    I tried for online recharge of my mobile No’s [protected] with RS 55+2=57 and [protected] with Rs 50+1=51 on 01/06/2010 and amount for each recharged has been debited from my account vide transaction No CCA[protected]IG22458360 TRANSFER TO [protected] AVENUES INDIA PRIVATE & CCA[protected]IG22461371 TRANSFER TO [protected] AVENUES INDIA PRIVATE but still after 24 hrs talk time amount for respected voucher not credited in my any mobile account for talk time.
    i recharged my air tel mobile no [protected] and cut that amount to my sbi a/c . But the amount 50 not yet came in my mobile. So kindly return back my amount.

          I placed an order on Flipkart.com i.e., on-line for the product Philips Headset SHH 7810 on the 10th January 2012 at 3:37 P.M, the order number is OD[protected], and for some reasons the transaction was not successful and my account balance was deducted for the amount Rs. 950/-. I spoke to bank and they said the amount has been cleared from their end and its pending with the merchant side.

          Its been more than 48 working days, Neither, I received the product till date nor my account has been credited for the amount (950/-). Kindly let me know what is wrong? and settle the amount.

              I am Vijay Vyas my Mobile No. [protected] from Bhopal, M.P. I had recharged my d2h vedecon on 10/02/2012 through my SBI Netbanking Ref. No. IG91633030 of Rs. 761/-. Transaction done sucessfully and INB Avenues India Pvt. Ltd send sms an order number 17677535. Today I found that my d2h not recharge. I send mail to [protected]@paytm.com. Call to Mumbai INB Avenues India Pvt. Ltd office no. [protected], they gave me a new OEDER NUMBER i.e. 17377099 against my SBI Netbanking Ref. No. IG91633030 of Rs. 761/-. Transaction and a Delhi office number [protected]. I try so many time but I fail to connect on this no. Kindly do the needfull either co. recharge my d2himmdeatly or refund my money. Thanks

                      I had a bed experience with this, earlier also, while recharging online through PAY TM . Com, usually they deducts money while transaction, if recharge not happening successful, with in a day they didn't returns the deducted amount with out complain.

                        I purchase one bus ticket of Kesineni tours & travels through online by using ICICI Bank debit card on 03.08.2011. I cancelled the ticket. But the amount is not refunded to my ICICI bank account. I sent mails to ICICI Bank Ltd and Avenues India Pvt Ltd. We received reply from Avenues India Pvt Ltd that the amount is refunded by order no: 5A403C_ amounting to Rs. 800.00 has been refunded by the merchant as on[protected]enclosed mails below for your reference. The ICICI bank customer care giving reply as "With reference to confirmation received from the biller, we would like to inform you that your transaction dated August 3, 2011 amounting Rs. 1350.00 is a successful transaction and we have not received the refund request for the same" (enclosed mails below for your reference).

                        So I request you to take my complaint and do the needful.

                          My CDAC Registration_id is[protected].
                          i paid Rs. 500/- through online banking in favour of acts.cdac.in in
                          the process for applying exam of CDAC on 10th december by using services of CC Avenues. but at the
                          time of transaction i got confirmation message by ccavenues on email
                          id(which i have attached in this mail) but on cdac site they showed me
                          that my transaction got failed, it din't succeded. so either i din't
                          get permitted for test on 10th dec ot i din't get refund for my
                          money..My money got deducted from my Icici bank Account but CC avenues didn't deliver my money to acts.cdac.in.
                          i have filled complain form on both sites cdac and ccAvenue but no one responded. and its been 5 days.
                          My Transaction details are BIL/[protected]/Cdac/CDAC.IN-IND-HWK.
                          I have attached the confirmation snap of my mail, please give me refund of money.

                            I had recharged my CDMA mobile ([protected]) with Rs. 202/- on 16/11/11 through www.Paytm.com vide order No. 8979853. Unfortunately the amount is not credited in my mobile account balance. The amount of Rs.202/- is debited from my SBM Malavalli bank account No. [protected] and is credited in INB Avenues India Pvt Ltd A/c No. [protected] on 16/11/11 I have sent many e-mails to [protected]@paytm.com but there was no response. I have contacted Reliance customer care services and they said no recharge has been done for your mobile [protected] on 16/11/11

                            Therefore I humbly request you look into the matter and help to credit the amount to either paytm cash or SBM Malavalli SB A/c No.[protected] at the earliest
