I have ordered one bag which is still not delivered and the links mailed from bag planet are showing errors.
Order was placed on 28th dec 2017.
There is no contact number to contact.
Payment is already made.
The product was suppose to be delivered on 4th january 2018.
I am not able to track order status.
Further i not able to find the website of bagsplanet online. The product which i have is also attached herewith.

Sir i am rohit jain ([protected]) from mysore, i had ordered trolly bags online through bags planet but i have not received my baggage still. I am posting the details below :

I had placed an order with www.bagsplanet.in. the order was placed on december 2nd 2017 and i have not received the order yet. The order details are;
Instapay_payment id - mojo7c02005a59495379. It has been two months since the order and is not received till date. According to the terms of the website, the maximum delivery time is 11 working days.
As of now, the website is not existent in the domain. Please help me seek redressal of the amount i had paid.
I need a refund for the payment made of a sum of 1200. I am attaching the email sent to them which was not replied to about proceeding about consumer complaint.
I am also attaching a copy of the details of the website ownership which has owner's name, registered address of the company, phone number of owner and e-mail id.

I am always available for any inquiries at [protected].

I had on 07.12.2017. Booked for 3 pieces trolly bags from bags planet, abu lane, meerut.
I received the order confirmation as order id 15362 after i made online payment if rs.958
It's modus operandi is it will show excellent quality bags at its website with very low price tag. Once you paid the money it will send a mail stating that it has received your order and will be processed in 5 working days. After 5 working days it will send another mail stating that your product is dispatched, but remember it will not disclose any shipping details like courier company name, shipment tracking number etc.
Till date i have not received the delivery of my order n does not get any reply. The company seems to have cheated me. Kindly help me to get back the amount

Its really a fake company, i had placed order for in the month of November, have not received my bag, trying to open their website its not opening, serious action to be taken, they said my payment was successful and product will be delivered nothing has happenned, below are the details of my order confirmation

I had on 27.12.2017. booked for 4 pieces trolly bags from Bags Planet, Abu lane, Meerut.
I received the order confirmation as order 21175 after I made online payment if Rs.1860/.
Till date I have not received the delivery of my order. My mail to Bags Planet (mail id as [protected]@bags planet.in) does not get any reply. The company seems to have cheated me. Kindly help me to get back the amount. The online payment made by me was ackniwledged by sms copy hereunder.

It's a fake company... Now i was trying to open their website but it's sowing error... Its fake... Plzzz take some action on this.. I had also order 3 set of bag paid 1000rs vai debit card, but it's been 20 days since i have ordered but i haven't received any email from them... I have been trying to contact them but they are not responding... It's a fake... Need to take some action on it...

It's a fake company... They only cheat people i had also ordered on 22/12/17 no 16895 paid by instamojo and deliver date was 4/1/18 but still product not recd.

They are not replying to ant mails its totally a fraud scam..

Even tried to post message on thier facebook page bagsplanent but they never reply to it and computer generated msg comes.

This is a fraud website. Never ever buy anything from this website. I am also cheated by this website. I paid rs rs 2127 on 24/12/2017. It's modus operandi is it will show excellent quality bags at its website with very low price tag. Once you paid the money it will send a mail stating that it has received your order and will be processed in 5 working days. After 5 working days it will send another mail stating that your product is dispatched, but remember it will not disclose any shipping details like courier company name, shipment tracking number etc. After that your never ending wait starts... They don't have any contact number, so you can not call... Only have one gmail for contact... No matter how many times you write to them there is no response. Luckily my money was not paid directly to it but through instamojo payment gateway. I had already wrote to instamojo and they had initiated my refund which i should get within 7 days... Friends please spread this message... If anyone has the contact details of govt website to complain against such bogus website then please forward it to me. I want it to be closed.
(You can also type and search complain against bags planet in website, lots of customers are cheated like this)

I have ordered online asset of bag from the site called bagsplanet and it shows my product model no. Cbg102 & order id 17987 dt 22.12.2017 is dispatched on 30.12.2017. I did not get my order.
I have sent several emails to them at e-mail ‘bagsplanet. [protected]@gmail.com’ asking about delivery of goods but no response so far. They do not have any contact no. On their website so unable to contact them. Please help in the reimbursement and request to action on them.

It was a set of 4 suitcases amounting to 1958 rupees. The order was confirmed on 26th december 2017 and i havent received it yet.
I have sent multiple emails and inquiries but they have never responded with any answer. They don't even have a phone number on their website. They have a section called live chat and even no reply there too. I have tried every way possible for my order but have not recieved any response. I want a complete refund of my money.

I have file refund request & complaint 3 times but still not received back my money or not received my product as ordered. This is very dirty & unethical ways of business. You are ruin the customers. It is my badluck to made order to this company on site. Pls. Share my money return. I will file case against bags planet & instamojo both with proof of payment...

Bags planet — bags and luggage

Bags planet is a site, which offer very high discounts on bags and luggage online on site www. Bagsplanet.in. It shows office situated at meruth. All transactions are successful but no product deliver. I also shop 2 times on 3jan18 & again one more order next day
Online worth rupees 5724/ indian rupee for the product with id 418584 & 953433. I got no information from site that from where i can enquire about my order id. No response from site is available whether it is live chat. Site is showin product dispatched on 16/01/2018. No contact no. Is available to complaint. I had read reviews of many consumers for the site, all are having same issue.

Please take some action against bags planet or suggest what should we do for returning our money. Instamojo i'd no is mojo7c27005n16144702. Again we have mail to instamojo but they show close case.
