On 18/03/2018, i used my debit card at a retail shop where my first payment was failed and so had to swipe the card second time.
However, my account was debited twice but the retail shop account had received the payment only once. I have not got refund yet.
I'm sharing failed transaction screenshots. Please take the note for this and do the needful.

I have new account open in atladara branch in Bob. One month ago in account open till date not receive document cheque arm card etc. Their staff is not response customer satisfaction.in bank manager not meet any time. After I tell you my account close thier says your account in diduction panelty of close account. Bob is third class bank.

    Even after submitting the necessary information about the bank, its ifsc, name of beneficiary and her savings account number, i am unable to activate the link since bob is not sending me a tracker id. Further, there is no provision for a resend tracker id request anywhere on the portal. This compels the customer to delete the previous unactivated entry and start by submitting the information afresh through "register new beneficiary" link.
    To add salt to the wound, the bob portal is always eager to show "security error" and takes the customers back to home window of retail netbanking.

        I have ordered a product from amazon.in on 11 march, 2018 and cancelled it later on the same date. Refund for this was initiated by amazon immediately but the corresponding amount was not credited to my account. I tried contacting amazon.in several times and they replied to it that payment was processed by them on same date and is pending from bank's side, i even contacted bank for same but they didn't have proper reply and said to wait for more time.

        I am running bharat gas distributor surya gas agency in vettavalam i have current account in bank of baroda in thiruvannamalai branch i want close the account because present manager say u made payment today we send rtgs tommorow only he ask me what is benefit for bank he told i dont want your account here close the account

          I did a transaction through bhim app on 01 march 2018 (10:07:15 a. M.) with transaction id[protected]. The money was deducted from my hdfc bank account ([protected]) but did not credited to the respective bank account [protected] bank of baroda o[censored]sha shailesh soni.
          I went to hdfc bank infocity gandhinagar gujarat branch and inquire about it they told me that money is credited from their side to the beneficary bank then why bank of baroda did not credited my money to the usha shailesh soni's account. I want my money back.

          I am attaching my hdfc bank statement where it is clearly shown that money is debited from my account and also attaching the beneficiary's bob statement where my money with transaction id[protected] is not credited to bank account no
          [protected].

          Also, i am attaching a screenshot of the mail which i received from hdfc bank higher authority when i complaint about this.
          Please tell me why money is not credited to beneficiary bank or refund me back if you didn't credited this to bob account.

          I did a transaction from my account of 5500 rs to the same bank account [protected] bank of baroda o[censored]sha shailesh soni on 01 march 2018 at 10:05:56 am (Transaction id[protected] which was successful so please don't suppose that both were same and thoroughly analyse about my complaint that i am complaining for the transaction id[protected]

          Dear sir/ ma'am,

          I am writing this to complain about a failed transaction whose money is deducted from my account but did not credited to the beneficary account.. I did a transaction through bhim app on 01 march 2018 (10:07:15 a. M.) with transaction id[protected]. The money was deducted from my account ([protected]) but did not credited to the respective bank account [protected] bank of baroda o[censored]sha shailesh soni.
          . Now i want my 5500 rs back in my account.

          I did a transaction from my account of 5500 rs to the same bank account [protected] bank of baroda o[censored]sha shailesh soni on 01 march 2018 at 10:05:56 am (Transaction id[protected] which was successful, i also raised a issue on bhim app but i think you are supposing both the transaction were same, so no one is responding for my issue.

          I raised a request to refund my money in bhim app but you did not refunded my money and mark my query as resolved. How can you do this with your customers.

          If a transaction is shown in bhim app as marked what does it mean? Did you credited that money to bob account then give me the proof else refund me my money.

          I am attaching the documents for your reference. Please look at them carefully and tell me where is mentioned that so called "successful transaction" in that statement and where has my money gone? I have confirmed with bob and money is not credited to their bank.

          I have attached hdfc statement that money is debited from their side, bob statement that money is not credited to their account and bhim transaction screenshot where transaction is shown as pending then how can you deduct money and not crediting to the respective account and also not refunding my money.

          Please refund me my money because 5500 rs is not a small amount. I will be very thankful to you.

          Please not make your usersto suffer alot for their own money. I am losing my faith in bhim customer care service. Have a look into this matter and respond positively as soon as possible.

            After speaking to a couple of employees about all 4 coffee urns were empty as i could not get coffee i paid for the last employee stated i did not need to have an attitude. I was frustrated i told said employee i did not appreciate that remark as i was a paying customer. He came back to me with an attitude which my husband witnessed and stated he really had an attitude to a customer i feel this is not how panera would like their repeat customers to be treated. He stated they have been busy and it is not his job to do the coffee

                  A refund has been made by amazon on 12th of may regarding a product which i've buyed from the amazon. But the refund has not been received yet. Bank is saying no amount has been received by them. I've talked to them again and again but no responss is coming. So i nees to file a "charge dispute" on them, to get the full details. I need bank to resolve this issue as soon as possible or i'm gonna take some legal action.

