This is to inform that I bought an air conditioner with ther help of Bajaj auto finance; but when the EMIs were about to stsrt they informed me that because of their problem with dot bank arrangement, they cannot clear out my EMI payments from Standard Chartered bank. From now on they would collect the payments every month by chq from me. I asked them to return my PDCs while I would settle the whole amount of loan. But they refused to accept...

I have purchased a two wheeler under finance of BAFL. My EMI;s was regularly paid for 29 months out of 7 months. Out of paid 29 months I experienced that there were two EMI's deposited in one month. Since there was no deposits of PDC's in to my account I have tried to contact their Hyderabad office address which available with me.
