Dear sir
I was purchased a Water Heater Calenta 25 Ltr on 07 July 2021. Your engineer came for installation on 12 July 2021. While installation water leakage was obsevered and again after few days other engineer came and try to solve water leakage issue, but he can't do. Further, Your engineer spoken to babaj office and said that "your water heater will be replaced in just 7 days and you will get new" . So I request for replacement. Still my water heater is not replaced till now. Please do the needful at your end and replace my Water Heater as soon as possible.

If delay than I will go to the consumer forum with my issues.

      Dear sir / madam
      i purched bajaj celling fan 30 / 07/2019. My fan not working at all from 15 july 2021...
      i hv already called bajaj custo mer care many times and had registered complaint on 20 july 2021..
      have called hundreds of times to bajaj service centre YAM ENTERPRISEZ as the no was provided by bajaj costumer care centre...
      But there is no response from bajaj service centre...

        Bajaj brands are so popular and based on that I purchased ceiling fan but going thru very bad service from Bajaj. Atleast 6-7 times the technician came during the pandemic times to resolve the noise issue from the fan. Even I had replaced the fan. On the new fan again the same issue I faced after 2 months of installation. I had raised complaint and the technician came and was not able to solve the issue. I request to please take the product back and refund me the amount as I can not give more timing and entry to technician during this pandemic time. I purchased another fan as I did not get any response from Bajaj and I think now they must have closed the ticket as there was lock down this year. Closing of ticket without acknowledging happened last year too and had to raise again. I am really unsatisfied with the service.

            This is worst food processor I have experienced. Had to get motor repaired couple of time in 3 years. Now chutney jar is not working. Asked service center to help me with right spares. They gave the number who said they do not support Bajaj Electrical parts anymore. Apparently, last 6 months unable to get chutney jar. Now big plastic jar is broken in parts, no replacement. Lessons learnt: can we trust Bajaj Electricals for spares? May be not and for that reason even would not recommend Murphy Richards because service is by Bajaj, pathetic support.

              I have ordered for Bajaj DUETTo PNG 150710
              throgh amazon via order number[protected] on May 29 2021 due to Lockdown installation was delayed for 1 month
              Now we have installed and see that it is not working with LPG Cylinder we have called customer service and an machanic visited to fix the problem and he suggested that the issue can not be fixed but only has to be replaced
              This model is not compatible with LPG cylinder

                  I had bought a Bajaj Masterchef 3.0 food processor (B014YHX0PG - Bajaj f/p master chef 3) through Amazon on 31.12.2020. Copy of Invoice attached.

                  There are 2 jars and a juicer and other food processing attachments. The coupling of the wet grinding jar broke in April 2021 i.e. within 4 months of purchase. A complaint was lodged bearing no. DEL[protected]-1. On 13.04.2021 the technician visited and stated that I would have to pay for the replacement since the accessories are not covered under warranty. The coupling was replaced. No bill was provided for the repair. Payment was through Paytm. Receipt of the same is attached.

                  Again the coupling of the above jar and the dry grinding jar broke. A complaint was lodged bearing no. DEL[protected] -1. On 23.06.2021 the technician visited and replaced the couplings. It was assured that original parts have been used. A bill dated 23.06.2021 was provided. Copy attached.

                  Now again within 15 days o[censored]se the coupling of wet jar has broken. No request for repair has been lodged yet.

                  I wish to place on record and complain about the sub standard quality of the replacement. It is very disappointing and disheartening that Bajaj product is not up to the expected standard. I have been a Bajaj products consumer since more that 35 to 40 years and this is the first time that I am facing such an issue.

                  Prior to this food processor I had used Bajaj Food Factory 11 and it had worked without problems for almost 10-11 years.

                  As the present product is under warranty, it is requested that the Bajaj Masterchef 3.0 food processor be replaced with a better quality product by Bajaj.

                    Dear sir/ mdm my daughter sri Akhila Jyothi she search job on naukari.com she found a job Bajaj electricals they called an offering a job.they asked money to pay for job 12550rupees my dughter paid 6500 they said that when you pay total amount you got oppointmnt order my daughter paid anthoher 6050 rupes now they asked another 6000 rupees so please help us... SOlve this issue as soon as possible

                              I have purchased Bajaj Calenta 15 Litres geyser recently & booked a registration for free installation. Two service persons came for installation & asked me to register once again saying that the installation time was over, so book another registration saying that I have purchased another geyser of the same model. I did the same thinking that the time exceeded really. And later they charged me Rs.650/- for installing the geyser saying some parts are not provided & that is not their job, it is plumber's work, eventhough they are doing it, when I asked for a bill they said they cannot provide any bill for that as it is not their job. Then what's the purpose of mentioning as free installation?? And those service guys asked me to register again even though I was told it will take 2, 3 days for installation. I think they have done it for their own purpose or benefit or something. I didn't expect this kind of service from a brand like Bajaj Electricals.
                              Kindly look into this & take measures to not to cheat customers again like this.

                                We have purchase your food processorfrom vijay sales thane in march 2019 but not sinle day we could use because your dry and chatni container is not working at all we paid 7500 for that we called your person as it was under warntty period but that person has done any thing properly and it was same complain it had happened that immediately after that was lock down and no one turned till today so our money was wested hope now you will look into the matter I request you to change the machine
