Hello, we have a water blockage issue at our residential house due to waste accumulation in the pipe. Request you to send the concerned people to help us clear the blockage....

During the rainy season the water enters our shops above hip level, a lot of our goods get destroyed during this time. We are facing this issue since 23 years. The drainage system is terrible, the road outside Becomes a swimming pool. Please take action and fix the issue....

Sir Due to todays rain in the evening..storm water drainage in pipeline road in Ramaiahnagar nagar, Kumaraswamy layout overflowing and drainage water has entered our house.

I request the concen to look into and clean the storm water drinageby remove clogs and waste meterials as soon as possible...

If rains occurred again in night ...it causes more problem in our area..which is lowland...

Over flow drained water coming to house, Near by jambusavari dinne and j p nagar 9th phase Bwssb officers and office people not responding properly, even after multiple complaints given. Call Center and emergency contact number also no response… need immediate help and support....

In 5th Cross Muddanna Garden Harsha Layout Kengeri, Bangalore 560060, UGD got blocked, please attend the complaint at the earliest...

We have noticed since last one month that there is no free flow of sewage in the Chamber connected to the main Sewage line. Couple of times in the past 4 months we have got cleaned the Chamber from the private entity "Pit Cleaners". it seems there is a problem in the main line of BWSSB. (location: House No. 18, "Sadashiva" 2nd Cross, Gopalappa Layout, Hebbal Kempapur, Near Sunrise English School, Bangalore 560 024.

We the residents of MSR North city, Thanisandra Main Road, Nagawara, Bangalore 560077 are experiencing frequent contaminated water supply to our layout. On this regard we have submitted complaints through Namma Bangalore app but no updates yet.

Appreciate BWSSB authorities take corrective action

First few house in II Cross Vittalnagar, Chamarajapet West are not getting Cauvery water. Multiple calls to the local BWSSB office has not yielded any results. First few houses on this street have senior citizens and they are finding it very difficult to continue calling BWSSB officials. Coincidentally, residents in I and III cross Vittalnagar get regular water supply.

With Borewell water supply also stopped due to drying up...

We the residents of 6th cross Mukti Nagar KG Halli Bangalore 560045 have had a shortage of water for the last 2 months. please ask the linemen to help us....

The waste in the sewage water has increased more and is static from many days.As a result people living next to the lanes are getting affected from various diseases. The mosquitoes have increased, and very bad odour is coming. Please clear as early as possible as waste has blocked the moving of sewage water......

Our meter NW355660 not working properly and bill man doing bill via door lock, cant you work properly, if you bill us in door lock again il forward this complaint this to DC office Bangalore...

From 6 months our NW355660 meter not running properly and billing is done wrongly via door locked, will you repair it or shall i forward this complaint to DC Office...

W-102344 hc[protected] dec month bill rs, 253 paid in the month of[protected], but till in this month bill also they are showing due, i have given all the relavent records for the same both to bangalore one ( bill paid in bangalore one ) and bwssb office in vijayanagara .

But in april month bill also they are showing the rs.253/- amount as outstanding so pl look into this and do the needful....

Rr no N-148504. Billing for march for consumtion of 9000 litres was Rs 6300+ complaing was registered but after 15 days it was closed without any response. For April the bill is Rs 6773 for a consumption of 16000 litres. I have not paid these bils as they are erroneous. Can somebody look into this...

For water connection at #21 near om shakti temple, chinnapanhalli, marathalli, bangalore, We are not provided with the Water bill for the month of April 2022. Water meter readings were taken. The person who took the readings did not give any bill or receipt of the meter reading.

The water pipe line is broken due to road damage....

I am a resident of 4071, 1st Cross, Rajyotsavanagar, Kumaraswamy Layout II stage, near Gaana apartment.
We have been suffering from no water for over a week and even today we have not received any water. We have been visiting office with only assurances but no progress has been done. We cannot survive without water. We don’t have any other help also....

I shifted residence 4 years back at which time I cancelled the EMI given to BWSSB. Suddenly, after so many months, debits have startedd from Feb 2022....

Please restore water taps in Ilpaythope, Ulsoor area as they have been recently damaged or removed....
