Dear sir/madam I wish to inform you that i have made online payment of health policy renewal premium for rs. 20077.00 on 03.06.2019 vide payment reference no.[protected]. My account has been debited however credit is not received to the star health and allied insurance co. Ltd. I have been informed by customer care that my online transaction is rejected and amount will be credited in my soon.
