I booked a ticket in railways on 14 th march. The transaction was failed and i got a message from railway department that they have credited the money back to the bank. But my account is not credited with the amount. The amount is rs.380. I have attached the details and message that i got from indian railway department. Please take necessary action.

    A refund has been made by amazon on 17th of may regarding a product which i've buyed from the amazon. But the refund has not been received yet. Bank is saying no amount has been received by them. I've talked to them again and again but no responss is coming. So i nees to file a "charge dispute" on them, to get the full details. I need bank to resolve this issue as soon as possible or i'm gonna take some legal action.

      Please provide the present status of cheque book, my account no. is [protected]. The date of on line request is 25.05.2018 & Request no. 5702207
      The cheque book is not delivered even after completion of one week.
      On contacting with Customer Care of Bank Of Baroda, on 29.05.2018, they have given us speed post no. EQ[protected]IN which is showing wrong number when we search www.indiapost.gov.in.

      Kindly send the correct speed post number & present status by sending sms on my registered mobile number [protected].

        I had replace an item on amazon and amount of rs724 has to come in my bank acc but not yet come. Amazon customer care saying it has been transacted successfully but i had visited your vakola branch there they said there is no such transaction. Request ref no. 145329... And my bank acc no. [protected]. When i had visited your vakola branch they said they cant do charge file from there you have to do online. So i had requested from here. Please do the needful.

          I did not get my refund in my bank amount having generated the reference number. It has been 10 days since reference number generated. Customer care service did not helped me. I had buy some products i have cancelled them. They processed the request and got the reference number means amount is deducted from their account but not credited to mine. Plz help me urgently need my money otherwise i have filed complaint against your bank.

            A refund has been made by amazon on 11th of may 2018 regarding a product which i've ordered through the amazon. But the refund has not been received yet. Bank is saying no amount has been received by them. I've talked to them again and again but no response is coming. So i need to file a "charge dispute" on them, to get the full details.             I am one of the customer from Rebala branch, nellore. In that branch manager is superb. But cashier and of the lady officer is too worst. They are miss behaving with the customers. They are not polite to the customers. I have seen one of the worst fellows in that branch.

                  I am ravi prakash. I have shop with amazon. i have return my order and request for refund in my bank account which is in bank of baroda . The amount is refunded by amazon on 24 april 2018 and today i have contacted with bank of baroda customer care. The customer care saying that they can’t help me when i am in trouble . I have reference number for the refund of rs[protected]. This unhappy effort was not expected by bank of baroda and this make me very disappointed with your services

                      While ordering msi gl series laptop from flipkart on 28/5/18, through online payment by debit card card of bank of baroda, payment failed but money was debited from my bank account. I contacted flipkart help centre, they told that payment was failed so money is with bank. It will be refunded within 8hours. But till it's not been refunded. Total amount was rs71, 990.

                        We have deposited a chq. amounting Rs 15, 33, 975(Rupees Fifteen lac Thirty Three Thousand Nine Hundred and Seventy Five) only vide Chq. no.270007 dt 22/05/2018 on U B I, Rampurhat Branch on 24/05/2018 to our Current account no. [protected] in the name of Jagannath Enterprise at your Bhowanipore Branch.
                        On enquiring at your branch on Monday, 28/05/2018 we were being told that the Cheque has not being credited to our account and returned back but surprisingly we are yet to receive the same as on date with reason still unknown to us.

                        We were being told by the branch that the above cheque has not being cleared since some documents are required but till date whar are the documents are u7nknown to us and moreover the chq got credited yesterday, 30/05/2018 in our account that too when an all India Banking strike is going on.

                          I went baroda bank at satellite branch he asked me to pay advance 8500+ rs (non refundable ) its doesn matter your loan approve or not so i want to conform that it is legal to pay before loan any he also told me that 1 % of your loan amount you havt to paid after loan and its refundable

                              I sudeep jaiswal I have done a recharge of 319. On 15/5/2018 But I can't receive till yet.
                              phone pe is saying that he had refund the amount on 18/5/2018 with this Reference no. Is[protected] the given time to me was 24/05/2018. I had wait till the time given by them I have called them so many times but issue didn't solve.

                                  We would like to update you on our below issue with Bank of Baroda, Fatashil Ambari Branch where they have failed to carry our due Adherence to Procedural Guidelines and Circulars of RBI in levying Minimum Balance Charges as they are not able to provide any proof, data or records in regards to the same.

                                  I request concerned authorities to conduct an Full Audit whether the said Bank of Baroda followed all the RBI Rules and Guidelines while conducting all the day to day activities and make appropriate actions if the bank branch is found guilty of non compliance of any RBI Guidelines.

                                  Moreover in my case the said bank is unable to show me any proof, data, records which have been followed while charging Minimum Balance Charges in my account. Please conduct Full Audit for the Minimum Balance Charges levied and all other charges levied to all the customers of the said branch whether the said branch is following all the RBI Rules, Guidelines and all other necessary compliances while performing all the day to day operations.

                                  The below were my queries with the said Bank Branch which they failed to provide.

                                  1. (i) In the event of a default in maintenance of minimum balance/average minimum balance as agreed to between the bank and customer, the bank should notify the customer clearly by SMS/ email/ letter etc. that in the event of the minimum balance not being restored in the account within a month from the date of notice, penal charges will be applicable.

                                  Query: - Provide us necessary proofs of notification given to me clearly by SMS/EMAIL/Letter.

                                  2. (ii) In case the minimum balance is not restored within a reasonable period, which shall not be less than one month from the date of notice of shortfall, penal charges may be recovered under intimation to the account holder.

