I am not able to access my internet banking account since last 10 days. I have approached bank and online customer care but nobody has responded and still i am not able to use net banking. My contact number is [protected]. Customer care executives are repeated asking to wait for 30 min 3 times, 48 hrs 2 times but inspite of waiting this much time, outcome is zero.
Bank of Baroda customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
I had done a withdrawal of 1500 from a corporation Bank ATM on 4th April but that much amount had been deducted from my account and I didn't get it. I am providing u the screenshot of mini statement of last 5 transactions.please look into this problem and solve it as soon as possible.

    Compliant against poor services of BOB, Branch, Heera Path Mansarovar, Jaipur (Rajasthan)

    I am a one account holder of Bank of Baroda, Heera Path, Mansarovar, Jaipur Rajasthan and my account is SB A/c No. [protected]. My grievance is as under-
    1. I produce one cheque on 29.4.2017 in your BOB, Heera Path Mansarovar, Jaipur.

    2. I inadvertently wrote the date on the cheque is 29.4.2016 instead of 29.4.2017.

    3. After lapse of six days, no response is received from the Bank side regarding the above cheque. if I wrote wrong date mention on the cheque. After 2 days ago I contacted the above Branch official Shri Meena and inquired the aforesaid cheque. But concerned person said that cheque is not returned back. Today i.e. 5.5.17, again I have inquired the same to the same person. He said that cheque is not returned. After that I approached to the Branch Manager. Branch Manager told him after 20 minutes Branch Manager 'Telephoned' cheque had been received.
    4. I told to BM when I wrote my telephone number on the back side on the cheque, why are you called me. He has not given a reply satisfactory.
    5. It appears that concerned branch has not been done their duty properly and I am not satisfied the services of the Bank.

        Dear sir,
        Hence we received the swiping mission on februavary 2nd 2017. They are told me us account is opened and we received also cheque book and also debit card. From the date onwards we do the transctions threw swiping mission 23159.00. After they told me us account is not opened. From today onwards the amount is not credited in our account. We informed the rajahmundry bank of baroda thew are not solving the issue. Please solve the problem and clear the balance in our account.

        I have Swipe with my card Account no.[protected] in Big Bazaar of Amount:INR 539.00 and TXN FAILED Sale Declined.But the amount was debited from my account.So I request it for a reversal.Please be concern on this Issue.

          I have the same complain as above.I had made an online transfer of Rs.5209 on 17.10.2016 which was failed and paytm added the same in my paytm wallet on 9.11.2016 and i had click on the option transfered to bank instantly amount has been debited from my wallet but not credited in my bank account. When i contacted the merchandise they said - they already possessed the refund on 9.11.2016 and it will take around 7-10 days for your bank to process it and it to show in your account. Since then i am waiting but I have not got nothing. When I contacted my merchant side again they forward a mail of refund and ask me to contact my bank
          BOB customer service is not giving satisfying answers nor they are capable to handle my this query

          My deducted amount 5209 had not refunded which was deducted on 9.11.2016 email send by paytm ..they had refunded the amount but bank is not giving proper reply such as when and how balance will be refunded Paytm Care ([email protected]) 7:15 PM (17 hours ago) to me Dear Anas, Greetings from Paytm! Thank you for contacting us and apologies for the inconvenience caused. We regret that the refund has not been credited to your account. Trust, Paytm has refunded INR 5209.0 to your bank under order 2136338777 and your bank has shared a reference number 30001063156291195285383 as a proof of successful refund with us. We would request you to kindly get in touch with your bank “Phone Banking Customer Care Team” to further validate for refund authentication by providing above mentioned reference number. Banks may take up to 7-14 working days to reflect the money in your account. In case of PSU’s and Rupay Cards, the TAT is 7-21 working days. If the amount not received within this period, then you can share the bank statement in PDF format from the date of transaction to till date.

