Hi,

I have been trying to pay my property tax for my open plot. I went 5 times to bda office every time they said they will post the chalana but never got anything from bda.

Please help me how can i pay my property tax online. Now i am outside of bangalore and i cannot come to bangalore to pay tax alone.

Please understand and help me to pay my tax and be part of good tax payers list rather default list.

I'm a resident of nagarbhavi 2nd stage, there are around 8 to 10 stray dogs where I reside and they are causing a lot of trouble . Barking all the day and night, disturbing the sleep and barking and running towards all the vehicles . Immediate action is to he taken. Its really causing too much trouble and causing sleep disturbances . Its hard to hear 8 to 10 of the dogs barking and creating trouble over nothing

I have applied for Khatha to my site No.3574, 4th Phase Girinagara, Bangalore. The file is pending before the Revenue Officer for the past Twenty days. There is no responsible officer or in-charge arrangement to clear the files. Like me many people are waiting. Will the Commissioner BDA or any other authorized officer will act to get the files cleared immediately.

Fill all the pot holes in kadabeesnhalli croma service road.
All main traffic has been diverted to service road but the quality of service is very poor. Too many pot holes in the road and it causes lot of traffic
Since the bbmp replied it as bda issue, i request you to resolve this issue as early as possible.

I am staying in 20th cross, 21st main, a block, sahakaranagar, bangalore - 560092. We are unable to step out of our door. Around 10 - 15 dogs are lying here in front of our house and they are barking & attacking kids and all passing by people. Full time they are barking and create problem for all o[censored]s staying in this area. Children are not able to study...

Please take immediate action. Expecting your co-operation at the earliest!

I have been requesting bda, bangalore to remove illegal sheds put up by private parties in front of my bda house.

The encroachers jayaram family have obstructed the bda road as well.
West division engineers despite of repeated complaints have not taken any action to remove the encroachments.

May request the bda commissioner to direct west division engineers to act on my complaint / petition and see that the unauthorized sheds put up by jayaram removed.

When i am going through bda complex i have seen that the shopkeeper have put so much light in place were a persons walk and also in park they have put light. It may be very danger at the time of rain it can give rise to short circuit also because the sockets and plugs are open. As well as they have put light on metal pillers in side of park if any wire get damage it can get so danger for person and children roming near the the metal piller

Illegal property occupancy at sites 51 and 52 koramangala 7th block 1st a main causing nuisance to society
Bda is loosing cores of money to such encroachment this is unfair to the section of society who are earning hard day night and striving
What is the website that I can make sure such details are put forth to government also we as citizens should be able to report these issues and bring it to government notice

We live in koramangala 5th block near the masjid and the plot next to us is right under the high tension wire, when we moved here we were told by the bda that no construction was permitted 500mteres from the high tension wires due to fear of fire/electrocution. A few years later the masjid was built on one side and the plot right under it has a 3 floor building. Recently renovations have started and
With the influx of restaurants, our neighbors have decided to build balconies on all 3 floors and anyone can step from their balconies on to our roof top. This is a violation of not only the set back rules of the bda but a serious matter of security for us as there is activity until very late around the area due to the record breaking number of restaurants on this road.

Sir, survey number 111/*/1 village kogilu hobli Yelahanka 1, khata number 19 dated 19/06/2009. On the given date this land is under aquisition for BDA Peripheral Ring Road Stage 1. Yelahanka Bengaluru north.

In the same survey number Mr. M S Bhaskar S/o Sanjeev Reddy on 23/2/2006 sold 30*40ft site to me through Senior Sub-Registrar Yelahanka Bengaluru. After that on 27/2/2006 I got khata from commisionor Muncipality Yelahanka Bengaluru. Then after it is transfered and khata was issued from BBMP Authority. From the date of Registration to till date I'am paying site tax to BBMP every year. But on my 30*40ft site, BDA has layed marking stone of Peripheral Ring Road Stage 1 without my knowledge.

