Hello @Bajaj Finserv / Bajaj Finance,

it's really very much concern for me for multiple calls from Bajaj finance on promotional calls and hence getting disturbance.
Also, receiving the messages on CBIL score etc using SMS and same are not required here.

I am very much concerns on this front...
In-fact, I would suggest to take some regulatory actions or penalties on Bajaj Fin / finserv.

It's very very annoying and if Bajaj is doing business only this way then it's not healthy way.

Calling every day 3 to 4 times for loan etc. This is very disturbing and meaning less activity by the company. If anyone need loan, they'll approach to the company themselve. Find call and disturb.

Daily repeated calls

I receive daily repeated calls from Bajaj finance which won't just stop.
They call from different numbers everytime.

I cancelled my personal loan. I go nearest branch of bajaj and give cheque . They give me NOC letter . Soo how many days to amount debit in my account...

I have been receiving 2-3 calls from Bajaj Finance in a day and on daily basis. After asking the caller 3-4 times to remove my contact details from the software OR record, still i am getting the calls. I think i should raise the police complaint against bajaj finance for continuously calling me without my permission.
It is very disappointing that, the company employees do not have manners to talk and they have started arguing why it...

This is to inform you i have not had any type of material purchase to the bajaj finance last five years but today on[protected] my Sbi account deducted Rs- 295 /- for a charge failed mandate txn bajaj finance.
So, why was this amount debited from my account? Please refund my money and do the needful.

Even I have registered for DND, but still I’m receiving calls from them and the frequency has increased after making requests. If the call is not answered then I’m getting multiple calls, the harassment from Bajaj Finance team has increased a lot.

Bajaj Finance executive calling repetitive even i registered complaint in DND

Daily this executives calling and asking for over draft facility. i am not interested in this company many times i told them to block my all details for remove all details i am not interested in any service from this company is fraud and frustrating customers.

I am getting calls from bajaj finance regarding loan request almost daily. Every time I have been informing that "NOT INTERESTED TO ANY LOAN NOW / FUTURE. PLEASE REMOVE MY NUMBER FROM YOUR DATABASE'
But i am keep receiving calls. Can you please take a serious action on this.
This is really making a lot of disturbance for me.

U put an insurance to me without informing me,

Without my knowledge u put an insurance,

Totally disappoinment on your service.

Please refund my insurance amount, I don't need this insurance ..

Detail : They told we have offer running that if you buy Aquaguard X model using Bajaj then you will get around 8, 000 cashback in terms of voucher and it can be redeem from bajaj finance website. Product cost was around 15, 000 INR and it got converted into EMI's.

After few months 2 coupons came of 500 INR & 500 INR then after nothing came and they just keep us calling to shop and then try some different codes on the website and say its not working [codes are added by official Bajaj Employee, there were 2 employees working there]

So we tried to put alot of follow and all but they told that bajaj didn't give and same thing happened to alot of people around 20-30 people.

So we all feel that Bajaj Finance is scamming people and getting the use of their cards everywhere. After this incident, we have decided not to use any of Bajaj products as we can get Scam again.

It's a SCAM By BAJAJ FINANCE !!

I hope someone can able to resolve it and get the vouchers 7, 000 INR Remaining or Just stop using bajaj will be an option for all o[censored]s.

I am getting daily 4 to 5 times calls from on my both number. I have to keep my mobile silent just because of this. I don't know who sent my number in automated calls. It very frustrated to get limitless calls from different numbers. @Bajajfinance please DND my number as soon as possible or I'll sue you in the court. My numbers [protected] and [protected]

I have purchased samsung mobile which coast 24000.i have paid 8000 advance EMI. I have left 10×1600 EMI. Without my permission bajaj finance charging me 275×10 EMI (extra charges) in the name ofcredit card protection plan (digital cpp telebinding)I will not pay any extra EMI.

Getting daily calla from.bajaj finance to get loan..though i tell indnt want loan they keep calling and torturing me.i get mor tjna 4 calls per day. When i tell to unsubscribe from.yjisnlost still tehy dnt do it.

Now I have no deal with this company. Before 5 years ago i took an emi loan with this company and closed within correct time.They cut my 627 rupees by 3 times in this month from my sbi account without my permission. They call this unlawful activity as 'CMP MANDATE DEBT'. Please take immediate steps to prevent this fraud activities in our country...

I had submitted my request to activate DND service in the past. But it is the regular practice of Bajaj Finance reps to call everyday 2 to 3 times .Till now I have blocked 25 nos of this company but every day I have to get calls from other landline no from this firm in spite of regular reminder of not to call me and I have no requirement of any loan from your firm. These calls also hamper my day to day work and some times I get calls when I am driving. Please get DND service activated from this firm or else I may be forced to file a case with third party forum.
