Few components of my food processor are not working, switch that is the regulator is not working. Also the stick on which blades are suppose to align for usage got broken so I want new stick. So please make it available as per my food processor model requirement. Previously when technician visit he said that due to lockdown circumstances parts are not available. It's already been 4 months so kindly solve the issue as soon as possible.

      I purchased approx 4 to 5 month bajaj mixer . All over mixer is good but mixer jars rubber ring is broken that's y when I grind all mixer come out so please I need new mixer jars rubber ring. This rubber quality is very bad and also not removable so we can't wash properly.please u have to provide new rubber ring.

            I am facing a lot of delay in the installation of the geyser that I have purchased on 22nd Nov 2020 and raised the request for installation on 23rd Nov 2020 ( Call-ID BAN[protected]).
            One person came the next day and he started shouting for no reason and starting fighting with me so I felt unsafe so I asked him to leave. Post this I have made multiple requests, complaints but there is no response. Every time I call customer care, they tell me the technician will come in 2-3 working days but no response and they cancel the previous request with some false reasons like the customer phone not reachable.
            I am fed up with following up and waiting for the installation. I believe I made a huge mistake trusting an Indian brand like Bajaj. Like others, I should have trusted some foreign brands and get a proper and reliable service.Â

            I am still waiting for the installation and hoping to use this product someday. Â

              I purchased a geyser from Bajaj considering it to be a big and reputed brand but I'm highly dissatisfied with the kind of service they provide.
              First of all I received a defective product which worked for 6 days and stopped heating post that. I registered a complaint following which they sent a good for nothing technician to my house. He promised to replace a few parts within 3 days. 7 days later i kept contacting him and he kept informing me that he will be visiting me within 2 days but he never did. Consequently, I registered another complaint and he had to visit me finally! He was unable to repair my geyser and asked for another 2 days to change further parts. I was patient as I trusted Bajaj but he didnt turn up again. I called Customer care again from where they redirected me to another person ("senior"), the senior was one amonst them and he took no action against his technician. Finally the technician visited me again and changed 2-3 more parts (which i highly doubt is a fraud) and told that the device is not getting repaired and he will send his senior. I was still OKAY with it, untill I got a message on my phone stating that the complaint has been resolved. My geyser still doesnt work, its extremely cold and my elders have to shower in this temperature, if they fall sick, i swear I will escalate this Bajaj.

              I don't know if writing this story here will help me in any way but I want to warn everyone from purchasing Bajaj products.

                Hi Bajaj team,

                Wiuld like to inform you that I had purchased a bajaj gyser(new sakti). In this days I am facing some technical problem in my gyser. It's taking too much time for water heat(more than 40 to 50 minutes for water heat). One technician who visited on 24th nov after raising complaints (ticket no DEL[protected]-1 ) and without checking my gyser said its take almost 40 -50 minutes to heat."40 -50 minutes to lagega hai pani garam hone me". When I asked that before 2 months its took only 10-15 minutes to heat but technician said not possible. I did not provide my 4 digit complaint satisfaction pin with technician and he returned back after 2 hours later I got message from Bajaj"Your Bajaj Electricals Call ID DEL[protected]-1 has been resolved. Email us at consumercare https://t.co/TN2fTlUSqa if not resolved or any feedback."

                Kindly help my out in this regard and take a appropriate action in this reference.

                      I have raised My Bajaj 3 Litre Instant Geyser service request on 20 Nov 2020.
                      Technician visited and told said spare part coil is not working.Need to change.

                      Now after calling multiple times, he told spare he got .I will come morning, evening next day etc.

                      Kindly send some one who can solve this problem.

                        OnNov.26, I purchased a Bajaj Geyser from SKY LITE Tilak Nagar New Delhi which was installed by your engineer vide your secret code No. 1533.
                        I am not satisfied by the service provided by your team. The iron pipe already fitted by us in the bath room for putting up the clothes, was bent by your engineer without my permission.First he asked me to bring two long water pipes from the market and when I brought, he did not use these pipes.He put some load of the geyser on the iron pipe and when I objected, he bent the iron pipe.
                        Besides that he removed the Multi Function Valve from the geyser and did not fix it and took it away.
                        Yesterday and today, I tried to contact him many times on the mobile phone, but he did not respond.
                        Please instruct your team to fix up the Multi Function Valve on my geyser immediately.

                          There is frequent problem arising in the geyser.
                          There is power/auto-cut issue (lights are not turning on) and it is arising frequently.
                          Other appliances in the House are working fine except this geyser.
                          In the last six months I have to log 4 different calls for the same problem & still the issue is unresolved (Problem is solved on Temporary basis).

                          The product is under warranty. Need help from the company to resolve the issue in proper manner & eliminate the root cause. My friend has brought the same geyser at the same time and he is living in the same area but there is no such issue in his geyser.

                            I purchased Bajaj instant water geyser in last year December. It has warranty of 2 years. But it stopped working within one year of purchase. I called consumer care number and registered the complaint. They had assigned a technician to visit. Later on technician called me and asked me on call that what is the issue in geyser. I told him the issue. He said that he will come after1-2 hours. But he didn't come. I have waited for 2 days. Then again I called consumer care and they told me that technician cancelled the service request saying that he couldn't able to connect with customer. I asked him to please register a complaint again and assign the technician. They again registered the complaint and assigned the same technician. Again technician called me later on and asked me about the geyser model and issue. I told him the same. He said i will come after 2-3 hours. Then after 2 hours i called him since i had his number now and i don't want technician to cancel the service request. So when i called back he said sir i will come after 1 hour. Then again after 1 hour i called him and he said that sir today it's too late now so i will come tomorrow. Next day i called him and he said sir you will have raise another request. This request has validity of 2 days only. SO i called consumer care again and they told me that technician has cancelled the request that he couldn't able to connect customer. I am stuck with this since 3-4 weeks.

                              I made installation request registered on[protected]. I got a call from engineer for installation but he didn't come to visit the site. On[protected] I got a call from consumer care and told me that the call is closed 'due to site not ready'. Enginer not yet visited the site HOW THE INSTALLATION CALL IS CLOSED. Now they registered my call again.
                              Please take necessary step to resolve the issue and confirmed me the same.

                                  Hai, this is Praveen from Hyderabad.
                                  I bought a Bajaj 15 ltr Vertical water heater and i requested a installation on Friday, Saturday service executive called me and told me that he is coming for installation i waited for him but he didn't come. And today morning i received a call from service executive and he told me that he is sending person for installation and he is also didn't come yet.
                                  Saturday and today i take a leave from my office for this installation, but installation not done yet. How many days i should taking leaves and waiting for the installation..?

                                    dated 04 Nov 2020.
                                    2. 10 days have lapsed without any rectification of OTG having been done. NO RESPONSE received despite SEVERAL days ( as referred in your mail of 04 Nov 2020) have passed.
                                    3. Speaks volumes about SUB STANDARD CUSTOMER CARE services, more so to Senior Citizen.
                                    4. Request Immediate Remedial Action .

                                    1. May I request Immediate & prompt remedial measure to make the OTG functional as the said OTG is lying in NON FUNCTIONAL state for 38 (Thirty-eight) days .
                                    2. Have little mercy for consumers to initiate early action instead of sending mails to your reps who are NOT at all responding.
