Hello Sir/madam,
We have paid and taken Cauvery connection from BWSSB, intially received once in a week for 3-4 months, from past 1 year we have not received a drop of water.
Even though rainfall is good, KRS dam was full, no water in tap.

Respected Sir/ Madam,
This is to bring to your notice that every 15 days in front of home the sewage water chamber blockage and sewage water comes out . This is happening from last one year . Every time they come and remove the mud and they goes but no permanent solution for this .
Can you pls look into this and resolve as soon as possible .

It is found that the line man had fight with the area members and not supplying water properly due to personal grudge with area members. The water supplied is not sufficient for daily use.

Irregular water supply in our area. The line man do not come regularly and the water supplied cannot suffix our daily use also.

Already complained multiple time but no positive response.

Drainage overflow near Mithuna White Aspera apartment, Srirampura jakkur, pls attend the issue at the earliest.

The PG in front of my house has leaking of water drain which is coming to the road due to which there is a lot of smell and water flooding on the road. Please take action ASAP

But i recived a bill amount of 935 Dear Sir/Madam,

We do have water conneaction form BWSSB we have paid some of amount of 682.38 on[protected] transaction

UGD Anwar 3rd cross road on 4 th main road in HMT Layout Anandnagar Hebbal ward No 21 is overflowing during rains. It emits bad odour & also very unhygienic. Pl clear the clogged drain

There is a drainage blockage in the main line and pit is completely filled.

This issue is from shanthinagar p.k colony Bangalore
These is an irregular water supply in my locality since 2months
This locality comes under Johnson market
There is no proper response to the issue after multiple times of raising complaint
Most of the time the valve person who turns up the valve forgets to turn up the valve on
And after contacting to that person he charges to do his task which is his mistake.

Very much disappointed

Kindly look into this and do the needful

Sewage water overflow through Drain due to blockage in Rose Garden Road, 15th Main, 17th G Cross, JP Nagar 5th Phase, Bangalore 560078. The drain in front of Pearl Paradise House is blocked and is overflowing. Please get the block cleared at the earliest as it is overflowing heavily

we are facing a lot of issues from last 1 month as water is not sufficient for Us we get water only twice a week in KG Halli Bangalore. but nowadays only once a week we get only for limited hours.

please help we cannot always get tankers, .

There is blockage because of which there is an overflow of sewage water in the chamber inside the house.

No proper water supply and water pressure is low

Time and again the Bill is taken on 13-14th of the month and the date printed is 4th. Due to this, 12-15 KL are charged on High slab. This is done very frequently, almost 3-4 times in a year. As per my calculations i feel 300-400 Rs is lost on every occurance. Several compalints have been raised at service station. They do not respond

Hi there is no water supply in AECS Layout E-Block Kundalahalli area.
When we approached BWSSB and water tank offices there are not even wiling to take any complaint and are behaving very rude.

We are relying completely on the private water tankers.

Please help us to resolve this issue.

Dear Sir,

I am SR Gnanasekar, My RR No E 158917 and Consumer No 58474, House at No 10 Ganga Garden Hennur Main road Kalyan Nagar Bangalore 560043

After my above complaint ( No BWSSB[protected] I got an acknowledgement and it was mentioned that Complaint category BILLING, Concerned AE name Daval sab Karnachi. When I called him he advised me to lodge one more complaint to Divisional Engineer BWSSB Kalyan Nagar along with the original sanction letter along with the photos / proof of Rain Water Harvesting done at the time of sanction.

Accordingly one more complaint letter was sent to Divisional Engineer BWSSB Kalyan nagar and got the acknowledgement also.. They informed that one more inspection will be done by Inspector Sreeram . More than 10 times I contacted him over phone and whats app and every time he was telling me he would come for inspection. But to our dismay he did not turn up..

In the meantime again Rs 1735 has been charged as other charges towards RWH in my February Bill and Rs 1173 in my March 2022 bill even though I lodged the complaint on 11.01.2022.

Please note that we completed the RWH ( Rain Water Harvesting ) works in 2013 and along with the application for connection we had submitted all the photos and proof of RWH.

Your office gave sanction for the new connection only after inspection Sanction No 18/15/14/13 dated[protected] which I am enclosing in the attachments.

So far I have paid Rs 7520 towards other charges which I requested for reversal.

I request your good office to kindly resolve the issue.
