[Resolved] Bajaj Finserv — 4000CD[protected] EMI Mandate Rejected by Bank | |||
I got a message from DM-BAJAJF "Dear Customer, your EMI mandate is rejected by your bank. While we reprocess payment, we request you to register mandate and send a copy to BFL" What should I understand with this message? Whom should I contact (or) How can i register mandate? send a copy to BFL?????? with out any email id mentioned (or) location mentioned to go and drop how can a person do this ???? With Reference to your post and our discussion, the sms you have received is for Mandate rejection, we kindly request you follow the instructions as mentioned below:
• Please submit 2 printouts of the attached ECS mandate forms
• Kindly fill in every detail appropriately in the ECS mandate forms
• Forms need to be duly signed and stamped by your bank
The above mentioned documents need to be submitted at your nearest branch
BRANCH ADDRESS –
“The Belvedere”, 4th Floor, 6-3-891 & 892, Raj Bhavan Road, Opp:State Bank of India, Somajiguda, Hyderabad – 500082, Andhra Pradesh
Alternatively, courier the documents to us on the address as mentioned below. Please mention your Loan account number on the forms.
