This is to inform that I bought an air conditioner with ther help of Bajaj auto finance; but when the EMIs were about to stsrt they informed me that because of their problem with dot bank arrangement, they cannot clear out my EMI payments from Standard Chartered bank. From now on they would collect the payments every month by chq from me. I asked them to return my PDCs while I would settle the whole amount of loan. But they refused to accept the total pay off . Last two months they came and collected chqs for two installments but this month they did not contact me or arrange to collect the payment. I am very very worried. I cannot even contact them as the phone numbers to their offices do not work. Also I will have to leave town within two weeks time and want to settle the loan. But No one is helping me.

i have purchased a Hyd registered 2nd hand bajaj-2 wheeler in consultency on last year at rajamundry.But it does not had CC up to now.
Now i had these following documents about this vehicle

1. Registration certificate(duplicate)
2. Bank clearence certificate
3. Sale letter
4. cash reciept of bike where i purchased this bike

But Recently i lossed this original RC in an accident, So i humbly request you to give a suggestion to get CC for this bike.

sir , i have taken a bike loan from bafl, for a period of 30 months , as on date i had paid 9 emi , i had lost my current job and joined a new company after2 months gap , i had informed the same to local bafl also, they agreed for that now iam lagging behind with4 emi worth 6800/-, all of a sudden, on12th june my cousin had taken my biuke and went for shopping with his family , suddenly these bafl people came there ,took the bike along , my cousin got surprised and thought that somebody had stolen it and started searching , i got doubt and asked bafl , they said thay dont have any idea about it, surprisingly , the moment we wanted to give complaint in local police station , we came to know that it has been recovered , iam willing to repay the pending 4 emi, but what bafl people are telling is that they might have sold that already and cant do anythg, is it fair? 4 instalments pending , they have taken my bike, not informed me , now they are telling that they had sold it , so what should happen for me as a consumer , i had paid 22000 as down payment and 9 emi worth 15300, i know now these collection people will sell this bike for a cheaoer rate to their fnds, what happens to me after paying 37300, ? this ios a mere loss to bafl also, people working as collection mgrs are doing these cheap tricks, i want justice , pls do me the needful, my contact number is +91 [protected], collection manager of kakinada BAFL is mr nagababu

Courier was dispatched by my Branch Office Moradabad by BLAZEFLASH Courier on 17.06.2010 D.C. No.: 2 for Bareilly, but till this date 24.06.2010, I haven't received my courier. I enquired from Mr.Ravi & Mr. Omprakesh in Bareily Blazeflash Office about my courier, according to Mr.Omprakesh they have received my packet on 18th June but they dont have any manpower to deliver the same .This is so ridiculous, I have some very important papers in that but no action has been taken by Courier company so far.My mobile no was also written in the courrier but nobody take the pain to atleast give me a call and confirm me about the same.

In case i am not getting my courrier today , i am going to take this matter to Consumer Court.

Request you to pls take necessary action and resolve the same ASAP.

We had surrendered the vehicle on (25.05.2005) as we were unable to pay the dues regularly. Despite of which we have received a court order to appear on 5th July 2010. I have purchase a L.G. Fridge by 0% finance by Bajaj Finance Ltd. and I had Given 10 Chq of 1450 to company. all chqs are dr in my account after that company sent me notice on 07/07/2009 for recovery of Rs.2350 due to chq return.
I have sent an email for clerification of this matter and also sent my bank statement show all chq. are dr. in my account. but company continous call me for payment.

In present I have applied for House Loan and My Bank reject my file due to CIBIL report. In this report Bajaj Finance show that Amount of finance settled with coustomer.

So Please Help me

As per your given statement the amount is Rs. 1885/- X 24 = Rs. 45, 240/-. It is seen that the Number of EMIs are mentioned as 24 as against 20 EMIs told to me while taking the loan.
After that I have not received any statement. I have approached the dealer place and asked. the reps who had discussed this did not even bother my request. After repeated emails I got the statement.

In view of the above I have to pay 3 EMIs i.e on 06 Jun 10 , 06 Jul 10 & 06 Aug 10 Only = Rs. 5,655/-

Bajaj Auto fianance reps told that 20 EMIs including the 4 Adv cheque. And hence 16 EMIs to be paid by me through ECS from my acccount.

Dealer place : Jai Bajaj, Jai Autos, 110, Arya Gowder Road, West Mambalam, Chennai - 600033.

But, now its seems to be a cheating and hiding information to the customer while giving loan, telling something to get the order. Which is ridicules. I have all the bills paid to the dealer and the handwritten paper given by your reps while discussing the loan amount.

