As per the rbi rules dormant a/c will not debited any charge
In spite of the bank has shown lien amount in this account. If
I not deposited the amount how bank recover lien charge
So i request you to credit lien amount
Wrongly create by you. So i request you to look in thr matter

      lfcev charges

      Please give me a full information about lfcev charges. When should my bank can charge me such charges, what are the rules, and can my bank branch manager cancel the lfcev charges if they are wrongly charged. My bank is charging those charges quarterly and i dont know anything about such method. how shall i know about and what action shall take if those charges wrongly charged....

      I debited for Rs. 10, 000 from ATM got only 2500 and did not get 7500 but got message that my account is debited with 10, 000 on my registered mobile number.It is my humble request to you to kindly register my complaint, please take it seriously, do justice to me and pay my money back as soon as possible as I am in urgent need of it.

        I had ordered a product from tatacliq on 10th of feb 2018 but unfortunately the order was cancelled from their side according to them they had refunded my amount on 13th of feb 2018 but till today i did not receive my refund in my account. Bank is saying no amount has been received by them. They had gave me a transaction no.75503728074018113712715 regarding the refund i've talked to them again and again but no responss is coming. So i need to file a "charge dispute" on them, to get the full details. I need bank to resolve this issue as soon as possible or i'm gonna take some legal action.

          Respected sir
          My self balbeer kuri, my branch is located is sikar (Rajasthan)

          I did a transaction through bhim sbi pay (App) on 31 dec 2017 (7:13pm). But when i was doing transaction i fill wrong ifsc code. Transaction was done at that time and amount was deducted from my account but it is not credited in the particular account so far because that is baroda chetriya gramin bank.

          The detail of transaction is given below:-
          Transaction of rupees :-12000/-
          Debited a/c no :- [protected] (Registered on bhim upi) credited a/c no :- [protected]
          Transaction curt ref no :[protected]
          Ifsc code:-barbobrjbxx (It is incorrect code which i field during tscn)
          Barb0brgbxx (It is correct code)

          Please fix the issue as early as possible beacuse i am very poor person and i cant afford the entire amount. Please get touch with me as early as possible. I will be really grateful to you

            I went withdraw the money from atm bank of baroda patpar ganj pandav nagar opp. Mother dairy but two to three times i inserted the card but money was not withdrawn on[protected] of my account no. [protected] in which balance was shown nil. Next day i went to my branch shahdra delhi to inform and get the details of non withdrawl of my amount 9500/-

              Dear executive,

              I made a transaction through my visa debit card on 3rd of april, 2018 around 3:45 pm of rs. 11, 999/-. But transaction declined, and amount was deducted from my account. Even after so many calls in customer care helpline. They are not treating me properly, not even registering my complaint in this regard.

              My base branch is bank of baroda, shakarpur branch, delhi-110092.

                I have done imps of rs 1666 on 30 march 2018 through mobile banking to third party account. Same amount deducted but not credited to beneficiary account or not refunded to my account. My account no is [protected] name vishal dilipkumar aylani and refernce number of failed imps transaction is[protected]. Pls refund same amount as soon as you can do. I have sent reminder three times yesterday to online banking department on email but from your side there is no reply how much time you will take to resolve. Very bad responses customer care giving.

                  I had purchased a product from amazon of rs.499 & paid cash, 2 days after that i requested a refund, amazon refunded back my money on 19-03-18, and asked it will reflect in my account by 23-03-18, they also gave me refund reference no[protected], my saving bank account is in bank of baroda, whose account no is[protected].
                  My money has not been credited till now.

                    Dear sir,

                    I have opened ppf account in bank of baroda in the month of jan, 2001 at chakala branch, andheri, mumbai, when i was working with tata housing dev co ltd., and deposited around rs. 40000/-. Subsequently i have been transferred to bangalore and enquired with your local branch and found that you don't operate ppf in bangalore branch (At that time only sbi was authorised to operate in bangalore). Since then i couldn't invest further and this might have been matured now (15+2 years completed).

                    Request you to help me how to claim this amount (Including interest accrued). Is it possible to claim the same from your bob branch, bangalore.

                    As bob is being customer oriented/friendly, would like your help to resolve my issue at the earliest.

                      An employee named manas sharma totally misbehaved when i asked him about my rtgs/neft
                      He first didnt replied to my questions nd then after i asked him about my rtgs then he misbehaved. He shouted at me and tried to threaten me bt when in return i also shouted he said he will call police.
                      Is this how bank employees are trained??
                      Is this how they provide us services??

                      You debited thousands of rupees for lfcev charges. There is no information about charges on upi transaction. And you debited that amount for six months transection? There is no information regarding upi transaction charges from bank. Is this some kind of scam? Resolve this issue.

                        I am akshit agarwal having current account in bank of baroda at barkatpura branch as usual i used to deposit cash in deposit machine which is nearby my home abids main branch so i have deposited amount and it was stucked in that machine due to some error problem as it was happening with me from a long time always stucked the cash in that machine lots of time it was happened with me so please kindly replace that machine or make it repair correctly so that customers should don't have such type of problem

                          This particular issue closed down without any resolution or actions are taken - it has not been inquired with bank regarding making foolish to the farmers and harassed unnecessary by way of torching to the small uneducated farmers - till date the matter is no resolved and debt is no waived

                          subject: waiver of agriculture debt as per rbi guide line - not waived the details are as under:

                          present loan mention in the documents of land record - rs. 80000/-

                          it is surprised to know the information provided by the bank - they are following the guideline or circular issued by reserve bank of india - it communicated and talked in telephone by r.M. Office - bank of baroda - bharuch - gujarat very rudely and out of the banking norms.
                          It also surprised to know that the guideline or circular issued by rbi just for the publication and lolly pop to be given to the indian farmers.

