Dear sir my name is Ronak panchal on Aug 17 your customer care assists about convert bajaj emi card membership to Bajaj Elite EMI card I very interested on that and i paid the amount rs 2999/- through rbl credit card and payment was debited sucessfully. They told that i will be receive the emi card through my mailing address. But still on date i did not received. Pls solve the above subjec

    Dear sir/Madam
    Surprised at the money deduction from my sbi bank account by bajaj finance of rs 117, saying cmp mandate debit.
    I would like to put that in Fradulent transaction by bajaj.
    I demand an answer, i used bajaj services and i repaid all of them and closed everything 1 year back itself.
    I wonder how many times bajaj has debited this amount from my bank.
    If no answer, i would like to file a legal complaint

        An amount of rs. 117 is deducted through ecs from my savings account of axis bank without any information. I don't have any outstanding amount with this company. Although i don't have any due loan amount from bajaj finance.

          I anoticed that in my sbi account statement rs 117/- was debited towards cmp mandate bajaj finance.I have settled all EMI long time ago. Again bajaj finance deducted the amount of rs 117/-with any prior information. It a fraud. So i request with bajaj team not make such type of transaction without informing to customer by call or email.
          I need proper justification and my money return.
          This is for your necessary action.

            Hello Bajaj finserv,

            It is ridiculous that daily 4 to 5 times, I am receiving this voice calls at all possible odd hours from bajaj finserv for asking me to take loan. I am not interested to take any loan and several times i have requested that please do not call or SMS me for loan requirement..

            Kindly take necessary action for stopping phone call at my number else I will be forced to take action against Bajaj Finserv for disturbing me on and of[censored]sing several different numbers

              Unauthorized Charges are been deducting from my SBI Account without any reason. I have never purchased any sort of card neither any loan from bajaj finance.

              Don't understand how does my bank allows them the access any debits from the consumer account.

                    Amount of Rs 999/- by bajaj finance for Zee5 Subscription so before I mailed to zee5 care for cancellations of this subscription bt Through bajaj finance money debited from my Bank and then I mail to Bajaj to cancel my Subscription and Refund my Balance but still they have not refund my money of Rs 999/- and No start the subscription of Zee5.

                      I applied for a personal flexible loan with Bajaj and they have now applied unauthorized charges ( Fitness report charge of 4999 and credit insurance of 3000 ). The agent ( [protected] ) is a good scam artist. He never mentioned these charges and once they have been levied, he says these are the reason why the loan was approved. I asked him to get the charges removed and after a lot of haggling and delay, he gave me an address and asked me to send an email - [protected]@bajajfinserv.in - this ID is not functional at all. Bajaj has gone from being a trustworthy organisation to a scam organisation with these scam artists under their hood.

                        I have been charged 4 999/- as credit vidya fees & an Insurance charge of 5000. I was never informed, or I am aware of this fee, and they also confirmed to me that there are no hidden fees.
                        I don't want any credit vidya report and Insurance, or never I was informed about this. They also created my fake email address to take consent for this nonsense FFP report.
                        Need the repayment of same at the earliest. If not, will go to consumer court and RBI for hidden charges leveraging on customer and false promised before the transaction. Furthermore, the same thing happens to many people before my case; I request that you kindly take the necessary action earliest.

                          Bajaj Finance calls several times a day which starts from early morning. They want to share loan offers, new plans etc. this has become so frustrating, how do I stop them from calling me ?

                          Today itself they called me 5 times so far between 9 AM- 1 PM

                            Being consistently harassed for buying OD or credit card or taking loan from women. They say we just got the data.
                            I told her I am jobless so then she is very rude. Saying job nahi hai toh time waste mat karo.

                            If you bloody hell called up then I wasn't in need for anything from the women.

                            I will have to move the consumers court if this nuisance doesn't stop.

                              I am Partha Biswas. A resident of Coochbehar.I am a customer of Bajaj Finance since 3 years. I had taken many loans I had paid all the all loans. I did not mistake to pay any installment .In this month ( Oct 02/2021) I had a installment of worth Rs 2250 that was sufficient money to auto debit from my bank account but they not debited money. On that day a Bajaj excutive called me and said your money has not debited from account please repayment by using Phonepay/Gpay I tried but payment had not done.Then he took my money offline and paid. But my question is why company had debited penalty charges of Rs 700/- even money was sufficient in my bank account at the time of auto debiting.The cheat with me.Please take the step the Bajaj Finance company.They are looting money from the people.

                                Bajaj finance had deducted rs 354 from my sbi account with out any notice. I had paid all my emi's but still they are charging me. Bajaj is cheating people. This is not ethical for a big company like bajaj to steal money from poor people

                                    Hello @Bajaj Finserv / Bajaj Finance,

                                    it's really very much concern for me for multiple calls from Bajaj finance on promotional calls and hence getting disturbance.
                                    Also, receiving the messages on CBIL score etc using SMS and same are not required here.

                                    I am very much concerns on this front...
                                    In-fact, I would suggest to take some regulatory actions or penalties on Bajaj Fin / finserv.

                                    It's very very annoying and if Bajaj is doing business only this way then it's not healthy way.

                                      Calling every day 3 to 4 times for loan etc. This is very disturbing and meaning less activity by the company. If anyone need loan, they'll approach to the company themselve. Find call and disturb.
