We live in 441a 18th main 25 cross sector 3 hsr layout. There is a vacant plat just next to our house where heeps of garbage is dumped and it has become house of pigs mouse and we fear that swine flu might spread over here.
Also there is open sewer just infront of our house which hai became house for mosquitoes and we could not open our windows or doors due to the fowl smell.
Pls help to clean the open plot else it can spread serous diseases around the locality

    I have participated in the recent BDA Site eAuction dated 27-Feb-2019 and I am unsuccessful bidder. I have called all the contact numbers which was mentioned in the eAuction notification document but no one responded properly to refund our EMD amount(INR400000) which I have deposited for the eAuction and the details are in the attachment.

      Hi sir

      I am staying in no 76, bda layout, 1st block, jp nagar 8th phase. Garbages are dumped in front of my house (Near site no 64 and road) as there is no road constructed which connects the next cross. It's very difficult to stay in the area as it's giving bad smell and a lot of insects due this.

      Please clean the garbages and put a notice to the public for fine if they dump garbage there. Also please construct the road so that people won't throw anything there and will start using that for commute.

        Hi sir

        I am leaving in house no 76, bda layout, 1st block, j p nagar 8th phase and i have complained several times that garbages are dumped in front of our house which is an unconstructed road and a vacant site. Could you please take this seriously and clear the area and put some notices to the public in that area that whoever dumps the garbage will be fined.

        Its a road connecting to 1st cross but as there is no proper road constructed, people are using that to dump the garbage. Please construct the road there and put some notices to the public that its an offence to dump garbage there.

        It has become very difficult to stay nearby and in our home also. Tis is very sad that bda layouts are maintained like this. I am expecting this to be cleared at the earliest.

          This is an appeal to regularise garbage collection duty for yellama temple street new thippasandra ward. The trash collection hasn't happened since 5th february 2019 and we are at a loss what to do. Despite paying them to take it over and above cess paid they dont come at fixed hours and most o[censored]s are working professionals who aren't there when theyndo come. So we tie it up and leave on the compound gate. I have done this since they come well after 11am if they even decide to come at all. I request you as a law abiding citizen to please inform residents of the frequency od garbage collection and timings so we also can remain clean when disposing of trash

            Dear sir

            In anjanapura lay out 8 th block besides of my right side of the plot, my plot no -691 - 8 th block
            The gentlemen who is constructing the building and he is not constructing as per his plan approval and violated 100% and up to the the border of his plot constructing and with our personal discussions also he never obliged and forwarding his constructing with out caring the law and rules.

            We are requesting bangalore authority concerned assistant engineer and assiatant executive engineer also stop for this building and clear his encroach and submitted return complaint with acknowledgment to banashankari bda complex engineer office and customer care office of bda head office.

            Requesting to help to sort it out dispute by clearing his encroach.

              We submit the application 2011&2013& 2015 but they people not responding. It is a government issue site in 1980 till we are try to registration pls help us. We are not a rich people atleat when site is register the we take a loan and construct the house pls help us.

                I am staying at bsk 6 state 4 h block kanakapura road bangalore still now there is no street light water and drainage and tar road and cleaning, how people are staying. I am a working women will be coming home late night if there is no street light from bus stop to my house it will take 1 km.in this side bore water also not available. Pls arrange water facility and also drainage also facility. Pls take action against issues.

                  Street lights are not working for past 3 months in 1st block j p nagar 8th phase bda, opposite to sri lakshmi narasimha sabangana (Girija kalyana mantapa) in sarathy nagar. Place is not safe without street lights as lots of snakes, rats roam around. Childrens unnale to play during nights. Also makes way for thieves to loot things during night times. Please fix the issue at the earliest.

                  BDA site Application Number 05332, deposit amount refund requested on 15th October 2018 to FM but so far not received deposit amount regarding this sent 3 mail & visited 3 times, called several times but no use.

                    So many potholes and bad roads in royal park residency layout, anjanapura, jp nagar 9th phase near mla krishnappa's house. Main road cannot be used by pregnant and old sick people.
                    The broad road from tippu circle leading up to double road reaching adyar anand bhavan is deplorable, like it has a disease. It's a circus to drive on that road.
                    Bbmp says, it's bda responsibility.
                    Please look into it.

