Dear Sir/Madam,

This month october 2018 bajaj finance debited 295 rupees 6 times without my knowledge, its very shocking.
With out my permission every time in my account is been debited by Rs.295 for the Investment Intermedi.
So, please refund my money.
As soon as solve my problem.
its my salary account with Sbi.
Kindly help me to recover my money back from investment intermedi.
Its totally fraud.
We earn money and unecessarily the amount is debited rs.295 which we dont know.

kindly do the needful ASAP.

I was getting continous calls from vimannagar office rep nisha reporting to roopali adewar she was offering me od flexi loan facility on my homeloan which i agreed to take later. Till the time she did not get my bank information she was able to contact me. The day she got my bank information she did not contact me to let me know the status of my loan infact she called other no. Which i never authorised to call.. She called that number and disclosed all my information to third party stating she was not able to contact me. She even informed third party that my loan is rejected and my cibil is low because of check bounce. First of all i never had any chechk bounce and secondly who authorised her to disclose my personal information to third party without doing any verification. I even have the call recording and will not mind filing a case against you for violating the law.

My name is benny k. M.. Loan a/c no. 415sce34286006. Last instalment of my loan was closed on 02.02.17 by cash. Now three times your finance company withdrawnd cash from my bank worth rs.295 each ones dtd. 20.09.18, 13.10.2018 & 12.10.2018. Ie, 295+295+295=885/-. Quotes instalation charge. At the time of sbt negotiated to sbi only one time cheque bounds due to no information received from your side for submission of cheque. Yesterday i received one message from your side dishonour cheque 500 rs. Is next my outstanding amount. Pls sent me my soa of above mentioned loan account. Your company not yet delivered any loan details, approved papaers and instalment details. Only done submission of cheques and withdrawnd. Kindly solve this problem at an early date. Your collection executive name jibin already consent no dues at the last time of collection of money.

Im purchased mobile vivo v9 on auguest 27...on emi
* 1st emi amount put in my bank account..
Asusally starting of the month 2nd deducted emi amount..
* ..but bajaj collection aggent to collect amount from me ...beacause of check bounce ...will say ..agent for me
*after pay the amout we have check my bank tansactions ...on 2nd deducted
* im go near branch office ..said that problemm..check my loan ..
* in that loan .shows buy a 2 mobiles ..
But i have to buy only 1 mobile ..
*** that 2nd mobile .amount cant. Refund ..poor management fraud

i hold a health insurance policy for my family from bajaj alliaz, it was taken through bajajfinserve loan ID: 400SOI84061703. As there is a excess amount debited from loan than the premium, i have raised a request to correct my loan.
suddenly i got a mail saying your policy got cancelled from bajaj finserve end.

when i contacted the customer care, they said it was mistake form bajaj finserve and they will rectify in 2-3 working days, a service request is also raised SR04061406, and its been more than a month and there is no progress update at all. even escallation to grievance team did not help. calling to customer care / grievance team is a hell and even after waiting for soo long in hold no proper response, Every time they say they will need more time to get the information from back end team. till now no single action taken w.r.t service request SR04061406.

i could say it is pathetic customer service from bajajfinserve and bajaj alliaz

I've been said to pay a fine amount of rs.2900 for delayed loan payment. But i have paid all my loan amount as assisted by the agent i have all the proof of loan payment in my bank passbook. I'm not convinent with paying fine as such for a mistake that i've not committed. Please wipe off my fine amount n i'll pay the rest of my loan amount as i've always paid them please do not charge me any fine i'm a loyal customer to you n i've taken several loans that i have repaid honestly. Kindly look into the matter n revert. Thank you.

I am ashis dekonda kartheek, mobile no [protected]. On 3, your customer care called me for bajaj elite emi card membership and asked me to pay rs 4999 earliest.

Later on 3 oct. I made the payment through my icici credit card (Rs 4999/-). Payment was debited successfully and i received a mail in this regard (An image file is attached).

Sir ur representative told that i will get the card in next 8 day on my home address. But till date, there is no further communication from your side and i yet to get the card.

Sir, i would request your good selves to kindly do the needful earliest.

In sept 2018 i bought a phone and got it financed from bajaj fin serv.
While i was purchasing the samsung a8 star phone the guy pitched me to take insurance plan which i denied.
However, today when i logged in to see the status of my loan i came across "digital phone safe" of 3599rs.
I am not sure why bajaj fin serv is charging me this for and honestly i am totally disappointed. & i am not interested for phone safe insurance.
Please look into it. And cancel my loan as soon as possible.

When we miss a payment y for any reason ur team have literally called and abused me... Saying if i couldn't pay why did u take the loan and etc. Now that the loan is closed u guys have taken additional emi i want the emi refunded at the earliest. I[censored] want emi on time i want my refund at the earliest. The people who sit at the counter at thane office are also rude. When i went to pre close my account that would not apply logic. They would have such a disgusted rude voice.

I'm being constantly harassed by your tele callers using ever changing phone numbers. Blocking is useless and in spite of requesting them to stop they're just increasing the frequency of calls. Fyi:
-my number is registered with dnd for many years now and you are the only company violating the dnd norms.
-i've never expressed any interest whatsoever in your products.
Finally, after suffering for more than 2 years - i'm contemplating legal action against bajaj finserv.

I request others who too are being harassed by bajaj finance to comment on this thread so that we can join hands and sue them together.

Irritating now that even after registering my number on dnd i am still receiving these calls daily. It seems bajaj finance is not following dnd and mis using the customer data they have for business purposes - not the right business ethics.

Please take some strong action against this company as they are now calling from a different personal number each time and offering loans to those people who don't even need it.

Hi my name is g. V. R reddy. My card has been blocked without any reason. Why they have blocked no idea. My instalments paid on time. I am active since 4 to 5 years. For unblocking of my card. First i went to madivala branch. They told me to go to richmond circle. I went to head office two days travelling took me 3 hours. But the bajaj finserv person in there called me and tool my mobile number raise a complaint and told bajaj constumer care people will call you he tols within two days your card will be unblocked. But it almost two months. No one called me. He took my mobile he had given 5 stars for the conversation. If your not unblock my bajaj card doesn't matter. Because there are other finances. I can approach them. I need to know the reason. There must be reason to block my card right.

It is ridiculous that daily 4 to 5 times, i am receiving this voice calls at all possible odd hours from bajaj finserv for asking me to take loan. I am not interested to take any loan and several times i have requested that please do not call or sms me for loan requirement..

Kindly take necessary action for stopping phone call at my number else i will be forced to take action against bajaj finserv for disturbing me on and of[censored]sing several different numbers

I have bought two wheeler from bajaj and get loan for bajaj finance in 2007 which has been repaid in 2009. I have tried many times to get noc of that.in the mean time i purchased many items with the help of bajaj finance like fridge, ac, tv camera etc and my credit limit is 2.00 lacs. It is regret to say not a single phone number is working to listen my problem and send noc of above items on my email id.
