I have taken the top-up loan for salaried flexi and during the loan process I got confirmed there is a cash back on fee, In the email they mentioned total processing fee is 4500 and, in the call mentioned I only changed any other amount other than that which ever will deducted while loan processing time that I will get as a cash back with in 10days time. I am sending email and sales executive calling immediately and confirming over the call I have believed and accepted the loan, after taking the loan they said with in 10days I will get the cashback amount. After one month also I dint get any cash back and when I complain in Bajaj they are asking for the proof. I have submitted all the evidences which I have but still asking for the voice recordings, I dint expect this fraud and I dint record any audio. So now what I am asking is find out the person who created my loan application and who communicated with me in my loan process and need to investigate with him how they are cheating the customer like this way.
If not able to resolve, I need to close this loan without any other foreclosing charges. loan Number : P400PSP6861421

      I am Mr Tushar V Nikam from washim district i have aplied for housing loan from last four year but in my case every month get increse therate of interest and emi every month they are told me every time when i call to hr told only RBI guideline i know thw RBI not increse the rate of interest upto 6% form last year, and i have compalint through the mail and call for emi and rate of interest for reducing but they give coy paste mail amd same answer from last 16 th month they not reduce emi or rate . I have allready told we are sufferingg from hospitalization of my grand mother so that my financial position is bad but they noy listen my problem .

        When i was start the housing loan from 14% but till date my interestrate is 19% they are told every time RBI increases the rate of interest but in my inforamtion RBI is not increase rate of interest about 5-6% from last year, i have places or contact his hr but they not give proper answer to us.
        so i request to you please find any way to easiest paid amount without any loss of customer.

          I have taken a OD facility flexi personal loan from Baja Finserv it has included health and medical insurance as well for which they have charged 22599/- inr from me over the approved loan limit.
          i dont required this policy as my company already provided me life and medical insurance and i have already taken medical insurance for my parents from niva bupa.
          i want to cancel my policy FPP Lite as i don't required it.
          i have already raised request(SR[protected] which they are closing without my concern so i raised request again(SR[protected].
          Free locking period mentioned in policy is 15 days.

            I am still continuously getting calls. Today I get so frustrated because I got call from this number [protected] and I told I am already request for DND service why are you calling a again and again, He said it is not out problem better you can switch off your mobile and remove the sim. Is the way you guys handle the customer ? .

              I have paid all the emi's on time . I didn't missed any emi till now .i am using bajaj emi card from past seven years .i didn't bounced any emi from last seven years.then why you blocked my emi card with a reason inline policies.
              Please unblock it as soon as possible

                  Till now Bajaj Finserv has charges 6000 against Loan number 404SCEIH110775 in the name of ECS charges. When asked the team is replying is coolly that yes its our process. Even though after paying on time and before time they are charging. For two months i.e. August and September bajaj has 2600 per month. When asked they said that within 10days they have put my check 5 times for money and also harassed me on call. Refused to refund the amount and again from jan they started deducting 590 per month paying ontime and before time. I want refund of Rs 6500 and also apologies for the behaviour.

                    Sir, I had taken a loan of 66000 with tenure of 36 months. 32 months I had paid a loan and 4 months emi was pending. Now I got a call from Lawyer and he is harrasing to pay in 30minutes or else I need to attend the court and before that police will arrest me and put in remand for 15 days (non bailable ).

                    Now from other number police Named CI Srinivas(Lalapet) called me and warned me that in next 15 minutes I will be arrested and beaten.

                      Flexiloan payment is not reflecting

                      Hi team

                      I paid the part payment amount of rs 559866 on 04/03/2023.. I took the amount of rs 332000 yesterday 18/03/2023 as i needed to admit my two months old boy at hospital as he has an issue with his heart.. I wanted to withdraw the balance amount rs 227000 today and upon checking i could see the balance was 0.. I paid rs 800 and now it shows 8743 rs.. What happened to my 227000 rs..?? I need it asap for my son's surgery...

