Dear sir/madam, Good afternoon, This is krishna here from bangalore. Few days back i got call from your bank representative (Personal loan dept.) regarding personal loan and i showed interest in that. As i feel that she don't have commonsense and how to approach to customers. I have provided all required documents like (Aadhaar card, pan card, company id card, bank statement, salary slips, pp photo) to her and now she is now not responding properly. Her behavior is worst. Finally i came to know that she is not processing and i asked my documents back but she refused. Please take this as serious action and provide my documents back. Her mob.
