    We used to receive Rs.1000 to Rs.2000.
    But this month we received Rs. 7266.[protected] litres)
    Our consumption per month is 40000 litre only. Our storage capacity is 3000 litre in sump and 1300 Lite in Over head storage. Water comes alternate days only.

        Dear Sir,

        This is to inform you that an Apartment constructed recently at the following address is discharging its sewage water on the vacant land available next to apartment due to which the entire area is suffering from various diseases. Whenever speaks to the house owners he denies rectifying it. Since we are educated we don't want to make any trouble and mess. So we thought of raising a complaint online.

          Issue: Few months back this drain system made by BWSSB folks .They blocked one of our toilet outlet and due to that toilet blocked and we are not able to use .. please ask BWSSB team to open this outlet by chipping and get the outlet pipe and connect to drainage system .

              Dear Sir,
              Pls note i have taken bwssb water connection under RR no S-423372 for my building in Bommanahalli zone.
              During the period from March2020 pandemic time, majority of the tenants have vacated to move to home towns and a lockdown imposed from end march 2020 . Due to the lesser users at the building the consumption was very low.
              The building was unoccupied except few tenants till now due to the pandemic.
              during the time i have been over billed even though the users are less.
              Now the bill stands at 2.29 lacs which is inclusive of the interest charged which i am not to be billed for.
              I have requested the AE of bommanahalli zone by application dtd.17.12.21 but not resolved yet.
              kindly do the needful
              Kindly cancel the over billing and regularise the water bill and oblige

                              During the rainy season the water enters our shops above hip level, a lot of our goods get destroyed during this time. We are facing this issue since 23 years.                                 Sir Due to todays rain in the evening..storm water drainage in pipeline road in Ramaiahnagar nagar, Kumaraswamy layout overflowing and drainage water has entered our house.

                                I request the concen to look into and clean the storm water drinageby remove clogs and waste meterials as soon as possible...

                                If rains occurred again in night ...it causes more problem in our area..which is lowland

                                      We have noticed since last one month that there is no free flow of sewage in the Chamber connected to the main Sewage line. Couple of times in the past 4 months we have got cleaned the Chamber from the private entity "Pit Cleaners". it seems there is a problem in the main line of BWSSB. (location: House No. 18, "Sadashiva" 2nd Cross, Gopalappa Layout, Hebbal Kempapur, Near Sunrise English School, Bangalore 560 024.