                      We are staying in the gound floor of 1bhk bda house at valagerhalli, kengeri, mysore road.

                      Ever since we purchased the house, there is a problem of leakage in the room, kitchen and bathroom. We complained bda authorities many a times. Last time it was complained on 19th sep 2018. But no action has been taken.

                      It was reported to the owner in the very next floor, to check the tiles of their bathrooms and toilets of their house. But he is not bothered. He says it was constructed by bda people. Hence, it should be repaired by them only.

                      Chances of grounding are there. Please look into it immediately.
                      Really we are very much worried.

                      But the authorities have not taken any action.

                        I booked a bda simplex flat bda alur project bangalore dt 7.12.2017 with bda computer file reference no 118752 & our application reference no 1955
                        & paid the minimum amount of rs 375000 through canara bank vide our callahan no 7739/5708, since the booked flat is not allotted to me, so i requested to bda several time to refund the amount and so for no action is taken.

                          1. I had registered for e-auction against e-auction notification no bda/em/e-auction/t-06/2018-19 dated 22/09/2018 and auction notice number is
                          Bda/2018-19/auction4243 for site no:324 residential corner sites at sir m visvesvaraya layout 2nd block. I have paid emd amount rs 4 lakhs through online on 10 oct 2018 as per online instructions.

                          2. I had tried to contact over telephone no[protected] &[protected]. These numbers are further connected to concerned department where nobody would attend the call.

                          3. Please guide me whom i have to contact on which telephone number or provide me e-mail address. I am in urgent need of money.

                            Hie im pavithra today i visited bangalore one pulikeshinagar for my aadhar correction i went and stood near the lady (Name is sumaiya) for 15 mins n she was not even lifting her head to see me the next lady saw me n slept one more lady was talking in the phone nobody wanted to ask y am standing there finally that lady saw me and told me its a closing time... The time was 4.36pm... I asked her what is the procedure shes least bother to answer me... All my worry is y these people are sitting at office when they are not ready to do response to the customer...

                              Dated 19th oct 8am, as i visited to swimming pool along with my kids to jp park the pool was unhygienic to swim i find frogs, cockroachs, dirt etc., in the pool so i request the concern person to clean he started to neglect and misbehaved with us and he wasted time and later he told that your time is over you can go now.
                              Please take action regarding this person and all staff behind this.

                                I wanted to participate in bda e-auction on 8/10/2018 and i have enrolled and paid rs.4, 00, 000/- emd amount also but due time period crossed the website not allowed us to participate in the bidding and till now i have not recived back the emd amount also.

                                Please help me to get back the amount since i need money very badly for some other purpose.

                                Bda doesn't care of tenants who purchased and occupied the flats in bda kommaghatta.

                                @ bda : please provide 24/7 power supply and water with security guard to bda housing complex.

                                We risk our lives on daily basis as there is no electricity supply round the clock.

                                Are you waiting for some untoward incident to happen in this flats as you don't provide electricity round the clock?

                                Better take care of the customer, tenants who are staying inbda kommaghatta rather than offering discounts on new booking.

                                Duscounts on new booking in bda stops people from buying bda flats as they tend to wait for more discounts.

                                  Corner site number 67, 11th a main, 5th block, jayanagar, bangalore 560041 is un-constructed since allotment. This is creating health & hygene problems and safety related problems too.

                                  As per bda rules, the corner site, after auction was auctioned 25 years plus back, but not attended to.

                                  Can this be made a parking lot for cars? Or can this become a ground for playing kids?

                                  Please act immediately.

                                    Dear sir
                                    Going on hebbal flyover every day. There are 2 -3 huge cracks. Its very scary and it seems like the full flyover vibrates when there is lot of traffic and cars on it. Please look into this. Lot of lives at stake. Please resolve it as soon as possible.

                                    This is one of the biggest flyovers in bangalore and 1000s of people pass on it every day.

                                    The flyover was not built for the kind of traffic load on it!
