Hi team,
I have been a customer of bank of baroda bank for more than 10 years. On 14th of august 2017 i have done a transaction through my debit card no 40298602xxxxx7580. Acc no : xxxxxxxxx1876. Time around : 17:10:25 ist. Location : bank of baroda atm (Nagerbazar kolkata.) of 1500inr but however due to some reason the transaction was decline in that atm and i have not received any cash as the transaction was decline giving us an error code : 072 *unable to process. So what exactly had happen is my bank account was debited with 1500inr. Now i have contacted 100 times to the customer services executive to refund the money back to my bank account by i haven't got any successful response from them. They even refused to take my complaint. I have to spend amnhours and hours with them on the phone to get this sorted but i havenot got any resolution for the same. I want to get this matter sorted out asap or i have take furthure action for the same.

    Dear sir/madam,

    On date 24/08/2017 i had attempted a transaction of rs 10, 000/- from bank of baroda (Indraprast bldj nr inox) with my kotak bank debit card but due to some technical issues i could not received the said amount. But from kotak bank i received transaction successful alert from even though i haven't received any amount on my hand.
    I have already registered my complaint on same date to on customer care person. But till date i haven't received any amount nor any kind of follow up from your side or from local branch.

    So please look after this matter seriously and do the needful as soon as possible.

    And I don't received payment by Balita ATM machine and it shows withdrawal in my account, please solve this problem and kindly return my payment soon as possible...

        My order id on paytm-[protected] was automatically cancelled on 16th august. And paytm refunded 15rs in my paytm wallet and 26, 972 rs in my bank account. Its been 16 days but bank has nt credited money in my account. I talked to customer care twice but they are just asking me to wait. Refund reference num from paytm-74766517228732359759285. I got no other option but to complaint against them on consumer. Please help

            मेरा खाता नम्बर [protected] हैं। दिनांक 2 जून 2017को मेरे खाते से 10000 रुपये आहरण हुए है। 5 जून को नजदीक की शाखा जहाँ मेरा खाता हैं। प्रार्थना पत्र देने परभी कोई सकारात्मक परिणाम नहीं मिले और उल्टा प्रबंधक महोदय मुझ पर ही आरोप लगाया कि आपने किसी को चेक या ATM द्वारा आहरण करवाया होगा ।मेरे बार बार आग्रह पर भी कोई संतोषजनक जवाब नहीं दिया।और बार बार 10 दिन बाद आना हो जाएगा, 8 दिन बाद आना कर देंगे आपके कस्टमर केयर सेंटर पर भी बात करने पर कोई संतोषजनक जवाब नहीं मिला ओर मेरी शिकायत दर्ज नही की ।वह मेरी शिकायत को गंभीरता से नही लिया ।आपके किसी मध्य प्रदेश राज्य की शेख के बैंक कर्मी की गलती की वजह ।
            से गलत आधार लिंक करने से ऐसा हुआ है। मुझे मात्रा इतनी जानकारी दी गई। लेकिन मेरी राशि जो गयी हैं। उसे वापस दिलाने का कोई प्रयास नही किये क्यो। मेरे जैसे पढ़े लिखे व्यक्ति के साथ आपके कर्मचारी इस प्रकार पेश आते हैं। तो अनपढ़ लोगों से इनका रवैया कैसा होगा आप स्वंय ही इसका अंदाजा लगा सकते हो मुझे बार बार चक्कर लगवाये जा रहे । और में मानसिक रूप से प्रताड़ित ओर गुनाहगार जैसा प्रतीत हो रहा है। कि कही आपकी शाखा से जुड़ने का खामियाजा तो नही भुगत रहा हु । या मैने कोई गलती तो नही की ।में 1 साधारण व्यक्ति हु। जो मुश्कील से 6000 रुपये कमाता हु। कृपया कर मेरी राशि प्रदान करने का श्रम करावे।

