kindly.
