Bajaj Finserv — mental harassment threatening with my in laws post 8pm at home

Very bad experience with bajaj i never recommend anyone to buy any product on emi because no customer service no helping hands all are non-understandable

Case no.1

A very bad experience with bajaj field collection party took hard cash not given receipt and also he confirmed sir we receive cash so no need to worry about the same by next day i receive call again sir your amount is pending i said “o wao great”. When i complaint against to cc team not getting any response even though all numbers are busy when i highlight the case to 1st escalation team they said i look into the matter but same not getting any response.

Case no. 2

I already updated my address with bajaj but collection team mr vivek and ankit how he gon to my old address when had a word with ankit he said if you want to update your address then you need to visit on our poral only then it will be reflected i said “o wao great” miss behaved with y family mental threating without any notice he went there without any calls without intimate me as well and he harassed i raise a police complaint against you all guys o wao.

Dear team,

This is to inform you that i have a running loan account number (401cddec302342 emi - rs. 3080/-) and (4010cdet637888 emi - rs.4162/-) for which i have already paid certain installments, but because of 2 reasons i am unable to make the payment for the month of sep 2019.

Reasons for not paying installments:

1. Non employment from last 3 months
2. Marriage - i got married on 11th july 2019
3. Dependable parents - i also have senior parents who are dependent on me.

All above mentioned reasons are there due to which i am unable to make the payment, i am looking for a job and hopefully i will be joining from 5th sep 2019 onwards and i will receive my 1st salary on 05th oct 2019.

I request you to please cooperate with me and my unavoidable circumstances. I assure to make the future payments on time which will be from oct 2019 onwards.

Also i would like to bring your kind attention towards the emi for the month of sep 2019, i request you to allow me sometime to gather the money amount and i will pay the emi at the time of settlement of loan (Last emi or pre closure).

I would also like to update my address and mobile no for your future references and further communication. Please update the same in your records.

3. My friend already paid cash to the executive and didn't give any receipt and said that it will be updated in system, even when i called radhey to confirm whether the payment is received or not, he confirmed that we have received your payment.

Now we received the call from sanjay for the payment again, which i already wrote in the previous mail, then sanjay said that please wait i will take radhey on con call (I was on hold), sanjay said i had discussed with radhey and said that payment is from nidhi kharbanda and your payment is still pending but i was not on con call (I was on hold, recording attached).
5. Then i received call from radhey and he said that i got confused because amount of emi and names are same, and we received payment from nidhi kharbanda not from nidhi nanda.

As we discussed and already wrote over the email that we are ready to make the payment for this month but it will get delayed and same can be done at the time of loan closure (As we are going through financial crisis) we need some time to arrange the funds.

Note: i will only make the payment of bounced emi after your investigation of the threatening and misbehavior done from your team, else i will take legal action against your entire team.

Also, i have already written that from next month onward you will receive your emi before the due date.

I am sending all the recordings attached with this email, first go through the complete case history then only give me a call, and please don't call me for the emi payment, as i have told many times that i cannot make the payment for this month, i have also informed the same even before the due date.

Also note that i have given many applications to change my address but it is still not done, i am again sending the rent agreement for my new address, please update the same in your records. For any kind of communication or collection, please don't visit my previous address, if anyone from your team or collection team goes to my previous address then also i may take action against your team. If you have any kind of concerns please visit my new address which is mentioned below and rent agreement is attached.

Also i would like to bring your kind attention towards the emi for the month of sep 2019, i request you to allow me sometime to gather the money amount and i will pay the emi at the time of settlement of loan (Last emi or pre closure).