So I'am the absolute owner of this site. If there is any compensation /queries/dialogue/letter correspondence and etc. It should be dealed with only me. My contact details are given below.

I am the absolute owner of a site dimension 30*40 ft at assesment /survey number 111/12 situated at kogilu village, yelahanka hobli bengluru north talluk purchased from sri m s bhaskar son of sanjeev reddy. I had purchased this site on 23/2/2006 iam having bbmp khatha and i am paying till date tax.

I saw recently the marking of peripheral ring road on my site. Till today i have not got any information about this from concern authority. So if any compensation talk arises please get it done with me only. And should not be dealed with any other people without my permission

Hi respect sir/ madam I applied NOC on 10/5/2016 sy. No 281& 282 Halagevaderahalli name of Rajesh p shah and H L Darani Gowda still i am not Able to get the documents.. and recpt no. 295501 and 293500 if in not happen in with in 2 days I will make complete to commissioner I send mail to BDA commissioner and chief minister. I need to clear in with in 2 day

I am currently staying at the following address.

1st floor, 6th cross,
Sivanandha nagar,
Near beml hospital,

There are couple of dogs around the place and stray dogs around who keep barking whole day and night.

Please take some action against the dogs at the earliest as it is causing disturbance of sleep and inconvenience.

Kindly note that there are more than 12 dogs at 3rd cross, 14th main, mathikere extension, near subbiah hospital & svs g
Ovt school. They chase anyone having any bags and try to bite kids who want to play on the street or way their way to school.

The streets are becoming very dangerous to walk/ play. There is a govt school & there are chances that kids would be bitten.

Please look into the matter immidiately.

Had given to complaints to bbmp request no: 10574608 on june 24 & request n: 10588127 aug 17. I had received the request no & spoke to the assigned person mr. Rajashekhar & he mentioned that nothing could be done. The dogs are not vaccined.

Please look into this asap & help us with a positive solution.

Dear Sir,
We (Venkatavarsdan and charumathi) own a vacant plot : (Site no 85, Reliaable lifestyle, dimension:1650 sq ft, HARALUR village, VARTHUR, HOBLI. We have been regularly paying property tax. Last year we had paid tax as per chalan for Rs 818/=. This year we got chalan for Rs[protected] +1637). We don't know why there is arrears for Rs 1637. Also i dont know the calculation also..It will be very helpful if we can know the calculation details as well as the reason for Rs 1637/=

Near to sai vandana brundavan apartment chikkanayakana halli rd, doddakannelli, bengaluru, karnataka 560035, street lights are not working which is a big issue to the resident here.

If we walk from sarjahpur main road to chikkanayakana halli rd, after coming 500 mts we cannot see any street light working. There have been couple of accidents also reported in the area at night times when people return back home from offices. Can anyone please help..

Dear sir / madam,

There is a huge pile of coconut shells dumped by some unknown person. We talked to the bbmp and their officials came to the site just to tell that this falls under bda.
This if 1 of the biggest breeding ground for mosquito's has highest chance of spreading dengue in the vicinity.

Request you to take a look at the earliest.

Around 5-7 streetlights in the area are not working and it is so scary to walk on streets in the evening as it is almost like walking on unknown dark planet. (Cannot even recognize a dog standing in the dark) there have been a couple of accidents also reported in the area at night times when people return back home from offices. Can anyone please help..


Its 2 months and no action has been taken till date

The rampant throwing of garbage in many places of the above said layout and stray pigs are every where. The officials are blind eyed and the whole administrative system is paralyzed.

There is no one who cares about the public grievance, specifically during these monsoon with mosquito is breading spreading deceases.

The adjoining areas of Haralur Road have many international schools and daily thousands of kids and school children's live in this area.

Considering the rapid spreading of decease and in view of Japanese encephalitis, dengue etc an immediate attention to sanitize the area is required. The pigs must not be allowed free and should be captivated. Also the irresponsible officials must be punished .

I am bringing this attention to the respective authorities for effective action on this. This complaint reference is sent to State and Union health ministry for follow up.

Please do the needful.
