[Resolved] Bajaj Allianz General Insurance Co — General - motor | |||||
Dear Sir, I have taken an insurance policy in 2012 from Bajaj Alliance General Insurance Co. of my Car. Regd.No. DL-4CAG-9117 - Policy No. OG[protected]-00092181. Sir, I made a request for a claim on 20th & 21st of June, 2015 as my above-mentioned Hyundai GETZ car was hit by a Tempo (Mini truck) of an unknown person, as informed me by some nearby people, while it was parked Near Naharpur Market, Sector -7, Rohini, Delhi on Saturday, 20th June, 2015 at around 7.15 pm to 7.30 pm. I made more than 50 calls & e-mails requesting them to come for a survey for the claim, but when I threaten to report to IRDA, the person from Bajaj Allianz came after almost 33 days (one month 2 day) as on 22nd July, 2015. But, till then, I get my Car repaired 75% from local service stations. The survey was just a formality, because I refused to go for service to the service station of their choice... HANS HYUNDAI SERVICE STATION, DELHI. I repeatedly, told them that I had a very bad previous experience with that service station. I showed them the letter of my complaint also and that I want to get my car repaired from local service station. But after a long 2 month struggle, they agreed to give me claim Rs. 3, 200/- for the parts, which was not damaged / or partly damaged. They ignored the major damage, deliberately. In-directly they continuesly mentally tortured me for more then 2 months. I doubt there may be a dealing between Insurance Companies and the car service centers. I repeatedly, informing them telephonically and by emails that I am completely disagree AND dissatisfied the way my case has been handled AND delayed. I was completely fed-up and Finally, decided, to discontinue my current insurance policy. I have been repeatedly requesting them to discontinue my insurance policy for rest of the period after 20th OF JUNE, 2015 and refund the rest of the amount of my above mentioned Insurance Policy. But I received no reply. AFTER ALMOST 20 / 25 DAYS, I received the attached reply from Leena Sawale - Grievance Redressal Unit, Bajaj Allianz General Insurance Co. Ltd, Pune - 411006. Please see how BAJAJ ALLIANCE GENERAL INSURANCE treats with their customer and see the language used. The refund offer is just Rs. 915/- and I have to confirm my decision within 24 hours, otherwise the case will be closed. IS IT A JOKE...? Sir, they charge a high premium in one hand and other hand when customers claim, they delay the case and mentally harass them for months if they refuse to trap of the service centre of the Car Companies.