                                  Query: - Provide us proofs of intimation of information regarding charges levied due to Minimum balance not maintained by SMS/Email/Letter etc.

                                  3. (vi) It should be ensured that the balance in the savings account does not turn into negative balance solely on account of levy of charges for non-maintenance of minimum balance.

                                  Query: - My Overall balance in your savings account is Negative Rs. 476.23/- which should not happen because as per RBI the balance in my account can not be negative in any case.

                                  Moreover I want REVERSAL of all the charges levied in my account and all others customer in which RBI Guidelines have not been followed.

                                  The Branch Manager and all other Top Bank Officials who are found negligent in rendering satisfactory banking services should be SUSPENDED FOREVER. Our above case raises a questions mark: Are there no analytical system to check compliances with various RBI Guidelines and Rules for each and every transactions at the banks end so that corrective necessary actions can be taken for the aggrieved customers before much delay ? What Bank officials are doing all day long ?

                                  Please take urgent necessary corrective steps on the same on high priority basis.

                                  Dear Sir/Madam
                                  Levy of penal charges on non-maintenance of minimum balances in savings bank accounts
                                  Please refer to our circular DBOD.Dir.BC.53/13.10.00/2002-03 dated December 26, 2002 on ‘Minimum Balance in Savings Bank Accounts’ advising banks to inform customers, in a transparent manner, regarding the requirement of minimum balance in savings bank account and levy of penal charges for non-maintenance of the same at the time of opening the account.
                                  2. In this connection, a reference is invited to paragraph 30 of Part B of First Bi-monthly Monetary Policy Statement, 2014-15 announced on April 1, 2014, regarding ‘Developmental and Regulatory Policies’ proposing certain measures towards consumer protection. One of the proposals contained therein was that banks should not take undue advantage of customer difficulty or inattention. Instead of levying penal charges for non-maintenance of minimum balance in ordinary savings bank accounts, banks should limit services available on such accounts to those available to Basic Savings Bank Deposit Accounts and restore the services when the balances improve to the minimum required level. A reference is also invited to the recommendations of Damodaran Committee on customer service in banks which, inter-alia, recommended that ‘banks should inform the customer immediately on the balance in the account breaching minimum balance and the applicable penal charges for not maintaining the balance by SMS/Email/letter. Further, the penal charges levied should be in proportion to the shortfall observed’.
                                  3. The policy announcement has been reviewed after extensive consultation with banks. Consequent to these deliberations and after taking into consideration the recommendation of Damodaran Committee, it has been decided that while levying charges for non-maintenance of minimum balance in savings bank account, banks shall adhere to the additional guidelines given in Annex. The guidelines come into effect from April 1, 2015.
                                  4. These guidelines should be brought to the notice of all customers apart from being disclosed on the bank’s website.
                                  5. In the meantime, all banks are advised to take immediate steps to update customer information so as to facilitate sending alerts through electronic modes (SMSs/emails etc) for effective implementation of the guidelines.

                                  Levy of charges for non-maintenance of minimum balance in savings bank account shall be subject to the following additional guidelines:
                                  (i) In the event of a default in maintenance of minimum balance/average minimum balance as agreed to between the bank and customer, the bank should notify the customer clearly by SMS/ email/ letter etc. that in the event of the minimum balance not being restored in the account within a month from the date of notice, penal charges will be applicable.
                                  (ii) In case the minimum balance is not restored within a reasonable period, which shall not be less than one month from the date of notice of shortfall, penal charges may be recovered under intimation to the account holder.
                                  (iii) The policy on penal charges to be so levied may be decided with the approval of Board of the bank.
                                  (iv) The penal charges should be directly proportionate to the extent of shortfall observed. In other words, the charges should be a fixed percentage levied on the amount of difference between the actual balance maintained and the minimum balance as agreed upon at the time of opening of account. A suitable slab structure for recovery of charges may be finalized.
                                  (v) It should be ensured that such penal charges are reasonable and not out of line with the average cost of providing the services.
                                  (vi) It should be ensured that the balance in the savings account does not turn into negative balance solely on account of levy of charges for non-maintenance of minimum balance.

                                  You can see in the above notification that there are some guidelines to be followed by banks before levying Minimum Balance Charges. Please see my queries on respective guidelines by RBI.
                                  1. (i) In the event of a default in maintenance of minimum balance/average minimum balance as agreed to between the bank and customer, the bank should notify the customer clearly by SMS/ email/ letter etc. that in the event of the minimum balance not being restored in the account within a month from the date of notice, penal charges will be applicable.

                                  Query: - Provide us necessary proofs of notification given to me clearly by SMS/EMAIL/Letter.

                                  2. (ii) In case the minimum balance is not restored within a reasonable period, which shall not be less than one month from the date of notice of shortfall, penal charges may be recovered under intimation to the account holder.

                                  Query: - Provide us proofs of intimation of information regarding charges levied due to Minimum balance not maintained by SMS/Email/Letter etc.

                                  3. (vi) It should be ensured that the balance in the savings account does not turn into negative balance solely on account of levy of charges for non-maintenance of minimum balance.

                                  Query: - My Overall balance in your savings account is Negative Rs. 476.23/- which should not happen because as per RBI the balance in my account can not be negative in any case.

                                  I think various RBI Guidelines are not being followed by your branch and are being taken not seriously.

                                  So, in regards to my above query provide necessary proofs of compliances by your Bank Of Baroda of Fatashil Branch.

                                    I have a locker with bank of baroda, altamount road branch 36, crystal, kemps corner, mumbai 400 026.
