My name is goldy raja.my account no.is[protected].i pay 7100/- to amazon at.25 march 2017.but amazon refund my amount at 27 march 2017 with reference no.4904335398976337903052 authorization code is 144859.but its not credit in my account.please tell me why its not credit in my account.my bank of baroda.i complaint two times at customer service but not solved...

Please look into this matter i am customer of your bank. Bank of baroda pothook branch. I am suffering from your service in branch that you are giving to me. I am not getting my debit card for which i am running from past 3 month consignment is to delivered from blue dart with.
And your branch employee are so bad in nature they soo rud with customer they are not know how to talk with customer

Sir my name is ravi pandey and when i make payment in upbed entrance form registration no is[protected] and when making payment through debit card then payment is successfully done but after that i again open the check fee status then your portal again show the option to make a payment but it is already deducted from my account. It is not done in my registration.
O please solve the problem.

Amazon refunded the amount of 5500 rs on 26th of march with authorization code 111549 and reference number 4897295491486419904061 but till now I didn't got amount into my account.
When I call customer care they are saying that amount is credited into ur account.
But it is not reflected in my account.
Useless customer care saying it will take 45 days to gets amount in my bank.

My complaint is pending from 17th March, 2017 and till date with the Forum and in Bank of Baroda, Wadala Branch from 6th December, 2016 and i am not received any feedback on any type of action that both have taken.

This process seems to be a non-ending process with no progress, which is giving me lot of mental strain and stress. It seems that my complaint/issue/problem is not been seriously taken up by any of the officials....

Sir, Myself Santosh Kumar and my account is Vicky travels (current account) me want to statement from bank but the bank not give me statement. reason of bank is that no internet this time . But the bank deposit the cash (How it possible). And the bank give the statement to another people on the spot .Me go to bank today (05/04/2017) he sit to me in bank than me wait (2-3 hours) with 3 days(past) but the accountant not give statement and shout...

Me gopal agarwal i have a fd against od acount in your manu marg branch alwar (rajasthan) ac. np. [protected] in this acount intrest rate charge is differs.in this ac rate of intrest 8.80% but yo have charged 11.80% this is a not a good service by you. i told in branch in many time but no response. this rate of intrest is charged by 1-5-16 to 31-3-17. so kindely diposit diffrance amount in this acoount....

I shoud have received a refund of ruppes 158 which was refunded by paytm on 27 march 2017 whose reference number is 3001070877085210330213.

And another refund of ruppes 353.34 which i should receive on 31 of march 2017 but still get any refund in my account.

And regarding this problem when i visited my branch i. E modi collage branch, kota, rajasthan, the bank manager said that we are not responsible for this...

Respected sir, My online refund of RS 189 is said to be credited by Shopclues on 4th March 2017 they give me reference number of transaction.

The refund details are:
ShopClues Refund ID 10999872
Refund Reference Number (RRN):[protected].
but it's not credited in my account.
I also booked a complaint by mail to Shopclues but after 2 days I get a reply the complaint solved but it's not. So Please...

I Rekha Tiwari has a vehicle loan [protected] in k- block kidwai Nagar branch. Today approx 2 pm me and my mother went to the branch and Mr. Sanjay Nigam misbehaved with my mother(65 yrs.) with respect to the loan.
Therefore I request you to look into this matter and after this I don't want to be in contact with the branch.

Hi... i have done gas bill payment (CA no[protected] on 8th feb 2017.. bill amount was 220... as there was 20 rs available in freecharge wallet only i was suppose to pay only rs 200 to complete my payment... but they wrongly charge rs 20 n rs 300 for making bill payment... today i went bank n done enqury abt the same... they said talk with freecharge team... now freecharge team and bank is not agreeing that they have charge worng... even...

I had a purchase of mobile from amazone e commerce web site from 4th feb-2017 through bob debit card with the amount of rs-21, 014.31 with some additional product. But i m refuse the additional product of rs-1000. So amazone refund me of same amount on 7th feb-2017...
