On 04/07/2017 - I tried to withdraw cash of rupees 4000 from Bank of Baroda ATM located at Zarna Park, Abrama, Valsad from my Bank of Baroda debit card but I didn't get cash or receipt but I received message for withdrawal. I tried to call to bank of Baroda customer care but it's not allowed. There was no one available to respond on behalf of Bank.
And on 31/08/2017 - again I have lost rupees 500 from same ATM machine. I have complained to the Bank Manager but he did not respond me till to date. So please do needful. U can check Bank of Baroda Saving account no. [protected] on dated[protected] and 31/08/2017 respectively.
Kindly help me and do the needful. My Contact no. [protected].

But the beneficiary told me that he not yet received the payment but amount debited in my account. Error message showed while transfer was request timed out 909 system malfunctioned if the payment was not sent to him please refund the amount of rs.8000/- to my account at the earliest. I have attched herewith the bank statement for your ready reference.

      Today went to bank of baroda atm being adjacent to bank branch in samuel street. I am a icici customer & doesnt hold baroda bank card (I stopped its services thankfully).
      The guard was busy in mobile & people started forming queue behind me. I was shocked how can guard allow him that. Earlier also observed half the time atm would be without guard and would be crowded from within.
      Another shocking stuff is that when i went to chief bank manager, he was arguing with me rather justifying the guard. I told him i would surely give a feedback, on which manager told me to go ahead.
      I left a bit irritated but no doubt a smile on my face for i am privilege not to be a baroda customer.
      I havent faced any such instance ever in icici services. So in a way i get quality services for paying more which i dnt mind, specially seeing such kind of response.

      In reference to above cited matter it is requested to you to take necessary action as soon as possible and intimate the same to undersigned also, please .

          I am pursuing b. E., civil engg 3rd yr from vrs engg college, villupuram dist, tn.

          I asked for education loan of rs. 1.5 lakhs from bank of baroda (Bob), arasur branch, 73/3-b, trichy main road, arasur, tamil nadu, pincode - 607107, villupuram distt, tamilnadu. Phone [protected] | 234231.,
          When i contacted the branch manager of the bank for first time asking for an application form, manager has flatly told me that the same is not going to given and strictly told no education loan. Keep on asking atleat for the loan application form from 2016 june.

          Now i m not position to continue my study because of education fee to paid to college for the three years about 1.5lacks.

          I know that the bob manager has already made up their mind to avoid education loan to the needy..

          I want to take this issue to prime minister of india and president of india. Please kindly give me a solution how to take forward this matter of my education loan against bob.

              I introduce myself a saving account holder bearing number [protected] with your jind city branch. I have to close the said account so that i send an application (Dully signed by me) with requested to close the account and transfer the outstanding credit balance in my alternative other banks account.
              I also enclosed all my unused blank cheques with the application but the manager/officer/clerk on duty refuse to do the same and ask my representative to present me personally before him.
              Now my grievance is that i am much busy advocate and i have no spare time for such petty works and this is legal right to give written proxy instructions to the banker..
              Kindly teach your subordinate staff to deal the matter accordingly..

                Today i use my sbi atm card at bob atm, near fulwadi char rasta, tp-13, chhani jakat naka, vadodara, first i enter the amount of rs. 2000/- which i have received in one not of 2000. But i want a change, so i use my card again enter the amount of rs. 500, i could not received the amount of rs. 500 but it deducted from my account, and i received the message for the same.

                Yesterday i made transaction at bob atm - 3bmngjba situated at fulwadi char rasta, tp-13 chhani jakat naka, vadodara. I have not received rs. 500 whihc i have entered vide transaction no.[protected], but it deducted from my account. And message appears on the screen is that this atm gone under the maitainance. Please try later.

                Please look into the matter and do needful at the earliest.

                  Regarding gold bond certificate not issue since 13/7/2017
                  Gold bond certificate not issue since 13/7/2017 almost 8 month
                  I have visited two to three times a month that is almost 20 visit in 6 month still i have not get gold bond certificate due to un educate staff not having knowledge of tracking goldbond certificate
                  If not possible to issue gold bond certificate then kindly retrun my money along with my expenditure for 20visit which i have spend almost 500rs per visit which is almost 10000/- (Ten thousand) from the responsible staff

                    A/c no [protected]. I live in the kampal, uganda and when i log in my account it ask me to provide my mobile number to receive otp enable me to carry transaction over the net. However despite providing all the necessary details i am still not able to access my account via the internet as i do not receive my otp code.

