Bank of Baroda customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
Redbus refunded me with 383₹ with ARN NO: 74056637289728701365129 but it is still not credited in my account. Kindly revert back.
I transacted an amount from Bank of Baroda ATM, it was showing transaction is successful, and after some time it got switched off. I was unable to receive cash. Please resolve the issue at the earliest.

      On dt.13/10/2017 i made online payment of rs. 437 for pharmeasy medicine and my transaction got failed so i made payment again & it was done successfully but unfortunately 874/- rs. Got debited from my account instead of rs. 437. I called bank of baroda customer care so many times, even i complaint through my branch sola road, ahmedabad but i haven't got my refund yet.
      So i request you to please refund money of rs. 437/- for failed transaction.

      As i see you used your debit card online for this transaction, if you used your debit card for online transaction and if it is failed for any reason, then it will take 46-50 days to resolved after lodge a complain from the date of CB raised but you have to check form Customer care to the complaint must be right one because of multiple transaction. some time they make mistake . The TAT is 46-50 days which was a maximum time in between the TAT the Complain will resolved if your Complaint not resolved after TAT was over then they will take another complain which is for 48 hours.

        Dear sir or madam

        I have tried to contact the above branches, i am trying to receive a clear and concise answer as to what is required to claim the monies, my uncles died and has left a will in his sisters name who is my mother.

        I have various proof of identification, please advise me of the procedure for claiming the monies back from accounts in ashram road ahmedabad branch and bank of baroda gandinagar branch.

        The above branches are not responding to me, i am based in the uk and it is difficult for me to go to the branches.

        Branches within the uk have asked me to contact the indian branches directly.
        Please can advise me.

          R/sir,
          My saving acc. No. [protected] is in bank of baroda ratan cinema road kashipur. I have deposited my cheque no.000001 (Amount ₹ 6, 08, 000/-) on date 09/10/2017 in sbi rpl site jamnagar but bob unpaid my cheque twice without prior contacting me while my mobile no. Is already registered in my account. Also i have been trying continuously to contact to bob by my mobile since 09/10/2017 regarding prior information of my cheque but no one picks up my phone. I also tried to contact by mail after unpaid my cheque but no response from the bob. Due to dishonoring my cheque twice, sbi has detected my ₹ 590/- (@₹ 295/- each time). Due to such behaviour from bob i have been suffering very much. I want to make fd in sbi from this amount. Due to this i have loss in interest also. Please get clear my cheque, get refund my amount ₹ 590/- and get compensate my loss for fd interest by bob ratan cinema road kashipur. I am attaching the supporting documents — as massage from bob after unpaid my cheque and amount deduction sms from sbi regarding cheque dishonoring from bob.

            दिनांक 17/10/2017 को मैने मेरा ईन्स्टोलमेन्ट ओनलाईन कर दिया था फिरभी मेरे एकाउन्ट से 295/- रुपये देबिट किया है जबकि ओनलाईन पेमेन्ट और ECS पेमेन्ट एक ही एकाउन्ट से कटता है फिरभी बाउन्स चाजँ मेरे एकाउन्ट से काटा गया है
            तो मेरी आपसे नम्र निवेदन है की मेरे एकाउन्ट से काटा गया चार्ज मेरे एकाउन्ट मे रिफन्ड किया जाय.

            और आपका उधना शाखा के कर्मचारी गण कोई भी कस्टमर को सीधे जवाब नहीं देते है

              Respected sir,

              This is to bring to your kind notice that your bank of baroda kurla, has lost my cheque which was deposited on 11th, oct, 2017. As per the staff of the bank they said that the cheque was rejected due to incorrect amount. But as per rbi i should get my cheque return which i have not yet got. And the bank staff have no idea where my cheque is. I even spoke to the bank manager who disconnected my call while speaking to him.
              Could u please let me know how many days it does take to get back a cheque.

              It is bank of maharashtra cheque salary cheque of 16000 and above given by my company. Gangar eye nation.

              I'm fed up of visiting the bank for a many days and still no answer from your staff.

              Kindly return my cheque back to me or debit me the amount in my bank of baroda account.

              I have been patient enough for so many days.

              My humble request to give me solution for this at your earliest or i will be forced to go to the consumer court.

                Bank of baroda new account no. [protected]
                I had opened a new bank account in bank of baroda of byculla branch in mumbai on 12 september 2017
                I got the cheque book by courier.
                When i went to bank 17 october, bank employee was telling that my account has not activated now.
                I request them to activate my account soon, bank employee is telling me that we cannot give perfect answer when it will activate, and he started to talk excuse me about back office shifting and all.
                I had talked to branch head's and i told him all the matter about the account. The branch head taken my account no. But till today it has not been activated.
                I request him to activate my account till 23 january.
                So i request the consumer forum team to take activate my account as soon as possible.