            I had Facing Problem with Bank of Baroda Team for Reimburse my Money for Failed online Transaction, i had complain before 3 months but still my money is not return to me. i had follow up lots of time (Call, Mailed, Complain, Talk with Kandivali West Brand Chief Manager) for the same, but they are not supporting me, i had Mailed Lost of People for the same, i had mailed to RBI, Customer Service Category, Branch Office, Debit Card Department, Mumbai Head, BOB Vadodra Team, All Are knows about my issues, but they are not taking my issues as priority, and the big bad thing is Kandivali west branch manager is taking in so badly, they said "1512.75 rs. is not big amount then why you're creating big issues & etc." CS Kindly Help to Resolve my issue, no one is responding on my mail, if possible then i will surely share my mail conversation to you of my Gmail.

              I've done a transaction of rupees 12000 in date - 20th april 2017 wd swipe machine.                 I have been changing my sister's atm pin at bob atm ballia (U. P) the atm security gaurd came and cancelled my transaction without telling anything. He was an old man and he was very very characterless don't know how to speak. He cancelled my transaction and when i said i will complain to the branch he said do whatever you can do and laughed. The branch manager too didn't entertain my complain. Seriously very very dissappointed with bob.

                      I hold a savings account for my daughter Aneri Chokshi (minor) which is operated by me Parth Chokshi (father & guardian) with Bank of Baroda, Satellite Road Branch in Ahmedabad, India. The Savings a/c no being [protected]. There was an unauthorised/unkown transaction being carried out in this savings account of ours on 2nd February 2017 and a sum of Rs. 14, 508.00 was debited from our account.
                      We had immediately given a written complaint to the concerned branch of Bank of Baroda to investigate this matter and re-credit this amount in to our account on 03rd February 2017. As there was no reply or no credit of this money into the mentioned account; I again emailed a complaint to the branch manger of the concerned branch.

                      Now, till date Bank of Baroda has not replied to me and not re-credited the mentioned money in to my account.
                      So I hereby seek your assistance in getting this matter solved and getting the money back into our savings account. If BOB is not supportive then I am willing to take legal action against the bank; if required.

                      Dear Sir,

                      I have an unauthorized transaction in one of my savings account with Bank of Baroda; Satellite Branch; Ahmedabad.
                      A sum of Rs. 14, 508/- was debited from my account on 02/02/2017 and I gave a written complaint to the branch for the same on 03/02/2017.
                      The matter did not get resolved until 6th March 2017 so I wrote an email to the branch manager on 06/03/2017.
                      As on today, the matter is still not resolved and Bank of Baroda has taken no further action to solve this matter and re-credit the amount into our account.
                      Please assist in solving this matter or else I plan to take legal action against BOB for the same.

                                    This is related to the information i required related to PPF withdrawal before maturity.

                                    For this, I had called the customer care support on 26/04/2017 at 10.57am where i was given the feedback that the terms and conditions of the withdrawal of PPF depends on the home branch and that they cannot provide any information related to this. When I asked her - how can the terms and conditions depend upon home branch, it is actually decided by RBI, upon this, she said that she has no information and then said to hold the line and she will inquire and let me know. I disconnected the line.

                                    But how can customer care people give such answers. They can always say that they are not aware of the problem asked by the customer and can ask their seniors and get back to the customers.

                                    This is very disgusting and frustrating.

Despite having sufficient Balance in my account the Cheque has been Returned Stating that there was Insufficient Funds in my account.

                                      This incident had been taken place on 21-04-17, yet I have not received any revert from Bank of Baroda nor my problem has been solved. I am very disappointed by the sub-standard service that I have received by Bank of Baroda.

                                      Due to bank mistake I have lost my Credit in front of the Party to whom I have issued the Cheque. I want the Outward Charges credited to my account back i. e. Rs. 288/- as well as my party to whom I have issued the cheque as its not my mistake. If my query would not be resolved at the earliest, I will send this query to higher level.

                                        I withdraw cash of Rs.6000/- from BOB ATM using my BOB debit card NO. [protected] on 18th April 2017, the transaction was completed but I didn't receive the cash and Rs. 6000/- was debited from my account and the machine was not also dispensing the slip. I tried again and the same was repeated again and 6000/- was again debited from my account. I contacted at the customer care number and the customer executive assured me the amount will be reversed to your account within 24 hours. Only Rs. 6000/- was reversed back to my saving account but an amount of Rs.6000/- is still to be reversed back to my account.
                                        I request you please reverse back Rs.6000/- to my SB account. My registered Mob. No. is [protected].
