I bought 4 goods in punjagutta bajaj electronics Sony tv Samsung refrigerator LG washing machine and symphony cooler. When I checked the Sony TV I was shocked because in the pack it contains only monitor and stand. There is no remote control and no cables. ...it's really ridiculous. I never face such problems with any other showrooms. It's very worst experience with these guys. ..nobody will give proper response. ..it's shame on you. ..very very very bad customer service. ...

Updated by rajesh242 I got 2 calls regarding this complaint. ..simply they are telling sorry sir...we are refunding your money. ..go to market and buy remote and cable...if I will purchase in the market what is the use of coming to your showroom... showroom guys and customer service guys both are same...
