I applied for Dmart IPO my money still shows as lien balance. I am not able to withdraw it until it converts in available balance. I visit branch several time. Email to complain I'd. Call on tall free number but no one gives proper response.

It's already more than 20 days.

Can anyone help me for this.

    I m rahul mandal s/o shri govind mandal belongs from kanjahariya, district-pilibhit, uttarpradesh, and i was applied a education loan application which was cancelled by the bank manager without any valid explanation that why i can not apply for this . Actually as i said that i m parmanent residence of kanjahariya, pilibhit uttarpradesh and i hv submitted my parents documents which shows that i m also belongs to that place but the bank manager was refused my application due to i m studying in delhi. And bank manager said i m not parmanent residence of above address. So please give me the solution and take action against the bank manager if i m right .

      I'm upload money in neteller but every time an issue raising .and also deposit by my card in Skrill account it one also doesn't accept my card..finally other banks while last page of trascration it doesn't ask password .But in my card/account rising an issue about the password.
      So kindly waiting for your response...
      Finally I hope u understand my problem solve the issue as soon as ...!

      .my name swapan guchait. Singur Branch.please catch this person any way to get back my money.

        One & half months ago I have opened my mother saving account with your bank While opening the account I have mentioned that I want a ATM card also Till now I didnt received the ATM card again I went to the concerned branch where the bank only three staff handing entire rush Approx30 people beacuse its my mother account & she is senior citizen i was request to one of your bank officer his name is Mrs Nidhi Shall be help she simply denie after long queue when came my turn I was asking why we not recive till now atm card she replied for The atm card Pen card is must i was also asked other options she denie after that we move outside from the bank
        last week i cross cheak with my one of friend he said threw form 60 you can apply for pen card I was really shocked because nobody inform me in the bank It is not possible to make all the payments through bank It is also very tedious for my mother beacuse she is approx 65 years old she cant stand entire day at bank I am a working and have other responsibilities too I do not have time to come to bank every time only to file a complaint or fill the application for ATM Card It is really very disappointing that bank is taking so much time for issue of ATM card I request you to look into the matter and solve as soon as possible or your bank staff dont have complete imformation

              Specially cashier of BOB Burari Branch are rude and lazy towards their work or they are incompetent.
              Please arrange a surprise visit here then you come to know what kind of terror is here, first they do don't seat on their on time then they start their pending or staff work first. Believe us they entertain their first customer around 11 o clock, By that queue goes very lengthy.

                A refund has been made by amazon on 23rd of March regarding a product which I have bought from the amazon. But the refund has not been received yet. Bank is saying no amount has been received by them. I've talked to them again and again but no response is coming. So i need to file a "charge dispute" on them, to get the full details. I need bank to resolve this issue as soon as possible or I'm gonna take some legal action.

                Hi, Several times I called to Bank for Please file charge dispute file to find my block money. But bank is not taking even my UTR given by sender to check the blocked money. I called on my branch No. 07554299936 Bank of Baroda, Arera colony Bhopal, (M.P.) I also mail to bank on [email protected] but I did not get any satisfactory feedback from bank. and as on date my amount has not received in my account. I have the UTR and transaction authetication code but bank is not doing anything for my blocked money

                  Sir twice i wrote to bank of baroda gandhi chowk .Jhunjhunu
                  rajasthan 333001 submitting pan card aadhar card copies to transfer my amount to sbi bank mumbai
                  first atleast tell me the amount i have in the account .Because it was very old account 1992, there is no 10 digit account no 20068 so i can't see online also .But they don't give any response since i am in mumbai
                  i can't see all the details

                  just do one more needful tell them to send account st starting from 2012 because once i tell them they will never do

                            Amazon refunded the amount of 5500 rs on 26th of march with authorization code 111549 and reference number 4897295491486419904061 but till now I didn't got amount into my account.
                            When I call customer care they are saying that amount is credited into ur account.
                            But it is not reflected in my account.
                            Useless customer care saying it will take 45 days to gets amount in my bank.

                            Not a single email from the bank about this. I used to call daily. I have raised 2 complaints regarding this through customer care. Finally today I got my money back.

                            I have called customer care executive atleast 15times regarding an issue but there is no one to take any calls. 24*7 customer care means that they must be available 24hrs for 7days a week! Very disappointed services from bank of baroda.

                              My complaint is pending from 17th March, 2017 and till date with the Forum and in Bank of Baroda, Wadala Branch from 6th December, 2016 and i am not received any feedback on any type of action that both have taken.

                              This process seems to be a non-ending process with no progress, which is giving me lot of mental strain and stress. It seems that my complaint/issue/problem is not been seriously taken up by any of the officials. Its really sad to say here that an international bank of such a high strata is not able to resolve its customers problems by bringing it to a successful conclusion. It is really surprising to note here that they are not able to find my records, wonder how the filing system is managed/arranged & how files are maintained.

But the bank deposit the cash (How it possible). And the bank give the statement to another people on the spot .Me go to bank today (05/04/2017) he sit to me in bank than me wait (2-3 hours) with 3 days(past) but the accountant not give statement and shout to me and misbehave with me .

[protected] in this acount intrest rate charge is differs.in this ac rate of intrest 8.80% but yo have charged 11.80% this is a not a good service by you. i told in branch in many time but no response. this rate of intrest is charged by 1-5-16 to 31-3-17. so kindely diposit diffrance amount in this acoount.

                                    I shoud have received a refund of ruppes 158 which was refunded by paytm on 27 march 2017 whose reference number is 3001070877085210330213.

                                    And another refund of ruppes 353.34 which i should receive on 31 of march 2017 but still get any refund in my account.

                                    And regarding this problem when i visited my branch i. E modi collage branch, kota, rajasthan, the bank manager said that we are not responsible for this and you will not recieve any of the refund in your account and also said that we are not responsible for your online transaction problems.

                                    O please resolve my problem as soon as possible.

But i have seen my passbook every month it was debit 275 Rs. From my account and Some of month it was Debit Two time same day, Date 1-3-2016, 1-5-2016 i have seen two time debit 276 From Account
