[Resolved]  Bajaj Allianz Insurance Company — Group cheating

GROUP CHEATING BY BAJAJ ALLIANZ INSURANCE COMPANY

Based on how I was cheated, I wish to warn all the public not to deal or part your money to Bajaj Allianz. I am exposing the facts with real names and locations of all those involved.

1. CHEATING GROUP FORMATION.

a) Ms. Pooja Kumari Roy, Customer Service, Pune
Prepares a killing insurance policy different from the scheme offered. After damage to Customers, bargain with customers on money share from the Total Premium paid (Usually 50-50 and possible less amount to customers). Justify their cheating, using the lethal clauses on the policy.
b) Team Life Care Company of (India) Privae Limited, Srivasam, No 15, 1st Cross, Pampa Layout, Hebbal, Kempapura, , Bangalore. 560024 (Agents to canvass insurance for Bajaj Allianz) – Offer fictitious schemes like pay only 3 years Premium, and get 1 Lakh and more from 4th year onwards. Specialists in training their field workers on how to effectively cheat the customers and abscond.
c) Mr.Dhakshinamoorty from Tirunelveli. (His contact is through his partner who introduced him to me. - Mr.Nelliappan, Bala Printers, Kokkirakulam, Tirunelveli. MOBILE : [protected]). Field worker. Canvass, attract, and cheat customers. Abscond after the first premium is paid.
d) Messers Pawan Mahajan, Shyam Yadav, Venkata Ravi Chandra Jalagam. All from Customer service, Pune. Rokalla Shekar Customer Focus Unit, Jabeen shaikh (1st Level Escalation), Monalisha choudhury (2nd Level Escalation) – Bajaj Allianz team to justify their robbery, using the lethal clauses in the insurance policy.

2. FIELD CHEATING METHOD.

a) Mr.Dhakshinamoorty, approaches innocent rural house wives, poor workers, vegetable sellers etc.. and offer an attractive and fictitious insurance scheme from Bajaj Allianz . (See Attachment - BAJAJSCHEME.jpg).
b) Prepare the necessary forms, collect the first premium and send it to Bajaj Allianz (Robber), through Team Life Care Company of (India) Private Limited (Field Robbing agent).
c) Pooja Kumari Roy, Bajaj Allianz, Pune, prepares a killing policy in unreadable small fonts, to pay 25 years premium, instead of 3 years premium.
d) Mr.Dhakshina moorty, forces this policy to the poor customers, as this is the policy as per the scheme offered. Gets the customer acceptance. Sends it to Bajaj Allianz (Robber), through Team Life Care Company of (India) Private Limited, Bangalore (Field Robbing agent).
e) Mr.Dhakshina moorty then absconds. His mobile is always switched off or he does not pick up for you. If you trace his house, he is either hiding or gone out.

3. AFTER THE ISSUE OF THE POLICY - JUSTIFICATION.

a) The Robbery has taken place before issuing the policy.
b) The policy is issued with many clauses to trap the customer from all corners.
c) When you surrender the policy after paying 3 year premium, Pooja Kumari Roy bargains with customers on money share from the Total Premium paid (Usually 50-50 and possible less amount to customers). Justify their cheating, using the lethal clauses on the policy. In my case, I paid Rs 75, 000 (3 years X 25, 000), my life saving. She gave me only Rs 47, 616. The balance Rs (75,[protected] = Rs 27, 384 is stolen by the Bajaj Allianz's Public Cheating group. I also lost the interest on Rs 75, 000 for 3 years.
d) Group justification of their robbery by Pawan Mahajan, Shyam Yadav, Venkata Ravi Chandra Jalagam. All from Customer service, Pune. Rokalla Shekar Customer Focus Unit, Jabeen shaikh (1st Level Escalation), Monalisha choudhury (2nd Level Escalation).
e) Since the customer is trapped, they drive the customer out from their attention and direct them to contact an outsider, Insurance Ombudsman, scattered all over India.

4. AMBUTSMAN & CONSUMER COURT

a) Ambutsman and Consumer court cannot handle the case of cheating by Bajaj Allianz, because the offence has taken place before the issue of the policy. Also the insurance policy has sufficient cruel clauses to reject the customer’s facts.
b) The customer has to get a lawyer (expensive) and run after the court schedules, leaving their jobs and earnings.
c) To prove their pre cheating, one has to produce the persons concerned, as witnesses. They will refuse to come and say an open lie that they do not know the customer and refuse all their cheating acts.

