In September 2021, my two sons went to a nearby Laptop Store operated by Mr. Satbir Singh to help a business client Mr. Seela Kumar in 'only selecting a Laptop.'
Seela Kumar financed the Laptop through Bajaj Finance in his wife's name- Mrs. Anita Babbar, who signed the ECS forms, gave her proofs, and got the loan sanctioned.

The store dealer Satbir Singh took a picture of my sons and also took their phone numbers. When I clarified later in the day, Satbir told me it was only for promotion in a Whatsapp group and receiving congratulations. I have the recording proof as well.

However, Anita Babbar failed to pay installments and Satbir Singh and Bajaj Finance agents have been harassing me to provide the laptop or pay Anita Babbar's loan.

How can Bajaj Finance and Satbir Singh harass me for a loan I never took. It is Anita Babbar's loan. Satbir Singh has threatened to use his political and police connections to launch a fake case against me.

I require urgent help.

Recently availed a personal loan from bajaj finserv and my loan account number for the same is 541GPLHQ267487. I have been provided with cpp plan and a health insurance with this loan and the amount for the same has been deducted from my loan amount. However, i am in no need of cpp plan and health policy. Therefore, as i am still in free look period, kindly cancel my cpp plan and health policy and refund me my money back.

Bajaj Finance debited my account with Rs. 117, two times on 13th Nov' 2020 and 21st Nov' 2021. I took a loan 2 years back but now I'm not having any loan ongoing with bajaj right now neither I applied for any other services or card but they took money from my account.
Also they said that I will get Rs. 4000 cashback but I did'nt get any cashback instead get are deducting money without my permission.

Please refund my money back, and give me the cashback of Rs. 4000

I bought the washing machine from Rythm House Sector-18, Noida, Uttar Pradesh. The salesman told me that I will get 4000 cashback, but no cashback is recieved.

Bajaj finance executives keep calling me multiple times a day - inspite of being on DND list. I have complained to them multiple times about this but to no avail. They harassing me continuously.

What is this I want clarification from bajaj and I want my amount which you debited 117 rs many times.

An amount of rs. 117 is deducted through ecs from my savings account of idbi bank without my authorization or any information. I don't have any outstanding amount nor I have taken any loan from bajaj finance. I dont know the reason for the deduction.I still wonder how come a company as big as Bajaj Finance can do such cheap things.

Kindly refund my amount of rs. 117 as soon as possible and I need an explanation as to how did this occur in first place.

Today, rs 117 was debited from my SBI account by bajaj finance when I haven't opted for it . I never opted for any such scheme . Please refund my money and stop such undefined transaction.

I noticed that in my sbi account statement rs 117/- was debited on 20.11.2021 towards cmp mandate bajaj finance. I would like to inform that on mar-2020 i purchase mobile under 6 months emi scheme and and i paid last emi in sep-2020 after 6 months of settling the emis and all. Again bajaj finance deducted the amount of rs 117/-with any information. Because of loan we provide you all our bank details its doesn't mean that when ever you want you can make online transaction. So i request with bajaj team not make such type of transaction with informing to customer by call or email. Now i feel that bajaj finance also not secure for providing bank details.

I took bajaj finance emi option in 2019. The emi was for 6 months and it was cleared without any delay.
Two years later on November 20th 2021 a debit trnasaction of 117 rupees from my account happened without any prior notice or information.

Rs.117 has been debited from my account.

I have received a message that in my SBI account rs 117/- have been debited towards cmp mandate bajaj finance. I would like to inform that I have no pending loan/ payment whatsoever. I ask, how can bajaj finance indulge in fraudulent practice such as this by deducting the amount of rs 117/- with any information. I request with bajaj team not make such type of transactions with informing to/ confirming from customer by call or email. It is my humble request to bajaj finance to look into the matter and refund the amount deducted wrongfully from my account promptly

I am harassed by customer care calls about 8 to 9 calls daily from bajaj finance team. They repeatedly ask me to take a loan. Inspite of warning them they call me daily. I have added most of the numbers to my block list but still the keep calling from some other number repeatedly. The are misusing my personal information from earlier transactions and pestering me to take a loan. In the heat now they have themselves applied a loan on my name on[protected]. I received a message that the load application is in progress and BFL executive will come to my home for KYC on[protected]. This is seriously misdoing. On[protected] I received another customer care call. I literally had to use unparliamentary language out of rage for what has happened. And after raising this issue on the forum I received a message on[protected] that the loan application has been withdrawn. This is how they are playing with the previous loyal customers for bajaj finance. I request whoever concerned to take strict action on this firm. Assuming the have played this on well to do educated people, I cannot imagine what they are hiding behind their back on the “ not so well to do uneducated/ senior citizen families”. There should be some end to this harassment and some one should be held responsible for this whole episode. I have attached the numbers of Bajaj finance customer care that I had blocked and the messages i receivedon the load status.

Totally harassment received a message that I have been sanctioned a loan and I have to pay emi without my knowledge and any documents how can it be happen plz stop such kind of things it is really annoying for anyone.

This is a shear harassment how a company can call 6-7 time daily to market their loan. I have blocked many of their numbers as well but it seem that this company is running a network of numbers.

I do not need any loan and would contact the companies if in need one. Just need Bajaj finance to stop calling me up.
