My account at bank of baroda ramnagar branch, coimbatore, [protected], is registered with mobile no. [protected]. When i make an online transaction or trying to register a account for neft transaction i am not receiving otp on my mobile no. I have tried talking to customer service and at the branch and they advised me to write this complaint.

We have been banking with bob since 1992 and expect a quick solution to this.
Please do the needful

    I tried to pay bill to Bajaj finance emi (rs 3350)through bank of Baroda internet banking when I enter transaction password it shows application security error, but money is debited from my account.But bill not paid.transaction date 2/11/2017.I also attaching screen shot.when I call to customer care executive, he said money will be refund with in 24 hrs.But not received yet.
    Bank of Baroda customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
    We have 5 accounts in visnagar main branch,
    our issues : manager is talking us with very rudely behavior that we never tolerate, now please change the manager of visnagar branch otherwise we close all accounts witch is in visnagar main branch.

      I have paid electricity bill of rs 1534/- through internet banking at rajasthan government e portal rajasthan.gov.in but transaction failed but amaunt debited from my account on dated 25.10.2017 at 10.09 p. M
      When i talked with your customer care representative by calling, he says amount would be returned within 4 days.
      I am sorry to say that amount of rs 1534/- has not been returned yet.
      Please look in to the matter and return amount.

        On 3rd nov 2017, i got four massage about debite of amount rs.5000/-, 4999/-, 4997/-, 2000/- which is not used by me, at that time i am at home and also not using mobile banking or online banking.           I, tripti purwar, submitted application to transfer saving account numbered[protected] from hazartganj, luknow to basantlok, delhi branch on 19th aug, 2017 at basantlok, delhi branch. My application was faxed to lucknow branch on 20thseptember, 2017.

          I submitted grievance on 12th october, 2017 on bank of baroda website and sent mail to hazaratganj email id.

          I got reply on 13th october, 2017 from [protected]@bankofbaroda.com directing me to send scanned letter to hazara branch for doing the needful.

          I sent scanned copy to [protected]@bankofbaroda.com on 16th october, 2017. I got reply on 24th october, 2017 to send application to lucknow branch through base branch. I dont know what is base branch and what is email id of base branch. Please send me email id of base branch so that i can send the application, though i have already submitted applicaion at lucknow and delhi branch. Our esteemed prime minister intends to make digital india and digital economy but my bank teansfer application has been pending for aprox two and half months.

            I have applied for bajpayee yojna subsidy loan and jilla panchayat has passed loan. And then we asked the bank manager for do the next step but now they are not giving response. And also they came to my house to see, even they took photos of my house. Then they said that they will give response in 2 days. And then we went after 2 days then they said that we want the turnover to see they know that we are taking loan to start the bussiness then how could we show them the turnover. Bank manager is just giving some excuse to not give us loan, i dont know why he is doing like this. Since we are having 4 accounts in bob from last 15 to 20 years and our name has not came in any fault or not in anything, our check has never bounced. And we have not take any loan before this. From last 1 month they are doing like this. Please see over it.

                Despite my visit to gurgaon branch and despite my emails and despite my multiple calls my issues are not resolved,

                What a poor service, bank of baroda gurgaon should be ashamed,

                It si so inhuman and shameful that despite my walking disability... Shameless bank of baroda executives has not paid and heed to my request in closing my request.

                1. Have you requested new transaction password for my ac ending 825 as old password is not working,

                    From many times i am facing problems with bank of baroda. Two days back deposited 12500 through machine and got error message in receipt and yet not transferred in my account. Today deposited 9000 in afternoon yet not showing in my account. Now these money i have deposited as i have applied for two ipos now if money is not there in my account then what to do?
                    Many times when i am in need of money atms are not in working condition. Always facing connectivity problems.
                    I asked for two years bank account details and they charged 826 for 7 pages without informing. I was not at all informed by the front person working on that table.
                    Now i feel should i go for another bank???

                      Dear sir, i, vinay chauhan, has deposited rs 2000 inr in the cash deposit machine of the bank of baroda narhi branch, lucknow, u. P. Pin-226001 on 21st of october, 2017, 12:06:13 hrs, the machine showed the processing, but after a while, it showed machine error, and so the deposited cash was not received in my account. I submitted a hand written application to the branch manager on the 24th of october, 2017 atttaching the receipt of the transaction received by me after the error, also contacted the customer care helpline regarding this issue, the customer care assured me of 7 days resolution time, but, till date, i have not received my money in my account.                           I am np thakur from muzaffarpur, bihar. My daughter name is priya thakur. I have taken education loan for her in january 2011 from ram bagh branch, muzaffarpur. At the time of taking loan, i was told that, during education period simple interest will be charged. One percent additional rebet for girls students and one percent rebet for payment of interest monthly basis. I have fulfilled all the criterias. But i didn't get the rebets for above conditions. Every time i contacted to concern branch manager. They gave only assurance and didn't take the matter seriously.in the month of june, the new branch manager has taken over charge, he gave me same assurance whenever i met or contacted him. Around 7000 rupees has to be paid to clear my loan amount. And the manager told me from rebet, the total amount i will get is more than 12000 rupees. I stopped payment as per his instructions. From last five months i am visiting the bank, but not getting any action regarding my complain. Kindly look to this situation else i have no option else consumer court.

                              I have booked a ticket and paid using my debit card, the payment gateway was patmag. Then i cancelled the ticket and its showing refunded but i have not got the money till now. Please have a look below for further info.

                                On 21.09.2017 i cancilled an order on amazon of rs 14999. Refund of that order is not credited yet in my account.

                                Recently my father died... And he was a pensioner so 1 month extra pension is being credited into his bob Tiloi branch account. It's being around 1 month, the bank received a legal procedure to make dd and send to Treasurey. But uptill date the work is under process. Is this how system of bank works.

                                  I was deposited 2000 rupees through ATM .                                       I have retired from w. Rly on 31/05/2017. I have submitted my ppo [protected] in june. The bob also received original ppo from w. Rly
                                      In july 2017. I had opened pension account no[protected] in feb.2017.
                                      After doing all formalities as required by bank my pension is not received.
                                      I have made online complaint on 26092017. Tracker id 267544. As i did get my pension i made another complaint with tracker id 275136 on 23/10/2017.

                                      Since august i am chasing bob by meeting branch manager. It is very unfortunate that till date i have not got my pension.

                                        Dear sir,

                                        I'm writing this complaint after getting frustrated with the bad customer support service and the bank service. As only in the bank of baroda, if you want to update the registered mobile number, one should need to visit the bank. I have done the same things, waited about 3 hours in the queue and submitted the forum with the updated number. As per there information it should be updated after 1 week, but its 1 months i'm not able to get any message on my updated number. While calling to customer support executives, every executive use to speak a new story and with a new solution. Someone says there is technical issue which will take about 1 week to solve, someone says you have visit the bank again, and someone says you have to message your last 4 digit of account number on "[protected]" this number, i have attached the screenshot of the messages. I have done everything as per there instructions. But today on 27/10/2017, friday. I called the customer support executive her name was "swapna", she told me you have visit the bank again and submit the forum. Like how bad services you are going to provide to your customers.in this 2017, people don't have much time to go and update number. But i visited twice but still there is no result of improvement. I hope my words are clear in the above letter.
