I took part in the e-acution on 3-april and till date (12-april) i have not received the emd refund. The e-proc and bda were contacted. E-proc said bda has not initiated a refund. Bda says they have initaited and e-proc has to transfer the money. The cao says they are busy in election duty. Pro just gives phone numbers. Balu, case worker, blatantly lies that he has initiated the transfer. The secreatry and chairman who i think are computer illiterate dont even bother/know to reply to e-mails. I don't know wtf is going on.

From my terrible experience i am never going to take part in bda e-auction again. People reading this post can take it is a beware sign.

Total mismanagement in bda and e-proc. All they want is your money.

I am residing in house no.1641, bda iii block sir m v layout ullal, bangalore. The street light opposite to my house is not working since last 6 months. I have repeatedly phoned and informed the concerned bda authority to rectify it. But till date it was not rectified even though there was lots of assurances of rectifying the same.

So, once again i request you to rectify it at the earliest since we make the prompt payment of bda taxes every year.

So, we appreciate, if you could also prompt in your services to us.

The dodddanenundi flyover is complete but the middle lane from marthahalli towards k r puram is completely water logged. The road is unusable and dug up on both sides. It is dangerous specially for two wheelers. Both the service lanes on either side are also in a bad state. I request the concerned authorities to please repair all the service roads with proper drainage before monsoon starts.

I had participated in this bid on 13 march, was unsuccessful in the bidding, i have not got my emd of 4 lacs still back to my account.

It has been 10 days now and no refund is done, e-proc customer support mentions bda has to close the bidding and issue refund instructions to eproc team.

Can you help with refund emd asap.

Dear sir, i would like to bring to your notice that a illegal construction by a 3rd party is being done on bda corner next to sewage water drainage. Site # 37, 38 survey no.194 hbr layout. And also trying encroach the nearby bda sites. Request you to please put up an enquiry and take an immediate action. When people of the locality questioned of illegal construction the third party is doing rowdyism and threatening them.

I'm hamsa, resident of house #314, 2nd c cross, 3rd main road. Ombrlayout, chikkabanasawadi, bangalore560043.. Opposite to my house there is a bda vacant land.. Which is illegally occupied by the beside neighbour and they harrase people who ever pass by that side by threatening.. It's becoming really a lot of trouble to us who is residing there.. We have given police complaint abt this but police says we have to complaint to bda.. So here by request to fence the bda property so tat there vill be no trespass and we can live peacefully

Bda flat got allotted to me in dec 2013 and with a promise that flats will be handed over with in a year in front of our cm. Trusting this promise i relocated to varturu in april 2014 to rented house and till now staying in rented house also took loan in may 2014 for this flat and paying emi. Lost about 5 lac in way of interest

We are living in bangalore from the past 12 years in munnekolala marathahalli area.
We observed these many years they never concentrated on munnekolala.
We are suffering because of the too much dust and no roads no proper drainage.

Seriously here we have schools also and still no reaction from bangalore municipal people

Please do something for clean and green

I am a resident of vishweshwaraya 9th block layout,

There is no tar road.

As we are in bda area so we will be expecting the basic facilities like proper tar road, streetlamps, street boards, kids playing park.

But we are not feeling like we are under bda area, as non of the above facilities are not seeing.

The road beside our street is coming under revenue which is having all the amenities[tar roads/street lamps]. Kindly do the tar roads as we are facing lot of problems in that.

It become a pain and being deprived of basic civic amenities. So request for your kind intervention for the same.

There is no tar road and suficient street lighting infront of my housing society at the below address. It become a pain and being deprived of basic civic amenties. So requst for your kind intervention for the same.

At 100 ft vajarahalli road, adjacent to turahalli forest, the lane leading to sobha forest view apartments, there are about 20-25 stray dogs, creating an utter menace to this place.
Chasing people the lanes, constantly barking - this quiet p[lace has become a total menace.
Please get these stray dogs moved from here, before something serious happens

Today morning when i was going to work the security personnel of adarsh palm retreat stopped me to use the road which goes through road constructed through adarsh palm retreat which connects doddakannelli-kaadubeesanhalli rd to rmz ecoworld.

Despite the fact there has been a article publised in the hindu date 3 nov (http://www.thehindu.com/news/cities/bangalore/debate-rages-over-throwing-open-r...⇄ saying no roads are private, when quoted the same article and asked me to allow to use the road the security officials argued to not to comply with and claimed the connecting road as private and in result stopped me to use the road. Quoting the article: " “there is no concept of a private road in the country. All roads are public, ”, going by the rules this is something which does not comply with the law and restricts the citizens to use the road for commuting purpose.

Note: i have attached the map of the road which is connecting the doddakannelli-kaadubeesanhalli rd to rmz ecoworld.

Desired resolution: i request you to take necessary action in this regard and the officials of the community claiming the road as private must be educated to allow the citizens to use the road without any hassle and inconvenience caused.

Hi, i am living in j. P nagar 8th phase bda layout from past 6 months but there is no proper lights and roads. I thought bda layouts will be clean and will give 1st priority to the commuters living there. It is worst than village roads and it will be dark in the road. Please work on the issue asap.

Dear sir/madam, we are sorry to say that we have very bad locality in 9th cross 1st stage 5th block behind essar gas station hbr layout bangalore 560043 i have been requesting bda, bangalore to remove illegal sheds put by car garages front of our houses sheds in roads whenever we raise complaint they will say yes we are working our days go very badly with this. E are also requested bbmp to help us but no response

I have applied for the cancel and refund of my alotted bda flat, for the amount of 5 lakh rupees, for which i'm paying huge interest.

These guys are blocked my refund from last 8 months and they are not responding at all.

I have made 100s of calls and visited this bda office 20 + times, they are asking come 1 week later, come 1 month later and takes my whole day time everytime visit.

How do i take against these corrupt people?

Street lights in our road, 6th block smv layout ullal near post office is not working since 3-4 months. Contacted concerned authority and sir m vishweshwaria association but no positive response and had a total irresponsible reply. It has been very difficult due to this street light issue especially during night.
Please do the needful as soon as possible.

The entire road is in dark as not even 1 light is functioning. My house construction started in that area, no workman want to stay there due to the street lights issue repeated complaints have made no progress. Kindly rectify as soon as possible.

Dear commissioner,

This is to bring to your notice that many people in ombr layout are raising the buildings to 4th and 5th floors even though they do not possess the necessary approvals. The roads are just 30 feet wide and approvals are only given till 3rd floor, but these money hungry builders and owners wants to raise it to 4th and 5th floors. Here is one new building raised in 4'a' main, 5th cross, ombr layout. Even after several warnings from the residents, the owner of the site has raised the building to 5th floor. We request to form an enquire and stop the construction immediately. This will lead to lot of other issues. Please look into the matter immediately.

Hi team,

We are facing lot of inconvenience due to nice road. We have to wait for about 1 to 1.5 hours just to cross the the toll for payment and again during checking for toll.
After day long work in office and having lot of distance to travel, if we spend more than 1 or 1.5 hours to cross it is really hell.
Other places has monthly pass kind where regular travellers has desperate entries. They are extremely careless in this regard.
Please help.
