I have submitted fee for uptet and the same is deducted from my bank account. But status shows that i have to pay it again. After that i had paid it again this time it worked fine and finally i had completed all the form formalities. How can i get my money back which was deducted in first attempt. Plz guide me the procedure for getting my money back.