                    I have discuussed this in customer care but they are saying they are not able to help me only branch can help. Previosly i was able to receiv my otp.in what instrunctions they changeed the mobile no or country code whatever. It's very very poor approach by the bank to held up client and put client on worst condition and lose their money and their efforts. Even they introduced new otp with mobile app but for that also need to receive otp to go to net banking service menu.

                    I would appreciate any support that you can provide so that i am able to access my account..

                    One think i want to say its my money, not bank money but they are treating like we are bagging for money. Its completely pathtic service of bank of baroda.

                    Customer care are good for nothing and indian govt should take immediate effect to close this kind of banks

                      Hello, i am a customer of your bank of baroda atpadi branch.in this branch for the past many months, the work is not carried out in a disciplined and mannerable way. The manager hardly works or stay in the bank for most probably three to four days. He takes a leave and leaves customer in disdainful conditions. Moreover he talks in disrespectful and mocking style, though he pretends to be talking in low voice. His way of working is very disgraceful and pathetic. He is not able to complete a work in a given period of time. Whenever a customer complains, they give a excuse of work load and always say that the work is too much and we are only three to four members in the branch and so we are not able to handle the work. The height of the manager's negligence is such that the work which should be done most probably in a week's time is not even completed in three to four months time. They take their personal leave and no replacement is present because he thinks that he is working in a rural area and so he considers that no one is going to look at him. I being a old customer of the bank, being an educated and qualified man, now after so much of hardships and their improper behaviour, trying my best to bring in notice of the concerned superior authority their negligence, misbehaviour and their mockery style of talking to customer's. I may be a small customer of your bank, but i feel disgraceful at the work carried by the manager especially. So an inquiry into his mischieveness should be taken and the cctv footage should be seen by higher authorities whomsoever is concerned about what i have discussed above. Because the way the mirror does not lie in the same way the cameras will open their stragies. Hoping for the co-operation from your part as earliest as possible.

Bank is for our convince not for creating our problem. There is no that type of rule in any other bank so they do this.

                          Pos machin return dem2017, but every month 1120/rent deduct without my permission most hide bank offer me given a free rental. Than pos department twice in month deduct @2240/. We talk to branch manager he give me assurance what will be deduct your account will be credit very soon but this month also deduct month of feb 2018, deduct 2240/ what will do sirjee what happen i don't know. Pl do help fully

                            We opened a account in bank of baroda because we were told that there will be no charges for the pause machine. Till november it was fine, the bank started deducting monthly charges from december and moreover charges for the previous 5 or 6 months had also been deducted from my account, without giving me any notice. This deduction of monthly rent for the machine is not justified. I have been cheated by bank of baroda. The charges should not havr been deducted, as we were told that it was free of cost and the monthly rent will not be charged. I need my money back.

                                Our net banking system of account, due to error, was blocked, theirafter we requested for the net banking password and also submitted written request to our banker - bob, ibb, kol for our account no-[protected] on 30.01.2018. But we are sorry to bring to your notice that till date (17.02.2018) no password had been provided to us. We also complained through twitter and the track no given to us is - 314495 dt 8.2.18

                                  On 4th february and 11 february, there has been some transaction from my account where it has been debited from two different sites. I dont know how and why they have charged. The sites are: - ntecvr.com/ and gwehee.com/.
                                  I want the amount to be refunded in my account because as i credit some amount, transaction occur from other sites and my account is being debited. Amount around 5000 was deducted from the sites (Including both). So i request you to kindly take some actions and try to refund me the amount.

                                    I'm harika rathode holding savings account with state bank of india. I have made an imps transfer of rs.10, 000 on 15/01/2018 through my sbi account to a friend of mine who is holding account with bank of baroda (Coimbatore region). The issue arised when i made a wrong credit to a wrong account holder. I have been trying since a month to get the issue resolved but the concerned branch manager (Usmanpura branch-ahmedabad region - bob) who is supposed to look into the issue is disinterested to take up, worse still his behaviour and the tone with which he speaks to me over phone is gruesome.
                                    Having tried all the established ways according to your rule book to get my money back, now i am determined to reflect the issue on multiple consumer grievance redress all forums and your bank ombudsman.

                                        I have opened two bank accounts one on 15 jan 2018 & another on 17 jan 2018 but haven't received any cheque book or debit card no one is aware about the banks rules and regulations. They just keep saying that i will receive the cheque book by post but haven't received any thing it's been a month. They need to firstly be aware about the banks rules then should be there at customer desk to serve the consumer
