Dear sir/madam,
I am having current account in the name of m/s mahalaxmi agencies (Wadi nagpur) in bank of baroda. I had installed 5 yrs ago a swipe machine, but during installation i was committed that no rental would be charged if monthly transaction would be above 1 lkhs through swipe machine, but from few month rental is being charged @475+18%gst from october 15th 2017.
We had forwarded the matter many times & a written application on 4-1-2018, but the matter is still not resolved.
Bank of Baroda customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

    mera naam Jambu Amliyar he aur me kal[protected] ko ek SBI CSP Point pe Adhar Based (AEPS) 5000 withdrawal karne gaya tha lekin server issue ki wajah se transaction fail huva or mere account se 5000 Deduct ho gaye, me is bare me complain karne ke liye aaj[protected] ko Jambusar branch pe gaya tha lekin ek brijesh sir karke the unhone meri complain lene se inkar kar diya, aur muje help line pe baat karne ko kaha jab ke help line wale bata rahe he k muje branch me hi complain karni padegi. sir, please help me mera number he.+91 [protected]

        Resp sir/madam
        Bank of baroda conducted interviews for r seti of the posts office assistant and in-house faculty as per their advertisement published. Interviews conducted on 01/01/2017. Near about forty candidates were attempted interviews. After that all candidates were informed orally that result will be declared within four days.
        But no results are yet declared upto 30 jan 2017.
        I am trying to know about results from 5 january 2018 by calling at beach office.
        There i am getting same reply that results will be declared soon in two days...
        Now from last one week i try to call branch office receiver says that... You are selected but officially we will call inform you if we gets permission from head office.
        Receiver says i am selected by our branch but from head office need confirmation.
        Since last one week the answer is same.
        So i am confused what to do..? So please guide me about it.

              I approached bank of baroda, new york branch for opening nro account. The manager bluntly replied that they don't do this work. I have to go to baroda branch where i have got pension account. W en i approached baroda branch, they told me to come to baroda and apply for nro account. How funny it looks.
              What is the job of new york branch?

                I do not require sms alert facility in my sb account, but bank regular charging such charges. Sms given to banker as deact 8508 but no response.
                Bank is debiting such charges even after giving it in writing so many times.

                As i have not having so many transaction with banker and banker regularly debiting such charges. As i do not require such sms facility withmy mobile

                    I complain in bob regarding cdm machine deposit amt. But when i call to customer care than says call from concern number in this condition i very disappointed because amt deposited by me complain note by me and this loan amt deposited by me than why you say call from concern person i not require any a/c details only i says complain status amt deposited or not.

                      Subject - cheque clear after stop cheque using m connect

                      I refer to captioned subject, i am operating staff saving account in the bkc branch 290401/7281. I have given standing instruction using m connect to stop the cheque no 000061 dated 01/01/2018 amounting rs 20000 on 04.01.2018.

                      But then also while presenting of cheque, it has been cleared. Kindly look into the matter and resolve the issue and revert back the amount debited after clearance of cheque.

                              ब्राँच में जाने से ब्रांच मैनेजर बोल रहे है की जहा से डलवाये हो वही जाकर कम्प्लेन करो और वहां के मैनेजर बोल रहे है की यहाँ से हम कुछ नही कर सकते है

Error was being displayed your mobile no is not registeted but my mobile is already registered and i am using mobile appln on same mobile no. I tried to contact your call centre for the same at 9 am on 07.01.18 but they have disconnected the call stating caller is not responding. Kindly help me to register for bob rewardz.                                   As per your agreement with you there was no rental charge for this pos machine. So you cannot debit any rental charge for it by your unilateral decision. (That too retrospective from may17, as per your sms.)
                                  Please donot deduct any amount from my a/c regarding this matter.
                                  Please act urgently and take back my machine.

                                  bank of baroda is very big cheater bank. they give leaflet that there will be no charges and no rental on pos machine. many business opened account and took pos machine.
                                  Now bank started deducting pos rental with back date without informing merchants who took pos machine.
                                  Bank of baroda is worse bank and big cheater.

                                    Sir, today i visited bank near about 3o'clock for getting my passbook update. The moment i inserted my passbook in the machine it didn't work nd showed an error which neither updated my passbook rather it came out of the machine. I asked the poen of the bank he came to help me nd start to resolve my problem. Suddenly the gaurd of the bank came and started screaming at me saying that because of you the machine isn't working and start to insult me publically. He is a ill-mannered guy who don't know how to deal with the costumers. I very disappointed with the way i was treated by him. To increase the business of bank i made more than 100 people the costumer of bank on my introduction. By today's incident i am very hurted and even i never expected that any person of the bank will behave in such manner to me. I hope you will read my complaint and take necessary steps against him so that it won't repeat in future again with any bank costumer.

                                        Mr. Aswani kumar and mr. R. K. Khattar sr. Br. Manger (Both are working in bank of baroda tilak nagar new delhi 18 branch) is not interested for making of work of other non home branch of same bank.
                                        On 11.01.2018 i was go to tilak nagar branch for making of rtgs from my a/c to rana motors but they both are not interested to make of rtgs. He told me that the non home branch is not eligible for making of this facility.in this regard we have face very difficulty and then i was go to my home branch and take a facility of rtgs.
