Sir/madam I was recharging 399 ruppy my airtel no [protected] on 13/04/2017 but transection was unsuccessful but 399 ruppy money is detected in my bank account I received this msg only "thank you for using your sbi debit card 607xx5713 for a purchase worth rs399 on pos[protected] at avenues india pvt ltd txn#[protected]." As per the attachment you can see the money is deducted from my bank account number [protected].. But its not added in my Galaxy-Chat app Account.
