Dr sir hereby informing u that i was got an offer for rs.64000/- as pl agst my consumer durable loan of rs.1999/- emi. And it was told me that within one day amount will be cr in my account. And will have to given some docs and hence calcutta salt lake sector-v branch was contact me and collect two blank cheque leafs and copy of agreement duly signed and pan card, adhar card etc. But after two days without any phone correspondance tell me loan been rejected what i was applied for. I was told ankit dixit and bijay das, mukesh das that it was an offer i did not applied for but they did not entertain and till now i did not return back my cheque leafs also. What is this. What steps u should take. I will move for suit file agst yr co. For misleading, mis appropriation, mis behave, and negotiable instrument hold. Please do the needful asap and resolve that

The sales team of Bajaj finance. on every alternate day the calling about the loan etc. I don't understand why they harassing by calling so many times.
Dear sir,
I have received a fake call on behalf of bajaj finance and they've asked it is mandatory to make a policy of 15, 000 (Bharati axa policy) and an executive arrived my home on behalf of Bajaj finance and i handled 15000 and also documents xerox. Please take a quick action.

Daily i get a call 4 to 5times asking for loan requirement which i donot need it
request you to remove my no from your list
Such calls are unauthorised and case of data breach as my name and no is with them without my knowledge

    I am working in Surat I purchased bike from Vyara Sri ram auto agency I paid 2 emi at Vyara later I came to know that I can pay emi from anywhere so I paid 3 emi from Surat now the the dealer of Vyara asked me to pay emi at Vyara it self or I will be facing problem later when I receive noc.       Please stop calling me for selling pre-approved loans. It is such a pain to attend to your calls daily. I have asked the caller to respect my consent and remove me from the calling list and still that hasn't happened even after 6 months of asking humbly. What does your company achieve by harrassing people like this? If i need a loan, i will know where to reach. Since you have my income details from where you provide me pre-approved loans, you also have my education details. I am well educated to avail loans when i need it.

      I do not understand why your company cant honour a customer's consent to not to be contacted?

      Just because you need to sell loans, i will not take them as and when you call me right? Does that make sense?

      If i receive any more calls from you, i will go through the trouble of consumer court and make sure that you pay me for the harrassment.

        My wife office number has been constantly receiving mental harassment and verbal abuse calls from a number, [protected] (Goregaon mumbai office) tied to bajaj finance asking her name and number was given by one of the loan borrower from bajaj finance name prashant arora. She has never given any reference for any loan. It is very disappointing to see bajaj finance has not verified the details before giving the loan to individual and harrassing a female on some vague details.
        I found from SBI DRM office Dhanbad's mini statement Rs.2009/- has been debited vide DDR Bajaj Auto No.P[protected] in the month of August as well as Sept, 2018 without any prior intimation. You are hereby advised to credit the debited amount i.e. total Rs.4018/- in my SB A/c No.[protected] as early as possible.

            Hello bajaj finance,

            It is ridiculous that daily 4 to 5 times, i am receiving this voice calls at all possible odd hours from bajaj finance for asking me to take loan. I am not interested to take any loan and several times i have requested that please do not call or sms me for loan requirement..

            Kindly take necessary action for stopping phone call at my number else i will be forced to take action against bajaj finance for disturbing me on and of[censored]sing several different numbers

              I want a strict action against mr. Aryan kappor, i am going to furnish reasons below:
              1) he misbehaved me and used abusing languages stating that my monthly emi for the month of september has been bounced as i have provided wrong account number.
              2) he asked me for cash which i refused to pay then told me that "tera aukad kya hai tu 5000 rupiya dene ka aukad nehi hai:,
              3) he abused me with many other indecent words,

              He imposed himself as the assistant manager of bajaj finance, if it's professionalism then sorry for dealing with a company like you where you have such pets like mr. Aryon kapoor.

              1st of all my cheque has not been bounced as it never came to my bank for clearing & i can proof that.

              I want a strict action again your honourable assistant manager mr. Aryan kapoor for insulting, abusing & harassing mentally to someone who is not guilt for that.

                My name is suda bhanu prasad. I am from kakinada city.in bajaj finance kakinada branch, my personal loan application is denied because i said no to life insurance offered by bajaj finance. I request you to take this issue to rbi notice.

                One employee of bajaj finance came to home and i have given all the documents to that person for the purpose of personal loan for self employed.

                He explained every thing and took the documents with him. But after 1 day he called and told me that i needed to take life insurance policy to avail personal loan from bajaj finance. Its clear cut mis selling.

                I need justice in this problem with bajaj finance. The employee name i forgot. But i have his mobile number and mail id. Mobile number of that bajaj finance employee is [protected] and his mail id is tulasi. [protected]@gmail.com
                I tried more than 5days not able to connect the customer care executive. My EMI was not decduted. my payment mode is auto detect.

                      My name is Bhaskar, and I am from Bengaluru. Recently, I have got a call from Bajajfinancial Service member, his name is Chethan(ph:[protected]). I was to do Balance Transfer of my housing loan along with OD. So, I have gave all documents(Copy of my Aadhar card/Pan Card/Payslip/Bank Statement/Sale Deed copy), all at one set. Later on, I queried sales manager on few things, and got to know few charges, which I dont want to proceed due to those charges. And I am asking my documents back, I was ready to come anywhere for collecting my documents back. Last 2 days I was asking for the same, but they are refusing to give me back. They are disconnecting my call now. Then, I came to know that document collecting person has left the job yesterday.
                      I am already holding 2 Bajaj Finanz product with me.
                      Please assist me on this, how to get my documents back.

