Hi Team,
There is a Mainhole in 2nd Cross, 2nd Main, Kaveri Nagar, near to RK Palace, which is overflowing since two days. The complaint has been raised, 2 days before and today (13th May 2022) few people came. Not sure what happened, and they went away without taking any action. I guess they were demanding money to do the task, and must not have filled and they went away.

Pls. look into the matter urgently, The foul smell is spreading through the dirty water flowing in from the middle to one side of the road. If the work is not done due to the demand of money, then this is very serious and has to be looked into. Why do the officials have to ask for money for doing something required as part of maintenance activities, and why do they leave it unattended. Who will answer this.

I am Vijay residing in RR Nagar, well this is going to be something big when texted than saying it verbal,

The lane i reside, at one particular point the road started sinking in, earlier it was concrete road where it sunk in completely and later the concrete road was removed and the road was tarred, the road has sunk in even now for a very long period of time

Until recent we never realized it was because of a drainage inside was the reason, now it looks a big manhole and i am afraid of any untoward incidents as kids play around, request you to please construct the drain and ensure the manhole is closed permanently

We are getting drainage water for more than a month now.

Even after making repeated visits to the BWSSB office in Chamarajpet for last 2 months.

The Junior Engineer is not even responding to phone calls.

Kindly do the needful at the earliest.

In my locality we receive kaveri water a few days in a week. One of my neighbours do not even have a ball-faucet setup to automatically stop the inflow of water when the underground tank is full. Excess water flows into the drainage. This has been happening for over 2 months. I have spoken to the owner regarding the same but no arrangements have been made. A lot of water is being wasted here. I really hope this puts an end to it.

Kaveri water supply is there only once a week since december 2019 in sir m. V. Nagar with less force.

Inspite of multiple complaints this issue has been unresolved.in bwssb site the complaint gets closed in 1-2 days without solving this. No one knows what is the issue
Please change the lineman since looks like he is not opening the valve on regular basis or find out what exactly is the problem and get it resolved at the earliest.

Dear Sir,

During rains the sewage water is returning back from manholes and overflowing from wash basin traps and water closets (commodes). This happens everytime it rains and after the roads have been laid the water gets clogged in the drains and since the area is low lying all the water from the area flows thru this channel creating this issue.
Request you too look into this immediately as elders are staying in the house and it's a health Hazzard with sewage water entering the house.

Sir,

Past one month we have been forced to buy borewell water (Rs. 700/- per load) from outside as most of the neighbours are using motors pumps and forcibly extracting the water when it is released to reach all the houses, due to which people who do not have the motors to pull the water from the public distribution common line are forced to buy the water from outside.

Can some one look into this issue on priority and advise BWSSB to conduct a surprise check in our area and penalise the guilties also take legal action against them.

Dear team,
We are using Cauvery water from long time and not installed any borewell for usage. But this allocated meter reader Mr. sunil purposefully adding Sc for borewell charges to our bill around 331/- very long time and we are communicating him and asked many time why u are adding this… but he is not communicated properly and he behave very rude with us. Requesting you to take necessary action and reduce that bill amount for sc for borewell charges in bill.

Kindly find the bill attached details.

Submitted appication for change from commercial to Domestic in Dec'2021. Without issuing the demand note for a fee of ₹250/- Months, I was charged water bill at commercial rate till now. Only few days ago on meeting AEE of SE2 subdivision personally, I was informed of the fee and that being the reason. I have been made to pay nearly ₹2000 extra. I want BWSSB to pay back the excess paid for the lapse in service. Each month, from Jan'22 I was told that the next bill will reflect change and it never happened as promised by concerned AE.

Dear Sir/Madam,

During rains, as the roads have been recently repaired, all the rain water is dumped into the sewage lines and it has started overflowing from the chambers in the respective buildings causing the dirty water to overflow in locations where electric meters/boxer etc are installed.

Earlier, there was a provision for the same to overflow from the, main man-holes. Also the water from the HAL old airport was not directly purged into the main sewage pipelines.

Kind request to look into the same.
