Dear bob team,

We are facing problem during opening a phone banking (Mconnect) or not recieved netbanking password since 6 months.

I applied for netbanking at the month of oct 2017 but no solution provided by bank of baroda till now.

Due to this i am not able to make a single transaction with my bob account.

My bank of baroda account number is [protected]. Please solve mobile banking issue at on high priority or also provided us netbanking password.

I am not able to found my account when login with my password.

please find a error message.

There is diducted Rs.4142 from my account on 26.03.2018. Customer care told me taht I used my atm many time so they charged me. This is too much charge please refund my money in my account.

    Problem - today i see in bank statement that ' lfcev from 160917 to 150318 ' and deduct my 6213 rs from my account. I called customer care but they system facing problem unable to connect.

    Please tell the bank to refund my amount 6213 rs, how you deduct our amount
    without our permission. Nowadays bank trying to fool us.

    Problem - yesterday when i checked my bank balance i came to know that there was a deduction in my account for the amount of 6213 rs. Under ' lfcev from 160917 to 150318 ' and then checked on internet then that says i have transacted more then 100 time in that duration of time, and i haven't transacted that much time (only 12 times i debited amount from ATM, checked from last 6 months transaction) but i think they are also counting my upi transactions. So please help as i didn't knew any rule like that and there were no notification given to me.
    So please proceed my request.
    Please give me my money back asap

      A hidden extra charge of rs 1575 had deducted on 25/03/2018
      I talk to customer care but he did not talk properly, i am student.
      Bank of baroda comes under reserve bank of india act and every bank comes under rbi act but, i talked to other banks they told there is no such charges and it's bank responsible. If bank of baroda deducted such charges then it might applicable to other bank also but other private bank will also should deduct.

        I am having a current account no. [protected] in the name of sharmila mehta with sector 4, udaipur branch. And i am using net banking also.
        On 23rd march 2018 i have transferred rs. 100000/- (Rs. One lac only) by using imps in another account. After doing transaction message received ‘your last transaction has been timed out’. And rs. 1 lac has been debited from my bank account.
        But beneficiary account is not credited (Fund has not reached the intended party).
        Please look into the matter or reverse the amount in my bank account.

I called customer care and they said that you withdraw money from atm many time. 50 times are free but you used it many times. So from there information that extra one transaction have 15rs +18% gst. But i did not withdraw money more than 50 times. I only used 10-20 times atm withdrawal.
          So please proceed my request.
          So please give me my money back i really need this.

            I have been charged 20426 for upi transactions but digital transactions are free so refund my money. Bank of baroda a. C. No.[protected]. Digital transactions are made free by modi government. No information about upi charges has been told to me by bank of baroda. Now with no information bank of baroda charges me 20426 for doing upi transactions. On dated 26.03.2018 today i received a sms that your ac has been debited with 20426 rs. So kindly take necessary action. As per my information upi transactions are free. As online transactions are free how i charges 20426 without giving no information by bank.

            Yes I also call bank of baroda customer care.I block my atm card as I thought that someone has misused my atm card.when I ask them that what is transactions limit o[censored]pi in bank of baroda.they give me email .I sent detail to this email id

            They do not know.some are saying its free some are saying chargeable.no one in bob does not know about upi transactions.but in their mpay upi section it is free.
            hmm bahut bada loss lag gaya bhai inhe kam se kam ek sms to dena tha ki your no of transaction limit crossed ab agar transaction kiya to wo chargeable honge.
            SMS Alert ke charge bhi to lete hai ye log har quarter mein to phir ye sms kyon nhi dala.

                Today when checked my balance in bank of baroda app i came to know that a balance of 868 rupees has been deducted. I don't know why they have deducted even though i didn't made any transaction today and i don't even get message of this transaction. How can you deduct customers money without any prior notice and not even informing after the deduction also.

                        Sir, i am having saving a/c with union bank of india i tried to withdraw cash from bank of baroda atm at nit 5 branch faridabad sum of rs.10000 at 8.30 in the morning on 1/3/2018 but cash was not dispensed and amount 10000 was debited from my account. On 5/3/2018 claim was filed by union bank which was rejected by bob atm office. I request you to look into the matter and do the needful.

                          On 11jan2018 transaction of rs 3000 was failed against which which i had made complaint but only 1000 rs recived but i m unable to get remaining 2000rs till now against which i had made many complaints but unable to get my rupees refund.                             My sb act no.[protected] with bob ifsc barab0honeyp (Fifth charactor zero) i deposited cheque no.913808 for ₹20000/ on 13/03/18 drwan by dena bank surat city itslf. It was cleared and credited on 20/03/18 (8days) and on the saame day my sip just for ₹ 2000/ returned mechanically. They penalised me charging ₹ 295/ for the default in service provided by them. On my request to waive this charges they have not treated me wel though

                              Rs.20000 deposited in bna machine at santrampur brnach on 23.2.18 but stil it is not credited. Pls do the needful immediately as almost one month has passed.

                                I am a foreigner with an account in baroda bank, sanjay place branch. Agra.
                                I went to deposit cash on the counter at sikandra branch - agra but the teller refused to deposit my money that i go to my branch. He was all along taking deposits from other customers but when it reached mine it was not possible. It's so sad and unprofessional for such a thing to happen. There is no rule against me depositing cash to my account in any branch. So reason for the teller denying be service still eludes me.

                                  However, my account was debited twice but the retail shop account had received the payment only once. I have not got refund yet.

                                    Even after submitting the necessary information about the bank, its ifsc, name of beneficiary and her savings account number, i am unable to activate the link since bob is not sending me a tracker id. Further, there is no provision for a resend tracker id request anywhere on the portal. This compels the customer to delete the previous unactivated entry and start by submitting the information afresh through "register new beneficiary" link.
                                    To add salt to the wound, the bob portal is always eager to show "security error" and takes the customers back to home window of retail netbanking.

                                        I have ordered a product from amazon.in on 11 march, 2018 and cancelled it later on the same date. Refund for this was initiated by amazon immediately but the corresponding amount was not credited to my account. I tried contacting amazon.in several times and they replied to it that payment was processed by them on same date and is pending from bank's side, i even contacted bank for same but they didn't have proper reply and said to wait for more time.