                      I have taken Bajaj Finance EMI card, and currently have no ongoing loans with that card. But I have been charged two times for some reason. One of them was for Card fees, which I have no issue with. But the other one simply says "CMS/BAJFINSERV/some_number", please look into this. If this is an unnecessary deduction then please refund my money as soon as possible.

                      The card is the name of Narendra Shrivastava.

                        Mr. Omkar mane and his colleague Ajay Naik and their team. They are constantly calling back to back on my office landline and especially targeting my female co-workers and using very unprofessional language they are abusing and harassing randomly all my co-workers even after I am attending all their calls and continuously taking follow-up for loan settlements. I have shown my good intention to pay the remaining outstanding and close the case.

                              1st of every month we pay EMI (on Bajaj. finserv portal via UPI ).

                              Bajaj finserv does not update / Adjustment towards EMI instalments immediately . Bajaj finserv deliberately are updating EMI details after putting INR3000 bounce charges on 5th of Every month and then updates EMI. Every month we facing this issue and we are reporting this issue to bajaj finserv team.

                              We have written several email to Relationship Manager Mr.Chirag based in Delhi and CFO etc.

                              Customer Care team and Mr. Chirag gave new suggestion - to pay the EMI on the 25th of every month. one month we did so, EMI amount was adjusted towards some dues, We were asked to remit the EMI payment once again and when questioned?

                              Finally we sent an email to CFO Bajaj finserv questioning such bounce charges, even after paying EMI in advance? A suggestion was made to us, that we should login to Bajaj finserv portal and Remit EMI via UPI transactions, which we are following and still facing the harassment calls from bajaj finserv call centre team to pay bounce charges.

                              NO ACTION IS TAKEN BY BAJAJ FINSERV TEAM TILL DATE. WE ARE FEEDUP WITH THIS HARASSMENT EVERY MONTH. SUCH MALPRACTICES. WHY SHOULD WE GIVE BOUNCE CHARGES, WHEN WE ARE PAYING ADVANCE EMI. We have several emails on this subject and Receipt that we pay in advance.

                                  Am Lakavath Mohan. on 09.03.2023 received call from their executive. she miss guide me with wallet care plan CPP : IAG596691. with BFL loan no: IN7397330 after activating wallet care plan am seen, i.e. wallet care plan is not to use as mondey with draw card. it is simple wallet care. so i don't have any Credit card and i have zero balance debit card as well as saving account. so this wallet care plan is not usefull to me. am kindly request Bajaj finserve to plase cancel this BFL: IN 7397330 account close. plase don't process EMI. plase close it. iwas reached [protected] as well as [protected] there is no use.

                                    Sir,

                                    I have a Bajaj Flexi Hybrid Personal Loan Loan Account Number: P402PSA5732415 disbursed on 15/10/2022 . The total Loan amount was 21.75 Lakh and I have made part payments of Rs 19, 19, 503 and only 2, 55, 497 pending as utilized.

                                    Currently I am trying to foreclose this loan I noticed that Bajaj charges me a big "Fixed" foreclosure fee of 1, 02, 660.00 no matter how much I repaid.

                                    I strongly believe this is unethical as normally foreclosure charge will be taken for pending outstanding amount.

                                    I believe this Fixed foreclosure fee against the Total Loan amount is against RBI Guidelines on personal loans.

                                    Please explain how and why Bajaj charges such a big fixed Foreclosure charge on Total Loan Amount instead of pending Amount. Please explain with related RBI guideline which allows Bajaj to take Foreclosure charge like this. [ Please dont show me your criteria/condition on this. I dont give any value to it as I have experience with Bajaj Suraksha Loan "Product" which you deny customer to Cancel/surrender/transfer against IRDA policy...But I got it refunded through IRDA and Maxlife/Bajaj as it was a pure cheating Product. ]

                                    I request Bajaj to follow RBI Guideline, allow me to foreclose by Hybrid Personal Loan without any Foreclosure Charge.