5. CUSTOMERS ON DOLE DRUM & MANAGEMENT DO NOT SUPPORT

a) Bajaj alliance is well aware of the helpless customers.
b) They only support the clauses of the insurance policy.
c) They support their paid employees for getting more income, by such cheating techniques.
d) Hence, I warn all the public not to deal or part your money to Bajaj Allianz.

a) Your reply is irrelevant and do not address the method of Robbery of the Bajaj Allianz.
b) You are trying to protect the Cheating and Robbery of Bajaj allianz, from the contents of the Insurance policy document.
c) So you are not competent or eligible to provide a theoretical justification.
d) The cheating and Robbery of Bajaj Alliance has taken place between the Marketing and Policy Making. So you are playing the game of a Team Leader of a post robbery justification.

1. The Marketing agent's name is Mr.Dhakshina moorty from Tirunelveli. (His contact is through his partner who introduced him to me. - Mr.Nelliappan, Bala Printers, Kokkirakulam, Tirunelveli. MOBILE : [protected])
2. Mr.Dhakshina moorty was an agent of "Team Life Care Company of (India) Privae Limited", Srivasam, No 15, 1st Cross, Pampa Layout, Hebbal, Kempapura, , Bangalore. 560024 (Agents to canvass insurance for Bajaj Allianz).
3. He offered a policy called "Invest Plus Premier" of the Bajaj Allianz Insurance company. The premium to this policy is to be paid only for 3 years and then stop. The policy offers great fortune after 3 years, around a 1 Lakh, and it grows every year there after. (Attachment - BAJAJSCHEME.jpg)
4. Believing this, I paid Rs 25, 000/= for 3 yeras (Total Rs 75, 000), My life saving.
5. My policy number is [protected].
6. The policy was made in unreadable small letters, by Pooja Kumari roy of Bajaj Alliaz. But she made it different from the scheme offered to cheat me and benefit Bajaj Allianz.
7. I was told by Mr.Dhakshina moorty, that this policy [protected] is the "Invest Plus Premier" policy to pay premium for 3 years only. So, I accepted it.
8. I surrendered the policy in February 2014 and I got only Rs 47, 616. The balance Rs (75,[protected] = Rs 27, 384 is stolen by the Bajaj Allianz's Public Cheating group.
9. So, this is jointly planned cheating of a rural house wife by Bajaj Allianz team Poojakumariroy+Team Life Care Company of (India) Private Limited + Mr.Dhakshina moorthy from Tirunelveli.
10. Now you are a cheater's paid employee to protect them by :a) Justifying the marketing and policy making cheating through the clauses of the policy. It is irrelevant and unwarranted.b) You are also a member of the Robbing group of Marketing an attactive proposal and Issuing a lethel Policy (The cheating and Robbinf method of Bajaj Allianz).
11. Also how can you drive me to contact the Ambutsman, an outsider who cannot investigate your Marketing and Policy making cheating. Do not drive the customer to a third party, to protect and hide your internal robbery.
If you believe in justice, Please help me and arrange to refund my balance money of Rs 27, 384 + lost interest on Rs 75, 000 for 3 years (Rs 7, 500 X 3) = Rs 22, 500 at nominal 10% per annum).

e) It is a shame and black mark for a reputed company like Bajaj Allianz, for keeping ignorant persons like Mr. Venkatravichandra Jalagam, in yourpayroll.
f) I am also regularly posting all such nonsense emails from your officeand my reply, in the Customer complaint in the internet.

I appreciate your concern about my case of loss of money, time and mental grievance caused by Bajaj Alliannz.

1) I am a rural house wife not qualified or know how to talk with you, understand and give the information you want.

4) But, a telephonic talk will not be an effective method, because of the signals are weak in a place like rural Alwarkurichi and around, your pronounciation has to be clear, our understanding should be correct etc..

(a) It is a planned sales offer of a scheme (Pay only 3 years premium and get large returns thereafter)
(b) The first year premium was collected by the sales agent in advance.
(b) The policy in very small and unreadable font is prepared to pay 25 years premium.
(c) The policy was forced upon me as the same as the plan offered.
(d) The loss on surrendering after 3 years is Rs (75,[protected] = 27, 384 + Rs 22, 500 (Loss of interest at nominal 10% per annum on Rs 75, 000 for 3 years0.Total Rs 49, 884.
e) So, There is Robber group in Bajaj Allianz between the Sales agents and the Insurance policy makers, which has resulted in aloss of Rs 49, 884 to me.
f) The robbing takes place between the marketing outside and Policy preparation inside.
g) The clauses in the policy cannot be applied to justify a cheating+robbing case before the policy preparation.

a) Willful Mismanagement action (Your Agent’s attractive offer, and making an Insurance policy to financially kill the customer) for your business leadership.

c) This is an eye opener on the following vital points for the Safety and Security of the Indian population (particularly
the rural and women)

A. IT IS DANGEROUS TO KEEP BAJAJ ALLIANZ IN LIFE INSURANCE BUSINESS BECAUSE,

a. TRUST & FAITH – NOT EXIST IN BAJAJ ALLIANZ

i. Llife insurance is always done through an agent. Faith and trust are the foundation for life insurance.
ii. The agent offer a scheme and a policy should be made exactly as per the offer. Here Bajaj Allianz makes
a different policy than what is offered by the agent.
iii. The largest life insurance business is done by the Life Insurance Corporation of India (LIC), through agents. They honour
the above 2 points.
iv. Bajaj Allianz violates these basic points.