                    I'm unable to access my mobile banking app as it is showing that invalid mpin. But i'm entering the correct mpin only. After many attempts, now my user i'd got blocked and i can't access to my account balance. What can i do now.. Im sure that the mpin is correct but it has shown invalid. What to do i[censored]ser i'd gets blocked? Please issue a new mpin as soon as possible.

                      सर मेरा एसबीआई एटीएम गोघरा से 10.000 / - तारीख 20/1/18 20:51 SBI ATM P.V Gandhi petrol pump से डेबिट हो गया है | मैने २२/१/१८ से कम्पलेन की है । तीन बार मैने 3 बार BOB bank santrod से शिकायत की हैं। २७/२/१८ मुजे Tracker ID 317412 मेसेज मीला की Trajection successful है । मै संतुष्ट नही हु ऐटीएम से पैसा बहार नही नीकला था। लेकिन अब से 3 महीने होने वाला है। प्लीस सर आपको निवेदन है मेरा पैसा वापस लानेकी मदद करे।

                      सर बैन्क मेनेजर बता रहे हे की आप ATM छोड ने के बाद पैसा नीकला है। मैने तो ATM पुरी तरह cancel करके बहार नीकली हु। और Connectivity प्रोबल्मसे मेरा पैसा सही वक्त पर नीकला नीकलाही नही । बाद मै नीकला बो जीम्मेदारी bank of baroda की होगी। हम हमारे पैसै सुरक्सीत रखने के लीऐ बैन्कमै रखते है। और ईतना बडा Amount डेबीड हुआ तो ता २२/०१/१८ मै दी गई कम्लेन १ months क्यु pending रखी २७/२/९८ को मुजे मेसेज मीला। मै बार बार बैन्क मै जाके कम्पलेन की है। मेनेजर को पहेले भी बोल चुकी थी कैमेरा चेक करने के लीऐ। अब मुजे प्रुफ चाहीऐ और पैसे भी। पैसे मेरी गलती से बहार नही नीकला वो ऐटीऐम मशीन की प्रोब्लेम से बहार नीकला है। ईन्की जीम्मेदारी मेरी नही बैन्क की होगी। आप साहबने नम्र बिनंती है की ऐटीऐम की inquiry कर के मेरा पैसा चाहीऐ। और ता २०/०१/२०१४ का स्ट्रेट बेन्क का सीलक चैक करेने के लीऐ नीवेदन करे।

                          On 29/12/2017 i recieved a letter from bank of baroda stating that rental will be charged on pos. But also they mentioned that they will charge rent from may 2017 which is not fair on there part. As far as i know without intimation from may2017 they cannot charge. Please refund the amount from may2017 till dec2017.

                            I am madhuri m. Thakkar. Myntra credited 551.99 rs in my bank account in bank of baroda, vasna road branch. I returned a product on which i purchased from myntra. There was no issue regarding the return or refund from myntra side. They initiated the amount on 12/01/2018. It usually reflects in a bank account with in a week or 10 days. Two months have been pass, but it is still not credited. During this two months, i visited bank of baroda so many times, contacted myntra so many times. Myntra provided me a bank reference number, which indicates that the transaction is successful from myntra side. Then the problem might be there at bank side. I am providing the details.

                            Solve this problem and credit the amount as soon as possible.

                              As i have ordered approx 11items from amazon india by we cancelled all the 11 items due to late delivery of the products total price we had spend in amazon is rs 4555.
                              Afterall amazon send us rs 1607 within 10 days of cancellation but they did not yet send the remaining money which is rs 2948
                              We purchased the item and also cancelled those items in the same day

                              Till now i didn't got my remaining money...

                                Few Hours back I withdraw Rs. 5000 and Rs. 2000 two times and at the time of Rs. 2000 notes have with plastic tap. I shocked in Bank ATM like that. So How I can I replace this one

                                    Phonepe credited rs.467.21 on gold selling at 3 march 2018 and told that money will be credited in 72hours but i still did not get money. I have complaint in phonepe but they told me that u have some bank issues and ask your bank. (Txn number: nx[protected]) please check this txn number and solve this issue. My bank account number is [protected].

                                      I went to withdraw money from atm (Pnb MMR grand mall Bulandshahr).. Money is deducted from my account but i didn't received through atm machine.. got the message" transaction timed out."Please help me and please credit amount in my account.. The atm is located at MMR grand mall Bulandshahr.I withdraw 10000 but i didn't received from pnb atm.. and got the message transaction timed out second time i was succesfull in withdrawing . But instead of 10000 Rs.20000 was deducted.My account is with Bank of Baroda and last 4 digits of my account no. are...7764Please credit this amount as soon as possible.. Please credit the amount back

                                        Sir humne bob ki pos machine issue kari tab ye kaha tha ki 1 year tak iska koi charges nahi lagega, fir humne bob ke. Toll free number par baat ki to bataya ki 1 may 2017 se rent chalu ho gaya hai, jab ki branch ne humko koi information nahi di or pos machine 4 nov. Ko jama karwa di. Please isme hamri help kare ki ye charges credit ho sake.
