My name is Uma Malla. I am a female. I am a registered customer and I have existing loans with you. I been a loyal customer to Bajaj.

Last month I got a call from one of your executives saying that I had a smart card pre-approved for me. Initially I said i was not interested. He convinced me explaining it's benefits. Then I asked him to come down home to gather my KYC documents. He came and left saying I would receive the card within a week. After two days I got a msg saying it was declined and no reasons were stated. I been trying to reach customer care to talk to an executive. I don't find such option anymore. I want to know why u r cheating your customers saying pre-approved.

Another issue here. I have two consumer loans with bajaj among which one was supposed to be the last emi this August first week. But I didn't pay it deliberately for having PREAPPROVED smart card rejected. Meanwhile I was out of city too. Your people have been calling me and I am saying the same reason. Today I got a call directly from the store and the way the person was talking was very pathetic. Addressing me as a cheater and addressing me 'tum' while I was addressing him as aap. And he is warning me saying he would take away the sofa. I said alright. I don't understand the logic how u could take the sofa away without paying my 23 months emi I paid to u just for me not paying one month.

Please don't consider me as any other common customer. I seriously am hurt with the way your ex executive dealt with my smart card sanctioned drama and now your executives harassing me for not repaying the last emi. I have all the calls recorded. Before taking away the sofa, you owe me an answer why my card was declined while it was pre-approved and also I want all the signed documents back from you that you collected for smart card approval. Then you can take away the sofa paying partial amount that I paid as EMIs for 23 months.

The calls are mentally harassing me. I want a solution for this else I will go to consumer court. They are warning me that they would come home in half an hour and take away the sofa and said in a big tone that nobody could stop them. Is that the way you talk to a long-term customer and that too a female? I became veru nervous. I have all the calls recorded with me, I told my husband and he asked me to drop a message in this forum first and then proceed accordingly if no initiative is taken by bajaj people.

    I am getting daily 5 to 10 calls from different private number of your employee. this is affecting my work process in office & home as well.

    This is the mail i am writing to M/s Bajaj finance, if you will not solve my problem then i have to take some legal action.

    Pls help me.

      I was existing Member Identification (EMI) card no.xxxxxxxxxxx1807, I blocked the card, but even now bajaj finserv is deducting my EMI card inactive annual fees Rs117/-from my SBI bank account. I would like to request you please deactivate this card & account. I do not require any such card.

        I was supposed to take a top up loan, which i refused. But mr. Binod das an employee with bajan finance misbehaved with me. His misdemeanor and repulsive behaviour is an insult to the reputation of your company. I may have my own reasons for not taking the loan. But his negative attitude towards a client failed to impress me. Even after reminding him that in future i may take other loans, he went on being abusive. Kindly look into the matter with immediate effect! Such type of employee conduct doesn't suit a company of your stature.

          Daily during office hours or during driving time getting calls from bajaj finance asking for loan offers they have. after repetitively saying to stop the calls not interested for any kind of loan still getting the calls. i don't want to repeat the same. if its not stopped i will take necessary action against bajaj finance.

          Please stop such unethical way of calling continuously. people are aware where to go if they need any kind of loans.

            Hi, this is BUDDIGA CHANDRA SHAKER taken personal loan which is 1.2 lakh because of executive of loan representative forced to avail the loan.

            Continuly paid 13 months emi without any delay. Due to certain health unable to pay only one month

            Even I requested very pleasantly yo executive to give time for payment but your executive used abusive language all the time and harresed whole month

            Even blackmailed me will cost home with team and all managers will collect payments at any cost where I was not at home, hence warned my parents for payment and also used to write mail extremely warnings only for one month due

            I would like register police complaint for frauded doing and harresment and pristage issue by visiting my home

            And also executive of yours even visited home informally and very sarcastic way casually without any I'd proof and in no business hours and used to tell his differently all the time on mobile conversation and cheat me with calling different different numbers and names

              My name is abhishek. Login id 76764794.
              I have applied for bajaj finance card post getting an approval of rs 60000. They have charged rs 471 online for physical emi card and post that i got a text that you will receive your card in 2 weeks. Now, they are sayung they are not sending any card and shared a link to download digital card. If that's the case then why i'm charged for physical card. I 've tried to call them mutiple times but there ivr is not recegnizing me either phone, customer id or emi card number, hence unable to speak to anyone. Such a bad marketing by them. Just spoiling bajaj family's name

                I took a bajaj finance emi loan about 10 years ago.

                It has been my biggest regret. It is 2018, for the last 10 years, their call centers give me calls sometimes almost 2 times a day, offering new products. It has become worse now, with automated calling and some recording playing, offering loans

                Same with my email, they keep spamming me.

                Why do they keep harassing me like this. My important meetings are frequently disturbed.

