Dear sir,

Subject - cheque clear after stop cheque using m connect

I refer to captioned subject, i am operating staff saving account in the bkc branch 290401/7281. I have given standing instruction using m connect to stop the cheque no 000061 dated 01/01/2018 amounting rs 20000 on 04.01.2018.

But then also while presenting of cheque, it has been cleared. Kindly look into the matter and resolve...

Sir, today i visited bank near about 3o'clock for getting my passbook update. The moment i inserted my passbook in the machine it didn't work nd showed an error which neither updated my passbook rather it came out of the machine. I asked the poen of the bank he came to help me nd start to resolve my problem. On 11.01.2018 i was go to tilak nagar branch for making of rtgs from my a/c to rana motors but they both are not interested to make of rtgs. He told me that the non home branch is not eligible for making of this facility.in this regard...

Amazone are my refund is successfully transfer. But my refund have been not credit in my account. Above show my refund ref. No.. So plzzz resolved my problem nd informed me my complain status....

Did not receive an amount of rs 6000 after i tried many times but the amount was still debited... Time of transaction around 8:52 pm... At branch santoshi nagar raipur atm... I tried to get the amount for 2 to 3 times and received slips that "transaction declined unable to dispense" so i left the atm... After some time i received the message that my account has been debited with rs 6000... So i rushed back to the atm picked up the atm slips...

I withdrew rs. 5000 from through my visa debit card no. [protected] o[censored]bi on 05/01/2018 at 9.25 p. M. Bob atm shivani complex, 6 no. Bus stop bhopal. I got the message about that transaction. Which is right.
But on 9.28 p. M. I got again rs. 5000 debited message on mobile and amount deducted from account no. [protected] union bank of india again.
I did only one transaction of rs. 5000 and amount deducted rs. 10000...