                  Dear sir, i shamsher singh dhaka having ppf a/c no. 3213ppf/83 with bank of baroda, najafgarh, delhi, went to bank to deposit cash rs. 30 thousand but cashier rejected 28 notes of 500 denomination amounting 14k due to hus egostic atitude without any valid reason. When i requsted the bank manager for help, he told me that cashier is the full authority, i cannot intervene in cash matter. After my meet with mananger cashier lost his control got hyper and started abusing me that person like u are my watchman dog, i am supreme here, nobody can innitiate any action against me here. A vedio which is recorded with his consent only reflect here his attitude & as reference of his whole misbehaviour.in case any further clarification or authentication of above facts i am ready to present before you.

                        On 26/09/2017, bank had effected 8 credit entries in my savings a/c.in respect of interest accrued on multiple term deposits. Like earlier times, references of fixed deposit receipts not provided this time against each credit entries. I apprehend receipt of lesser interest amount than that of actually receivable for july to september 2017 quarter. Branch officials of bank of baroda, b. T. Branch, unable to resolve solution.

                          I gave application 2 month ago to open bank account in bkc branch my account is open but i can’t do any transactions. When i ask to bank they say that you account is freeze we want 2 day for unfreezes it. But still it’s not unfreeze. Even i had not do any transactions in account and from the opening account still my account is freeze

                            Tried to take out 5000 from the account, but despensed only 100 Rs. Account balance still shows 4900 amount less. I used Kotak Mahindra ATM machine in Erandwane Pune on 11/10/2017 at 12:48 pm.
                            Even after 24 hours, amount difference is not credited to my account.
                            Want the difference ASAP.

                            i want to tell you, if you done any transaction by UPI application and transaction was failed amount got debited from your account if it is a fund transfer then the amount will be refunded in 7 working days if the amount not credited after 7 working days then you have to send a mail to upi.[protected]@bankofbaroda.co.in if your email id is registered in your bank account if not then contact your base branch and give a written complain.

                              My grandfather, my father and me we hold account in your bank
                              Today as of date 17/10/17 i went to your branch as i require loan to start a dairy farm at my farm in katela village.
                              The manager at the bank informed me that bob natwar chowk cannot provide loan for the dairy farm as it comes in agricultural sector but when i checked the net it states that bob is dealing woth agricultural loans so i request you sir please provide me necessary guidelines for the same and please i request bob to stop mis guiding its customers

                                This behavior is totally unconditional with the customer if they call any information about the loan and etc... The manager used to avoid the customer and using bad language with the poor people and avoid to guidance to a poor people. They like to be become hell to the people and people always to be a poor by this behavior...

                                  Is debited from my account cash handling charges. It is wrong and unauthorized as per and bob, head office baroda letter no. Bob/anand/adv/55 dated 24 feb 14 issue to 15 jun 15 as per above letter waiver of cash handling charges

                                  But our branch in bhuj about 1.7.2017 to still deducted cash handling charge per bundle 10 rs from our account it is very sad to us
                                  Your branch take cash handling charges 10 rs per bundle to is too much and violence of rbi guide lines and agreement with gcmmf ltd.

                                    This money is initiated from amazon on 6 oct 2017. They ask me this money is credit in your account in 3-4 working days but still i am waiting the money regarding this issue i have already contact to your customer services they ask me wait 24 48 hours but their is no response from your side
                                    After that i will contact to amazon customer services they provide me return reference number an as me contact to bank

                                    I submitted ipo yeasterday. Then suddenly withdrawn it as i didnt want to it
                                    but my amount is still blocked and there is sms in ipo service that your aaplicaion withrawn
                                    My payment was deducted on my account 5 time (6074.67) total 30373.67 why plz refund my amount on my account

                                      My problem is amazon refund my balance 681.95 rs but this amount is not come in my account.
                                      I don't have get refund for amazon.in order[protected] till now.
                                      Amazon customer service told me refund for amount 681.95 has been successfully processed on 09-oct-17, but still i hv not get my refund amount.

                                        On 6th october 2017, i attempted to deposit ₹ 50, 000/- (100 x ₹500) into my account at the cdm attached to the panjim branch. As it was a card linked deposit i used my bob debit card, verified the account no, name and the hopper opened to insert the cash. On inserting the notes and choosing "continue"option the machine began counting the notes and abruptly stopped.. Flashing a hardware error on screen
                                        I have registered a complaint at the attached branch immediately and the same is recorded. Follow up since past few days only gives me response that it will take 7 working days. Today is 10 calendar days and i do not have the credit as yet.
