Bagsplanet.in seems a fraud company. I ordered bags as was in there site and paid rs.2200 but bags not delivered and 2 months has been passed. When ever tried to send complaint mail only auto generated mail receivded. No other contact point either phone etc. Only mail id is given in their site.

Some thing need to be done for these kind of fraudulent companies.

Pl suggest how to take action against these companies.

This is to bring to your kind notice that i had placed an order of trolley bag on 5/11/17, (Order number 4355) for which i neither received the order nor the payment refund. It is very unfortunate to say that, despite of my continuous reminder to your firm about the non-receiving of my order or the refund, the following attached response has been received from your side but no action has been taken till date.
Also the link of the website as provided below is no more working as before and the website seems to be shut down.

I paid 2021 thru online payment method (Instamojo payment id: mojo7c02005n[protected] on 1 st dec 2017. I got mail that maximum date given for the delivery is 23 rd dec, 2017 from the www.BAGSPLANET.IN. from thereafter no msgs no delivery no replies from their side. They are not sending product to me nor the returning my amount. Please help me to get my amount back. Take proper action against that site and save other customers cheated by them.

I ordered for bags on bagsplanet (This company advertiseson facebook). My order no. Is 8553 which was ordered on 15/11/2017 for casual white leather bags (4 pcs) worth rupees 854/-. Till date neither i have received items nor they have refunded back the money. I have sent number of mails and every time i get a reply that they will resolve the matter within 48 hours but till date nothing is done.

My order id is 10823 dt 21/11/2017. I havn't got the product delivered and requested for refund after a lot of facebook messenger chat as they are not replying to mail. On 27/12/2017 they send me a mail stating that the refund has been initiated but till today nothing has been credited in my account and also they are giving me any refund id so that i can track my refund. Even the instamojo is also not responding for the refund. I think both are fraudulent companies and earning money by fooling people.

I had ordered 2 bags from bagsplanet.in but they were never delivered to us. I asked for the refund and received this message but money never came to me,

As per your trail mail, the cancellation with refund mail is being forwarded to the concerned department.

We need 48-72 hours to verify all details regarding parcel status, confirmation receipt of reversed parcel and the order details and hence your request shall be approved for refund.

The complete paid amount of ₹ 1199/- against order id# 12691 shall be refunded back in to your source payment account.

The amount takes 5-7 business days from the date of execution to reflect in your customer's account, as per bank policy. Please note that this time estimate does not include weekends and bank holidays.

I have done all buy process but i am not received any product from site.
Me pay full payment of product from online payment.
No any reply from company msg and no any product received.
Me mail again and again on the mail id but no any reply receive.
My refund also not received.
I have to request to u pls take action from this site and give me help full reply from your side.

Sir i have made payment through debit card to bags planet for delivery of bags on 2nd dec 2017. Given time period is over still not received product and there is no contact details on google and address given on site is not physically available my order id is #14898 i being a customer my money must not be wested and in future other customer should not be cheated by this type of company.
I want to know whether this type of company exist or not and what iz the possibility to get ordered item or refund to my account

I ordered set of three bags on 27/11/2017 vide order no 13435 and paid full amount fir the same. I wrote my times to company but till date no response and also item not delivered. Please take action against this company and help me to get my money back with compensation. There is no customer care no where i can enquire about my order. Your support is required for the same.

Have ordered 4 bag which is still not delivered and the links mailed from bag planet are showing errors.
Order was placed on 28th dec 2017.
There is no contact number to contact.
Payment is already made.
The product was suppose to be delivered on 6th january 2018.
I am not able to track order status.
Further i not able to find the website of bagsplanet online. The product which i have is also attached herewith...

I had placed an order on bagsplanet.in for purchase of bags named "aspiring trolley duffle, set of 4" on december 17, 2017 and paid an amount of rs. 1860/- using credit card. The payment was made through instamojo gateway under instapay payment id mojo7c17005a63377592.

Since the date of order, i am unable to login onto my account that was created at bagsplanet.in at the time of placing order, nor have received any sms of e-mail from bagsplanet for confirmation or status of his order till date. The live chat option given on bagsplanet.in webportal is not working. E-mails sent to bagsplanet at [protected]@bagsplanet.in are not being replied to by bagsplanet.

In all, the seller bagsplanet.in has neither delivered the product nor has returned the money.

It is evident that bagsplanet.in is a fake website and is being used for illegal extraction of money from the innocent buyers whereas no products are being delivered to the buyers despite payment.