i had taken a auto loan from bajaj auto finance ltd ,c/o siliguri auto works .ltd. second mile sevok road siliguri 734401 in the year 2006 month of may proposal no[protected] over the platina (spoke wheel) bearing registration no wb74k3661 .
i had cleared all my emi and got a clearance certificate as well as NOC from the co on 25/02/2009 having NOC Sl no 3018770.
I had applied for a personal loan of two lakhs for my personal requirement from HDFC BANK and CITI FINANCIAL after a gap of one year in 2009 and 2010 respectively but both the time my loan got cancelled as i had submitted all the docs as i was fullfilling all the requrements ifound something fishy so i asked the bank employee he told me that i was a defaulter as per my cibil report from tthe PAN CARD latter on when i checked with bajaj auto finance ltd in kol branch he told i am still having due to the co and my case my account was still open though i had already clearance and noc from the co, though i paid all my dues in 20/04/2010 the amountof Rs 520 as part payment for credit to the emi paid and Rs 2250 as part/full payment for credit to overdue charge to get rid off as adefaulter in cibil record .
when i checked my emi receipt they said i have paid inadequate amount for emi 16 but my question is if i had paid less amount they didnt charge me in my emi 17 and i was not aware of my due pilling till the year 2010 when my loan got rejected twice and my problem got pilled up bcoz of the negligence and wrong information from the co. though i didnt get any intimation letter nor any call from the co,
i have sufferd a lot for this wrong information again i had applied for a housing loan this time also they were asking a lots of question and documentation i am sure this loan will also get rejected so please can u help me and so further in future there wont be any more victim like me running from bank to bank for a loan for no mistake of mine

I have taken loan from Bajaj Auto finance limited in dec. 2009 (Loan Ac NO. Loan A/c No. L2DEL00280615,/ Vehicle No. DL3SBL9279) and set repayment mode as ECS in 17 EMIs. but they were note able to hit even a single EMI in my savings account in ICICI Bank, till Aptil 2010, they kept saying that ECS Mandate was not updated in my account with ICICI bank that is why they were not able to debit EMIs in my account. But the fact is that the ECS was already active in my savings account which my bank has confirmed in writing and Bajaj team was failed due to some unexplained reason.

Now after so much of follow-up with Bajaj Auto Finance Limited, they agreed to change the mode of payment from ECS to PDC. and settle pending EMIs which they could not receive through ECS shall be paid during 15.04.2010 to 15.05.2011 as per my convenience in a flexible intervals. I have now given the 13 PDCs starting from 15th April 2010. But till the date they are not able to present the cheque in my account for EMI of April month and they are not able to tell the reason. There collection team/agent is regularly making my life miserable by calling me and ask for pending EMIs, they use abusive language also.

At this stage i am totally helpless & not in a situatin to pay all pending EMIs cumulatively.

I need the loan to be re-scheduled or this should be closed without asking me for any interest and foreclosure charges.

When approached another financial institution to avail personal it appears still there is due as per the records available with CIBIL. But the above company failed to present the said ECS in time and presenting the same at their convenience by which I have been charged Rs. 552/- (Rupees Five hundred and fifty two only) towards ECS DR Charges for the months of October 2009 and March 2010.

In this connection, I have requested the company for reimbursement of the same for which I was allotted "Request ID No: A0321249".

I have made all the required correspondence with the company, but the company instead of reimbursing the amount simply mailed as mentioned below.

WHICH WAS SETTLED IN THE MONTH OF JANUARY 2010 THROUGH THE AGENT OF BAJAJ AUTO FINANCE LTD.,IN RS. 3000.00 AND I PAID MY FULL & FINAL E.M.I. OF RS. 3000.00 AND RECEIVED N.O.C. FROM THE COMPANY

AFTER THAT IN THE MONTH OF FEBRUARY 2010 ONE E.M.I HIT MY SAVING BANK ACCOUNT AND WAS PASSED WHEN I REQUEST JAIPUR OFFICE THEY REFUNDED ME THE AMOUNT.WHEN I ASK JAIPUR OFFICE WHY IT IS HAPPENING THEY SUGGEST ME THAT IT IS NOT POSSIBLE FOR US TO STOP E.M.I. BEACUSE IT IS PROCESSED FROM PUNE ITSELF. YOU CAN ASK YOUR BANK TO STOP E.M.I. OR KEEP MINIMUM BALANCE IN YOUR ACCOUNT ( BOTH ARE NOT POSSIBLE )

AGAIN THE SAME HAPPEN IN THE MONTH OF MARCH 2010 WHEN I AGAIN REQUEST THEM FOR THE SAME THEY REPLIED COME IN THE MONTH OF APRIL AFTER 20.

I have completed my bike loan in the month of May 2009 (Proposal no. / Loan no. 21067) but still not received any documents. I have visited to Bajaj Bikes, Bhuj for docs but it is not received by them through head office. I have send various mail to bajaj finanace customer care but not received any positive revert. As per CIBIL records Bajaj Auto Finance, Mysore have approved Loan A/c No.[protected] and have gave 2 disbursements in my name (Abhilash Panicker). As per the best of my knowledge, I have not applied for any Loan from Bajaj Auto Finance and never received any disbursements from Bajaj. I am totally surprised and confused. Could you please verify the same at your end and confirm CIBIL that the said loan is not pertains to me and somebody else and this is holding processing of my loan application with a an Indian Bank.

I had purchased one Bajaj pulsor 150 on 26th October 2007 and pay the instalment Rs.1929/= every month , on30th Sept 2009 I have paid the full amount which was outstanding vide their Book No:75156 Receipt no:AF1162887 Rs.4290/- Book No:75203 Receipt no:AF11630075 Book No:75203 Receipt no:AF11630074 Book No:75203 Receipt No:AF11630073 instead of that they taken the instalment from my Bank by collecting the cheque which is lying with them, neither they returned back the rest cheque nor stop payment from my account.Instead of that they have not issued any no objection certificate nor closed my loan account NO;[protected].I shall be glad if you kindly stop such kind if cheating from the customer. Please look into the matter.