b. READING THE CLAUSES – THE KEY FACTOR IN BAJAJ ALLIANZ TO CHEAT.

i. LIC issues crores of policies every year. They are direct through agents or salary saving premium payment for factory workers or Rural and domestic policies for house holds, peasants, house wives, small shop owners, postal insurance etc...
ii. None of them read the clauses in the policy document, or even not educated enough to read and understand these clauses. Trust is inbuilt because of the enforced trust and faith between LIC and the people.
iii. You have stolen my Rs 49, 884, and protecting Bajaj Allianz on a single point that “why you have not read the (made in unreadable small font) terms and conditions for 3 years” ? This is a highly punishable excuse, from the Bajaj Allianz.

c. WELFARE AND HOPES OF THE PEOPLE – ABSENT IN THE VISION OF BAJAJ ALLIANZ.

i. When a rural house wife invests in an Insurance policy, there are great faith, hopes and visions in her heart.
ii. Bajaj Allianz is a rock minded insurer, keeping the targets for money, than the feelings in the heart of the poor insurance customer.
iii. The clauses in the FAKE policy is superior to the hearts and feelings of the poor customers.

d. DRIVE THE CUSTOMERS AWAY – MANAGEMENT GOAL OF BAJAJ ALLIANZ

i. Agents (Individual or Corporate) are trained and provided with many fake schemes to attract the customers (Peasants,
tailors, vegetable merchants, Burning ghat keepers – where dead bodies are cremated, cow holders and milk vendors, school teachers…..).
ii. Create and issue policies with dangerous and hidden clauses in unreadable small fonts, violating the schemes offered by the agents.
iii. When the customer brakes because of the lethal clauses in the policy, offer a meager sum from the premium paid, rob
a large portion and drive them out to a third party “Ombudsman”.

B. LIFE INSURANCE BUSINESS SHOULD BE ONLY WITH GOVERNMENT, BECAUSE,

a. PROTECT THE SOCIAL HARMONY AND BALANCE OF MIND OF THE PEOPLE.

i.Private insurance companies like Bajaj Allianz, rob and swindle the frugal savings of rural, women, house holds etc.. and shatter the balance of mind of the primary Indian citizens.
ii.Peace and prosperity of the people are important for the progress and development of India.
iii.People’s savings should be available for the government to invest in public welfare schemes, than reaching the hands
(directly or through robbery) of Profit oriented private units like Bajaj
Allianz.

b. TRUST & FAITH – IMPORTANT IN INSURANCE BUSINESS

i. Like LIC, sub units for insurance should be opened, primarily with emphasis on Trust and Faith.
ii.It is against the fundamental rights of the Indian people to exploit their savingsfor the enjoyment of private companies
like Bajaj Allianz and drive them mad to go to a third party like “Ombudsman”.

Bajaj Allianz is adamant and drives me to go a third party "Ombudsman", who has no authority to investigate and punish the following crimes committed by them.
1) Offer a scheme (Pay only 3 years premium and get large money returns) and issue a killing policy (Pay 25 years premium, with meagre returns)
2) Introducing many trap / cheating clauses in the policy. Made them in small and unreadable fonts.
3) When surrendered the policy, protecting their robbery by an unilateral approach - Why you have NOT read our terms and conditions in the policy for 3 years ?
4) LIC issues crores of policies every year. They are direct through agents or salary saving premium payment for factory workers or Rural and domestic policies for house holds, peasants, house wives, small shop owners, postal insurance etc…..None of them have ever read the clauses in the policy document, or even not educated enough to read and understand these clauses. But they issue a policy exactly in line with what is offered by their agents. Because, Trust is inbuilt and they honour the trust and faith between LIC, their agents and the people.
5) Bajaj Allianz offers a scheme through their agents and issues a contradictory policy to shatter the hopes and aspirations of the customer with poisonous clauses, and justifies their robbery by cornering them with 1 question "Why have you not read our clauses in the policy ?" and drives them to go to "Ombudsman".
6) This is a highly punishable excuse, from the Bajaj Allianz. It isalso against the fundamental rights of the Indian people to exploit their savings for the enjoyment of private companies like Bajaj Allianz and drive them mad to go to a third party like "Ombudsman”.
7) Hence, it is dangerous and unsafe for the people of India to keep Bajaj Allianz in Life insurance business.
8) They have stolen my Rs 49, 884, and protecting them on a single point that “why you have not read the (made in unreadable small font) terms and conditions for 3 years” ?
9) I appeal to the public and the Indian government authority (SEBI) to review and give justice to me.
