I want to share my experience with bajaj finance i took personal loan from them and when i wasn't able to pay my 11th and 12th emi. The bajaj finance collection man called me and as soon as i answered the call. I told him theer is some finance issue once my finance issue solve will pay you with all charges. But he started using vulgar language and very irrited person. Which i can not even express. He talked many things

I am manashi ghoshal. All time phn and heras me for 1 emi payment. This name is anirudhya saha number is [protected].. Send excicutive at my house daily. Plese take action against this number.. I am repetadly said must be payment on 31st aug. But he is hamar me all time.. Call me again and again. Do not pick up call then send excicutive in my house. They are came and theret me. Please take action.

It is ridiculous that daily 4 to 5 times, i am receiving this voice calls at all possible odd hours from bajaj finserv for asking me to take loan. I am not interested to take any loan and several times i have requested that please do not call or sms me for loan requirement..

Kindly take necessary action for stopping phone call at my number else i will be forced to take action against bajaj finserv for disturbing me on and of[censored]sing several different numbers

Dear sir, my name is s prabhakar. I have taken 2 wheeler vehicle loan for buying ktm duke 200 on march 25th 2017. My emi amount is rs. 4759. This amount is deducting in every month 6th in my sbi a/c. August 6th also debited rs. 4759 as usual. But again 24th august afternoon you have withdrawn rs. 413 without my knowledge.

Please refund my amount to my sbi account. Sbi - peenya baranch reference is p [protected] transferred to ddr bajaj auto to your a/c no. [protected].

I received msg that they were added insurance (No. Im1674602) to my mobile with rs.1849.
I also received one courier from fone safe about insurance apply on my mobile
My emi is rs.2167.
Please sir as soon as possible you cancel my insurance plan

I am rituparna ghoshal. Some consumer loan in bajaj finance are running my mother name manashi ghoshal. All month my payment is clear bt this month 2emi is due now. Bajaj excicutive moumita came my home call and call heras me with some people type of gunda came my home. Please take action against them asap. Then i complain police... The girl thret me she burn my house. If you not take a action iam gp police station

Please give me detail of my emi and loan last time my first emi deduct excess so i want full detail of my loan & emi which have been paid and how much emi will paid by me in future. My loan no. In the month of november 2017, i got continuous calls from a customer service executive of bajaj finance for offering a bajaj elite card which will have a limit of 300000 and also rs 30000 worth of gift vocuhers inclusive of holiday stay and what not things. They asked me to pay rs 4777/- for the same. Initially i was not convinced by this offer and i had a strong feeling that its a fake call. But later on this guy named nikhil nagare kept on calling me and tried to influence me by telling that its as good offer and this services are offered to the privileged customers only. Finally i made the payment of rs 4777/- on 28/11/2018. After payment the executive told that there is some changes in my residence address and asked me to send a copy of my adhaar card and accordingly is sent the same for upgrading my address. After that till date i have not received any call or any card. I tried to call the toll free number but it was a waste of time and no response from the customer team. I have also written mails marking a copy chairman, cfo and other higher ups but nothing has worked out.

I paid for Elite membership card Rs.4777/- on 30.09.2017 so far I have not received any response even after sending mails visiting to Bangalore local office & even for phone call.

My name is Uma Malla. I am a female. I am a registered customer and I have existing loans with you. I been a loyal customer to Bajaj.

Last month I got a call from one of your executives saying that I had a smart card pre-approved for me. Initially I said i was not interested. He convinced me explaining it's benefits. Then I asked him to come down home to gather my KYC documents. He came and left saying I would receive the card within a week. After two days I got a msg saying it was declined and no reasons were stated. I been trying to reach customer care to talk to an executive. I don't find such option anymore. I want to know why u r cheating your customers saying pre-approved.

Another issue here. I have two consumer loans with bajaj among which one was supposed to be the last emi this August first week. But I didn't pay it deliberately for having PREAPPROVED smart card rejected. Meanwhile I was out of city too. Your people have been calling me and I am saying the same reason. Today I got a call directly from the store and the way the person was talking was very pathetic. Addressing me as a cheater and addressing me 'tum' while I was addressing him as aap. And he is warning me saying he would take away the sofa. I said alright. I don't understand the logic how u could take the sofa away without paying my 23 months emi I paid to u just for me not paying one month.