                          The best cheating policy applied by bank of baroda for farmers as under:
                          - the farmers are compelled to repay the loan every year just for one day and next day it is reimbursed. The farmers are borrowing the finance for one day and paid to bank and next it taken back. So that the bank is not able to waive the agriculture debt as per the circular issued by rbi. The farmers are not aware about the policy of the bank which are making foolish and recovering the interest at the rate of 15 to 18% from the farmers.

                          This has represented to bank several times and communication is going on since last 12 months but the bank is not taking care to reply or resolve positively. When we talked to rm office of bank of baroda bharuch -they said that this our policy to renew and recover the debts from th farmers.

                          So that now it is confirmed that the circular issued by reserve bank of india in the year 2014 for the waiver of agriculture debt - it is now followed by the bankers and not entertained the rbi circulars.

                          Now the reserve bank of india has entertained the bankers in their favor and not for the customers.

                          - now please note that the bank is renewing the loan every year by repaid the outstanding with interest since - 1984 - so that the bank's records shown - as fresh loan - it very good policy obtain bank to relieve from the waiver scheme - this loan is renewed by repaid from outsiders and renewed every year by the bank - so it is surprising to note the best policy of the bank for farmers recovery of loan.

                          So that you are request to inquire about this and refund the entire amount paid since 1984 - and arrange to remove the charge of the bank of the land record.

                          I HAVE DEPOSITED THE CHEQUE OF RS. 35000 ON 16.08.2017 AND RETURNED TWICE DUE THE MISMANAGEMENT AND MISTAKE OF THE BRANCH, I LOSS THE BUSINESS CREDENTIAL AND INTEREST AND OTHER RELEVANT CHARGES TO MY SUPPLIERS.IT IS VERY SHAMEFUL TO BIG INTERNATIONAL CORPORATE BANK AND MARKETING AS BEST CUSTOMERS ORIENTED BANK OF BHARAT COUNTRY.
                          BANK HAS ACCEPTED IT BUT THEY ARE NOT ABLE TO COMPENSATE THE SAME. THEY SHOWN THEIR INABILITY. THE LETTER FROM BANK IS AS UNDER.
                          We refer our earlier mail with regard to your complaint against our I E Gorwa Branch claiming compensation of loss due to wrongly return of your cheque in clearing. In this regard we again inform you that our Bank was upgrading its system from Finacle 7 to Finacle 10 during the said period when your cheque was deposited for clearing . There was some technical issues at that time and due to that your cheque was returned in clearing inadvertently.
                          Further we inform you that there is no such system of payment of compensation in our Bank due to return of cheque however the charges deducted for the return of cheque was reversed and credited in your account.
                          We deeply regret to the inconvenience caused to you. Being our loyal customer, we expect your co operation in offering our best customer service.

                            A smart watch was returned to amazon on 7th feb.2018. And refund has been made by amazon on 9th of feb 2018 regarding a product which i've ordered through the amazon. But the refund has not been received yet in my bank account. Bank is saying no amount has been received by them. I've talked to them again and again but no response is coming. Amazon had give me ref. No. Of transaction[protected]. Bank was nor aware about this number. I need bank to resolve this issue as soon as possible.

                            Sir ..any time surat main ATM ka eea halat hai...kya customers mar gaye hai..
                            Approx 4126.50 money is deducted and my account balance is now -3653 approx
                            Bob customer care told me that I have more than 50 transaction so leisure charges of 4126.50 is deducted
                            But I have not done more than 50 transaction in last 6 months
                            I want my money back and kindly show my account balance in positive
                            Today i am checked my statetement then i see my ac is debited 160917 To 150318
                            2779.00 rs i am complaint to customer care then they say you have fransaction more then 50 times and so after i have chanved mood or bank to other private bank

                            Shame on u bob for debited many customers money not any issue

                              सविनय निवेदन है कि एसबीआई सीएसपी पोर्टल 1A772G96 से दिनांक[protected] को Bank of baroda के बैंक खाता नम्बर [protected] में 5000/- का IMPS करना था जो कि गलती से गलत खाता नम्बर – [protected] में हो गया | तथा हमें बैंक खाता नम्‍बर[protected] के खाता धारक व किस ब्रांच का है के बारे मे भी कोई जानकरी नहीं है |हमने BOB लालसोट दौसा ब्रांच में जानकारी मांगनी चाही तो ब्रांच मैनेजर नें कोई जानकरी नही दी | श्रीमान जी से निवेदन है कि उचित कार्यवाही करके खाता नम्ब9र [protected] से खाता नम्बयर [protected] में अमाउण्ट को ट्रांसफर करवाने की कृपा करें |

                                  For kind information i was trasfer fund from my a/c rs 3500.00 dt. 06/06/2017 but money do not credited in my destined account no via transaction no.[protected]. When i talk the bank they reply due to network prob. They told us please wait it will be refunded or credited in destineted account., but as on today the amount not refunded. Please refunded above ammount as soon as possible.

                                    It has become a matter to inform you that i am an employee of rubamin ltd.
                                    I applied to open my new account in your bank on the 26 th of january 2018,
                                    My account is open but 2 months have gone and till now i have’nt received my atm card.
                                    As a result it's hampering my salary withdrawl at home.

                                      A refund has been made by amazon on 03th of march regarding a product which i've buyed from the amazon. But the refund has not been received yet. Bank is saying no amount has been received by them. I've talked to them again and again but no responss is coming. So i nees to file a "charge dispute" on them, to get the full details. I need bank to resolve this issue as soon as possible or i'm gonna take some legal action.