                      I have went back and back and finally collected. I had to take 2 days of leave and go to them and collect. Such a horrible experience, and I feel, I should never consider Bajaj Finance any time in my life.

                        Please my bajaj card blocked, and loan cancellation for me. Card not useful me, loan not compatable only recharge keen loan where loan not important for my card it's not card, not loan. Please receive my complaint accepted for the finserv management and immediately close the card. My angry with loan please cancel the loan another bajaj card not useful.

                            I don't know how to explain that how am suffering. I have been getting threatening calls from Bajaj Finances .I have take a loan for Home Appliances loan no-4070CD75110156 in the month of May 2018.At same time I have submitted necessary document which were demanded for the approval of loan with my new account details for EMI deduction of loan.
                            I have received a sms for the first Emi due date with my bank details on my registered mobile number from Bajaj Finances .It has been noticed that they have wrongly send my old SBI Account number registered with them. Same day I have contact the Bajaj finances to make a necessary change in their system and explain them to change my account Emi deduction. But they were unable to make a changes and my FIirst EMI was return and they have ask me to resubmit the account details again. I have submitted the account details again to Bajaj finances concern person and also paid the First Emi to local office in cash.
                            But again I have received a second sms for my second EMI due date with my old bank details on my registered mobile from Bajaj Finances. I have contact many times to Bajaj finances concern person for the same but he was unable to resolve the issue and he told me to pay the same to local office. After contacting Bajaj Branch at Nashik for grievance redressal they confirmed that it is their mistake and they will remove all incorrect accounts details but even though they have not make a necessary changes. I have paid the due amount to local office and also resubmitted my new accounts numbers details..
                            Again my third EMI was present to my old Sbi account number and EMI was return .I have contact the Bajaj finances person he told me to paid the said amount through paytm . I have paid the third EMI amount through paytm.My fourth EMI he also return and the After contacting Bajaj Branch at Nashik for grievance redressal they confirmed that it is their mistake and they will remove all incorrect accounts details but even though they have not make a necessary changes and the concerned person of Bajaj finances is not receiving my call and they have charges me Rs.1328/- against Emi return charges.
                            Now I have been getting threatening calls from Bajaj to pay the Emi return charges. Kindly take necessary action for stopping phone call at my number from bajaj finserv for disturbing me on and of[censored]sing several different numbers and to take a back Emi return charges as soon as possible.

                                I have been getting threatening calls from Bajaj. After contacting Bajaj Branch at bangalore and also, grievance redressal, they confirmed that it is their mistake and they will remove all incorrect ID mapped to my ID.

                                But, still i am getting calls from consumer court.

                                Recently, i checked my Cibil and this wrongly mapped laon account has hit my score. This is pathetic service from Bajaj.
                                Despite of multiple requests to [protected]@bajajfinserv.in and assurance from them to take action, I am repeatedly getting these calls. I am left with no option but to complian to legal authority.

                                  I got life threatening calls from by bajaj finserv your recovery out agency by mr. Ravi mr. Rathod & mr. Sanket sathe as follows
                                  This is with reference to visit by your mr. Ravi (Cell no. [protected]) in the matter of collection of outstanding dues on 05.08.2018.in this regard it is submitted :-
                                  1. That i took a personal loan from your esteemed organisation
                                  2. That until june/july 2018 my payment has been regular
                                  3. Your mr sanket sathe who is from shree sai collection agency has also ill treated my daughter on phone through cell of mr. Ravi's cell.
                                  4. Your one mr. Rathod has called me from[protected] & threatened me that you are coming to borivali railway station at 10.00 pm and his goons will beat me at borivali station because they reside on carter road number 3/4. Keeping in view.
                                  5. My account is not npa
                                  6 moreover certain norms has been formulated by rbi in which threatening coercion, ill treatment and/or threaten to the life of creditors.
                                  7. I am recuperating from my ailments and your persons threatening as such are making my health conditions worse. I am afraid that my life is in danger as per the call made as mentioned in para 4.
                                  Sir bajaj is a reputed name and i thought it works straight forward pioneer company but the acts mentioned here in above has shattered my hope and imaginations.

                                      Myself Anita Sandeep Teli. The amount of Rs117 has been debited from my Saving Account . I have received SMS "ACHDRTPCE BAJAJ FINANCE1499" from Bajaj Finance. I have not taken any loan or purchase anything from Bajaj Finance. There is no any EMI amt against any product taken through Bajaj Finance. Kindly refund amount at the earliest. Why this type of deductions are doing by Bajaj Finance without asking any loan. If you will not pay my amount within two days. I will put Article in Newspaper for Service of Bajaj Finance. So kindly provide your positive and speedy reply to the customer. Even I am trying any number for complaining to your customer service, but not single contact number is working. This is very ridiculous. My Mobile No. [protected] / [protected]
                                      I get almost 3-4 calls from all branches of Bajaj finance for Loan and credit card.

                                        I have been confirmed by bajaj kolkata office that my personal loan amount 560000 insurance 39000 processing fee 1.75% emi 14140 rate of int 10.30% on 10 aug 18 and i was sent ok.
                                        On 17 aug 18 i received a mail from direct bajaj that loan amount 599741 incl ins 39741 processing fee deducted more than 2% emi15283 rate of int 17.75%.
                                        I have sent mail several times to bajaj we care from 17th aug to till date but my problems does no solve. How they can charge more interest without intimating me?
                                        I got call from your employee regarding pending emi and he insulted a customer used inappropriate language to female. Please look into the matter or else we will go to the customer court. The call we have received from +91Â 88795Â 05812 from this contact and his name is Irshad.