Please don't consider me as any other common customer. I seriously am hurt with the way your ex executive dealt with my smart card sanctioned drama and now your executives harassing me for not repaying the last emi. I have all the calls recorded. Before taking away the sofa, you owe me an answer why my card was declined while it was pre-approved and also I want all the signed documents back from you that you collected for smart card approval. Then you can take away the sofa paying partial amount that I paid as EMIs for 23 months.

The calls are mentally harassing me. I want a solution for this else I will go to consumer court. They are warning me that they would come home in half an hour and take away the sofa and said in a big tone that nobody could stop them. Is that the way you talk to a long-term customer and that too a female? I became veru nervous. I have all the calls recorded with me, I told my husband and he asked me to drop a message in this forum first and then proceed accordingly if no initiative is taken by bajaj people.

I am getting daily 5 to 10 calls from different private number of your employee. this is affecting my work process in office & home as well.

This is the mail i am writing to M/s Bajaj finance, if you will not solve my problem then i have to take some legal action.

I was existing Member Identification (EMI) card no.xxxxxxxxxxx1807, I blocked the card, but even now bajaj finserv is deducting my EMI card inactive annual fees Rs117/-from my SBI bank account. I would like to request you please deactivate this card & account. I do not require any such card.

I was supposed to take a top up loan, which i refused. But mr. Binod das an employee with bajan finance misbehaved with me. His misdemeanor and repulsive behaviour is an insult to the reputation of your company. I may have my own reasons for not taking the loan. But his negative attitude towards a client failed to impress me. Even after reminding him that in future i may take other loans, he went on being abusive. Kindly look into the matter with immediate effect! Such type of employee conduct doesn't suit a company of your stature.

Daily during office hours or during driving time getting calls from bajaj finance asking for loan offers they have. after repetitively saying to stop the calls not interested for any kind of loan still getting the calls. i don't want to repeat the same. if its not stopped i will take necessary action against bajaj finance.

Please stop such unethical way of calling continuously. people are aware where to go if they need any kind of loans.

Hi, this is BUDDIGA CHANDRA SHAKER taken personal loan which is 1.2 lakh because of executive of loan representative forced to avail the loan.

Continuly paid 13 months emi without any delay. Due to certain health unable to pay only one month

Even I requested very pleasantly yo executive to give time for payment but your executive used abusive language all the time and harresed whole month

Even blackmailed me will cost home with team and all managers will collect payments at any cost where I was not at home, hence warned my parents for payment and also used to write mail extremely warnings only for one month due

I would like register police complaint for frauded doing and harresment and pristage issue by visiting my home

And also executive of yours even visited home informally and very sarcastic way casually without any I'd proof and in no business hours and used to tell his differently all the time on mobile conversation and cheat me with calling different different numbers and names

I have applied for bajaj finance card post getting an approval of rs 60000. They have charged rs 471 online for physical emi card and post that i got a text that you will receive your card in 2 weeks. Now, they are sayung they are not sending any card and shared a link to download digital card. If that's the case then why i'm charged for physical card. I 've tried to call them mutiple times but there ivr is not recegnizing me either phone, customer id or emi card number, hence unable to speak to anyone. Such a bad marketing by them. Just spoiling bajaj family's name

I took a bajaj finance emi loan about 10 years ago.

It has been my biggest regret. It is 2018, for the last 10 years, their call centers give me calls sometimes almost 2 times a day, offering new products. It has become worse now, with automated calling and some recording playing, offering loans

Same with my email, they keep spamming me.

Why do they keep harassing me like this. My important meetings are frequently disturbed.

I have told them several times to stop calling me, but they don't care. I keep getting calls from different cities and different numbers.

They show no respect for the do-not-disturb registry.
Please help me, get them out of my life.

I don't have any dues on bajaj finance. Kindly clarify on urgent basis otherwise i will force to go to consumer court. Please provide the refund at the earliest. Unwanted debit without notification.

I don`t have any loan pending and not using bajaj finance for last 2 years.

All dues are paid and all of sudden 117/- dedicated from by bank account.

Such as pan card, adhar card, and bank pass book photo then after day company service provider name prachi call me sir u r cibil score good that is over 800 and we provide u 9.50 lack loan against policy . U pay us by DD first installment or policy installment ₹95000/- and after 18 days u got loan disbursement on u r account by Rtgs, u don't got loan u cancelled the policy and refunded u r ₹95, 000. this fake or real please contact me