              On 6 august i pay my with my debit card for amazone prime membership and ammount 499 deducted from my account but technical issue prime membership not activate.
              Amazone initiate my refund on 07th august 2017 but in my account refund was not credited when i call in amazon he told that he credited in my account amount is 499. The refund reference number for that transaction is {743327472202721942502746 refund transaction id is 150018 }. Then i call bank of baroda customer care he told that visit to the branch i cant do anything from here and when i visit branch he also told that i also cant do anything from here you have to contact to bank of baroda customer care and amazon customer care

                Hello this is aarti patil, my account with chachai branch bank of baroda,
                Account no *8684, my account balance details share by unknown fraud lady.
                She used to visit to bank of baroda jaripatka branch nagpur maharastra
                Or may be she called and taken my bank account balance and transaction details
                And bank shared my all details with this lady.
                Do needful, take action against it.

                      I have been facing an issue with my bank of baroda account for a very long time. I have visited the branch 2 to 3 times regarding updating my contact details but every time they send me home saying that it has been updated but i when all my online transactions fail because of no contact details related to my account.
                      The branch of bob i visit in abulane, meerut have extremely slow internet speeds and clueless employees.

                          Dear sir, earlier i had a current account on your bank chhindwara branch. Named called rahul royal motors. I also use the swap machine of the same bank but it has been 3 months i had close my current account and given the application for submitted the application for handover the swap machine and release the fd amount. I applied 3 month back on [protected]@bobcard.in.
                          And i also called on the number which i got from chhindwara branch [protected]. But no body is giving me the proper response. This is the worst and pathetic service i have ever faced from any bank. Kindly take some action and resolve the issue.

                            I was shopping from amazon but product was defective so i return this item and i request for refund from amazon.                                 Without prior notice to me rs. 200021.00 had been debited from my account.
                                Sanction letter of education loan had not been given to me
                                Not intimated me about how many emi and from when it will be deducted. Interest is regularly deducted from my ac up to 3/2015 and again it is started from 4/2017. Bank is insist me to meet personally which is not possible

                                      I the widow of late shri shrinathsingh kusava receiving my family pension under account no.[protected]. Bank of baroda bedipara branch rajkot. Gujarat. Now the bank has blocked the account with plea that the name in bank account does not match with the name in pan card and insist to make correction in pan card. Due to this an amount about rs.15 lakh has been blocked and also the family pension being credited to this account. Sir, i humbly mention that my husband died on 03/04/2014 and so no correction in the pan card is possible. I am his widow having joint above pension account, and legally entitled to get the amount lying in this account. As no correction in pan card is possible of dead person, i request your honor for kind intervention and resolve my problem and derect the bank to release the amount.

                                        I made a purchase from amazon.in on 11 august 2017 of ₹23159. I was supposed to get a refund of ₹23159 from amazon.in on 16 august 2017 but not received. I contacted amazon and they said refund is processed from their side and ask me to file a charge dispute. I want to file a charge dispute so that bank can credit my amount in my account.                                         मैंने अपनी बच्ची तान्या गुप्ता के नाम से आज से दस पहले बैंक ऑफ़ बरोदा शक्करपुर ब्रांच में एफडीआर न ०३/२४८३६ कराई थी जो कि १६ अगस्त २०१७ को समाप्त हो गयी उसकी पेमेंट के लिए रोज बैंक के चक्कर लगा रहा हूँ, परन्तु पेमेंट नहीं हो रही है वह कहते हैं सर्वर डाउन है दिन मै दो दो चक्कर रोज लगा रहा हूँ पर मेरा पैसा मुझे नहीं मिल रहा हैं

                                        मैंने अपनी बच्ची तान्या गुप्ता के नाम से आज से दस पहले बैंक ऑफ़ बरोदा शक्करपुर ब्रांच में एफडीआर न ०३/२४८३६ कराई थी जो कि १६ अगस्त २०१७ को समाप्त हो गयी उसकी पेमेंट के लिए रोज बैंक के चक्कर लगा रहा हूँ, परन्तु पेमेंट नहीं हो रही है वह कहते हैं सर्वर डाउन है दिन मै दो दो चक्कर रोज लगा रहा हूँ पर मेरा पैसा मुझे नहीं मिल रहा हैं
