Please provide correct information about the service center of Bajaj LED glow 648LR at AGRA. As the charging system of the LED light is not working and unable to repair at any other place. Please help.

    I purchased the bajaj water immersion heater on 15.10.2021 and it blasted the same day when my sister was unplugging it.it blasted on her face and she has burns on her face … her hair, eyebrows and eyelashes . I tried to file the complain on customer care number of baja but they said they don’t take complaints of water immersion heaters. This was a near death experience for my sister and company is not taking any responsibility.Kindly help

      In 2020 I bought a bajaj gas stove (product model cook top ix 2) in which the gas does not work properly and the flames are put out it does not work properly. For whom I have complained more than 5 times but they do not listen to my complaint, so I request you to pay attention to this complaint and it should be resolved.

      Bajaj company officials come and parts will come and go away and do not pick up on calling again.
      Bajaj electrical company is bad and my experience is not good with bajaj…

        My air cooler purchased through Amazon India on June 18, 2021 and still under warranty is not working. The model No. is Bajaj PX97 Torque Personal Air Cooler 36L white. Invoice No. SAMD-24862 and invoice details is GJ-SAMD[protected]. I would like it to be repaired under warranty or the company to replace it.

          I have purchased electric gyser model popular plus 10 ltr from flipkart.

          Bajaj gyser box already mentioned free installation and inlet outlet pipes. But company denied for free installation and inlet outlet pipe and informed our company policy changed.

                Dear sir /madam
                I have bought a bajaj toaster & griller on 26/06/2020.my product is very low quality product with bad quality teflon coating & low quality plastic body which is burning while using. Also d customer care is asking for paid replacement of grill plates... Then what's d use of warranty...
                I m highly disappointed by using such low quality product which is of no use to me... Very low quality product & very bad customer service i must say...pls find attchd pics of d product...

                  I had raised a complaint for Ventilation Fan (BAJAJ) on[protected] via call ID JAI[protected] (Purchase date:[protected], from: - Murli Electricals, Khailand Market, Ajmer) that the Fan was not working, the engineer came on the same day and checked thoroughly, after open the Motor of fan he said there was problem in the motor and he can’t repair it at my place and take the fan motor with him.
                  On next day[protected] some another engineer (Er. Mob. No. [protected]) came to my home and changed the Motor and claimed it was Brand NEW at that time I was not at home and when I came back and checked, Fan was not working properly, Problem 1:- Weird sound coming from Fan, Problem 2:- Fins was not working because motor was not working properly and efficiently like before.
                  Then I again raised complaint to customer care on[protected] via Call ID JAI[protected] and on[protected], Er. Vikram Singh Rawat (Mob. No. [protected]) called me (12:37 PM) that he was coming to my place, after Two Hours waiting I called him whether he is coming or not but there was no reply, at 4:23 PM he came and checked the fan, I requested him to check the fan motor whether it was New or Old repaired (as I doubt by seeing the working and performance of the fan), he misbehave and said he cant open the Motor as he had no power to do this, on the other hand he don’t understand the problem of the Fan, after 45 min. he said there was problem in the Capacitor and he will change when he had time and leave.
                  On[protected] forth engineer (Er. Mob No. [protected]) came and checked, he said motor which was changed on[protected] was 100mm ventilation fan whereas your ventilation fan was 200mm and we will rectify our mistake soon.
                  Till date[protected] my problem was unsolved; it is kind request don’t waste my time and please solve my problem as soon as possible by skilled engineer as I already saw Four Engineers in Four days with no result.
                  If the company (BAJAJ) was not capable to solve the minor problem of Ventilation Fan then kindly take your product and refund my money back.
                  This is for your kind information, feedback and legal action please.

                              I purchased a bajaj sabse tezz CF 1200 MM Brown fan in the month of July. The fan worked for 12 days and stopped working. When I contacted the elecrtical shop from where I bought it (Sai Electricals, New Nallakunta, Hyderabad) they asked me to contact Bajaj customer care. I registered a complaint and have been waiting for them to act on it. They just register the complaint and don't care to act on it. One month since I raised the concern and a single technician has also NOT SHOWN UP till now. Chandrika the Hyderabad branch coordinator is giving me a new story every day. Very disappointed in Bajaj.

                                  I was purchased a Water Heater Calenta 25 Ltr on 07 July 2021. Your engineer came for installation on 12 July 2021. While installation water leakage was obsevered and again after few days other engineer came and try to solve water leakage issue, but he can't do. Further, Your engineer spoken to babaj office and said that "your water heater will be replaced in just 7 days and you will get new" . So I request for replacement. Still my water heater is not replaced till now. Please do the needful at your end and replace my Water Heater as soon as possible.

                                  If delay than I will go to the consumer forum with my issues.

                                      i purched bajaj celling fan 30 / 07/2019. My fan not working at all from 15 july 2021...
                                      i hv already called bajaj custo mer care many times and had registered complaint on 20 july 2021..
                                      have called hundreds of times to bajaj service centre YAM ENTERPRISEZ as the no was provided by bajaj costumer care centre...
                                      But there is no response from bajaj service centre...

                                        Bajaj brands are so popular and based on that I purchased ceiling fan but going thru very bad service from Bajaj. Atleast 6-7 times the technician came during the pandemic times to resolve the noise issue from the fan. Even I had replaced the fan. On the new fan again the same issue I faced after 2 months of installation. I had raised complaint and the technician came and was not able to solve the issue. I request to please take the product back and refund me the amount as I can not give more timing and entry to technician during this pandemic time. I purchased another fan as I did not get any response from Bajaj and I think now they must have closed the ticket as there was lock down this year. Closing of ticket without acknowledging happened last year too and had to raise again. I am really unsatisfied with the service.