                I have told them several times to stop calling me, but they don't care. I keep getting calls from different cities and different numbers.

                They show no respect for the do-not-disturb registry.
                Please help me, get them out of my life.

                  I don't have any dues on bajaj finance. Kindly clarify on urgent basis otherwise i will force to go to consumer court. Please provide the refund at the earliest. Unwanted debit without notification.

                  I don`t have any loan pending and not using bajaj finance for last 2 years.
                  My client id is 3009268.
                  All dues are paid and all of sudden 117/- dedicated from by bank account.
                  Please clarify.

                      I got call last week from bajaj finance bharti axa company, u r selected customer and we provide u 0%laon on policy 2 lacks to 10 lacks please send doc. On whatsapp no. I send my doc. Such as pan card, adhar card, and bank pass book photo then after day company service provider name prachi call me sir u r cibil score good that is over 800 and we provide u 9.50 lack loan against policy . U pay us by DD first installment or policy installment ₹95000/- and after 18 days u got loan disbursement on u r account by Rtgs, u don't got loan u cancelled the policy and refunded u r ₹95, 000. this fake or real please contact me

                            My husband paid emi for every month but no message had come on the phone whether the amount is getting deducted or not. We went to the store to complain about this but they said that the company is messaging and will message from next month or check the bank but the bank said that it will come from bajaj finance. We were played like football. However we were told from the store that in july it will get over but as usual no messages came from bajaj and then suddenly a call is received that i have to pay 2800 (Which is more than my emi around 2300) and telling me to pay tomorrow. What nonsense this is. Out of the blue moon they are now calling us to pay the emi. My question is why bajaj people do not send messages of receiving the paid amount and sending a statement report on our mailing address. How are we to know how much is debited and how much is left. How irresponsible the representative are or the company is. Who is to be blamed!. I need this matter taken to its serious concern. I am not here to pay any penalty for the company's wrong function of work. I need all the statement reports first.

                              We recently availed a loan from you. We have had some expenses that were being covered by bajaj finance loan department and we are glad that you offered us loan.

                              Despite the loan has been sanctioned and already processed, we keep on getting calls (Marketing calls) from bajaj finance asking if we have any loan requirement.

                              We don't understand this, why would you call us again & again at least till this tenure is over again asking us for any loan requirements?

                              You are expected to stop such marketing calls to at least those who have already availed loan from you.

                              We are already registered for dnd but such facilities are a farce in this country, they do not work.

                                I Nagarbhai Mafatlal Panchal residing at Nava Naroda Ahmedabad applied on line for personal loan of Rs. 5.0 lac to Bajaj Finance on 0% interest. I got a call on my mobile from Bajaj Finance Pune Representative Kanika 's Mb No.[protected] that we have received your application and its approved. you will getconfirmation letter on your email and you have to sign loan Agreement which we are sending. I sent it duly signed by me.
                                After that I got the confirmation of approval of Loan on my email address through Mr. Adarsh Guliya. After that said that you have to pay two instalment of Loan amount i. e. Rs 20800/= .I had paid through NEFT in IDBI Bank Mayur Vihar Branch A/c No. [protected] IFSC Code IBKL 000877. Then after told me that you have to pay NOC charges Rs 10000/= which I had paid the same accounts. Then after Mr.Rahul told me that you have to pay Rs 20000. GST. I had requested that I cannot paid the same then they waive Rs. 10000 on 17.5.18 through Email of Mr Adarsh Guliya and told me that you have to pay Rs. 10000 which I had again Paid Rs. 10000 on 1st June. 2018
                                Now again Ms Ritu Singh from Mb no[protected] told me to pay Rs. 10000 as GST i[censored] r not paying this amount your loan will not be disburse.I had written complain to Chairman of BAJAJ FINANCE Pune through email. I had requested that pl. reimburse me money which I had deposited to you Rs. 58800.00 but they are not lifting the mobile nor giving any answer.

                                Now I request you that pl look into the matter and ask them to give me my deposited money because I had paid the leading company's name and Goodwill.
                                I hope that you will give me the justice and response.

                                  urgent clarification against personal loan no 580pht83444598 which was approved for rs 32300/- on 03 aug 18 and the amount of rs 200000+99950 credited to account on 03 aug 18 instead of the sanctioned amount.

                                  As per loan agreement the interest rate for the loan @ 9.82%. However emi for the said loan should be rs 6800/- but as per your calculation its showing the emi rs 8027/- per month and how it possible

                                      My number is registered in dnd and still i am getting many many calls from different number everytime from bajaj finance. This company must be fined heavily for breaking the dnd protocol and keep calling people by storing their mobile numbers from unsolicited sources.

                                      I have tried many times to tell the caller to remove my number from their list for over a year now. Still every week i get 2-3 calls from them. Not sure how and from where have their got my number.
