Manager not given entry in my passbook because I'm not his branch customer. But I'm am bob customer
I have complain for When First i was fill form for Pention Yojna Form by bank we received information Yearly i have paid 275 Rs. But i have seen my passbook every month it was debit 275 Rs. From my account and Some of month it was Debit Two time same day, Date 1-3-2016, 1-5-2016 i have seen two time debit 276 From Account
The manager said I have not authority to other branchies pass book entry.. I am bank of Baroda's account holder. My account. No. [protected].girgadhda.

Bank of Baroda. Sukan banglo Nikol branch manager. Who said this is my not authority. And I have give u a statement .this is chargeable. One page charge. 150 rupee
Please provice a Customer care number.. so i can call you.

      Respected sir, My online refund of RS 189 is said to be credited by Shopclues on 4th March 2017 they give me reference number of transaction.

I was open the account in[protected] and at the same time I applied for ATM card but I did not received ATM card yet.I visited so many times to the home branch of bank of Baroda but they always used to say 'NEXT WEEK' you will going to receive your ATM card.But till now its almost 3 months finished but I did not get the card.So please help me to come out through this situation as soon as possible.             I Rekha Tiwari has a vehicle loan [protected] in k- block kidwai Nagar branch. Today approx 2 pm me and my mother went to the branch and Mr. Sanjay Nigam misbehaved with my mother(65 yrs.) with respect to the loan.
            Therefore I request you to look into this matter and after this I don't want to be in contact with the branch.

              Hi... i have done gas bill payment (CA no[protected] on 8th feb 2017.. bill amount was 220... as there was 20 rs available in freecharge wallet only i was suppose to pay only rs 200 to complete my payment... but they wrongly charge rs 20 n rs 300 for making bill payment... today i went bank n done enqury abt the same... they said talk with freecharge team... now freecharge team and bank is not agreeing that they have charge worng... even i have send passbook detail for the same

                Respected sir/ madam,

                My name is vimal modi & i m a customer of bank of baroda from last 15 yrs. My complain is regarding my “refund not process”.

                I had a purchase of mobile from amazone e commerce web site from 4th feb-2017 through bob debit card with the amount of rs-21, 014.31 with some additional product. But i m refuse the additional product of rs-1000. So amazone refund me of same amount on 7th feb-2017 that time amazone & bob both had no issue about refund process. But when i m going for refund for rs-20, 014.31. That time amazone told me that when they received their product then after they are give my refund. On 14th feb-2017 they are received their product & on 5th march-2017 they confirmed your refund is approved & processed. On 8th march-2017 they mailed me that your refund is successfully done & give me transaction & reference no for confirmation & also told me if the amount not credited in your account with in 5 working days you can call your bank cust care no or bank branch and give the reference no for inquiry. When i call cust care they totally deny & told me we had not this type complain facilities. So you can go to your branch and talk to your branch manager.

                Now the main things start.

                When i go to branch & told to branch employees they told me what to do? Why are you purchase online? Who told you for purchase?

                Now branch manager surprised me and when he told me that when you are going for payment through bob card, we are not attend you because bob card is not in our duty & bob card is not a part of bank of baroda.

                After these i m going to h. O of bank of baroda at ghod dod road, surat in it dept. They rudely told me that wait 45 days from the transaction date.

                So i m requesting you to please explain me that when amount rs-1000 refund me that time your policy is other & when the amount of rs-20, 014.31 your policy is other.

                  I beg to say that i have booked 2 etickets of train on 9 feb2017 as below

                  Both of thesr tickets i have cancelled on 17 march2017 and according to irctc they have refunded money on 19 march 2017 confirm in my bank account no. [protected] but till today money is not refunded in my account
                  And also 67 rupees through paytm has
                  refunded on 14march 2017 which also not came in my a/c

                            I am a customer of bank ofboroda, barrackpore branch, west bengal. A/c no. [protected] and ifsc code : barb0barrac. Two visa debit card transaction of rs 500 were made by me on 20/03/2017 at 9.04 p. M. And 9.12 p. M. To load money at oxigen wallet. First transaction was failed but money debited from account. Till after completion of 8 days money of rs 500 not refunded.

                              Sir : I am having cash credit Account in Bank of Baroda, Tatabad branch, Coimbatore, Ac name MICRO TECH, Ac no :[protected]. I have been a regular customer of our co-branch NSR Road, Saibaba colony. Its nearest branch to me, I went to the bank on 27/3/2017 to get money just Rs.5000 by self cheque, our token no is 4 and cheque also pass, after half an hour, thereafter the banker told you don’t get cash from march 1 to march 31, you can cash withdrawal only at your main branch. I also approached the manager (saibabacolony) but he also replied the same. I don’t know what to do, our main branch is distance to me, then I went tatabad branch and I explain all above things but they told this is not rule, after that we withdrawal cash. I am also feeling very stress.
                              Moreover, delay in transactions, causes untold hardships to the customers. In fact, with no customers always I had to wait at the counter for half an hour to get my amount.
                              Therefore, I request you to look into the matter and take necessary steps.

                                      Hii. I am darshan. I want to do complain against junagadh district dolatapara area's bank of baroda's branch. I have given application for account transfer from student to regular saving. But nothing do any kind of solution for my request. So what can i do? Please solve my problem as soon as possible otherwise i will take legal action on your branch.

                                        I have taken a loan according to that loan which the interest charge should be 8% simple interest. But the loan manager himself changed it and made it 9.3% compound interest. and didnt even inform me that. When I asked the manager told me it is 8% only. I asked him to give a receipt but he didnt give me. After 3 months When I checked it I saw that it is 9.3% and then I spoke with the manager then he told me that yes it is 9.3%. I asked him to modify this. but he didnt listen and spoke very harshly to me and said I am not going to change this. I told him this is not going as per the rule still he didnt listen and said am not going to change and put down the phone. he is neither receiving my call nor replying me in watsap. THis kind of incompetent loan officer how can a bank recruit . I think this bank and Branch manager and the loan manager should be suspended. I tried to lodge complaint on the bank of baroda. It is not even given there. thats why this the fraud bank and looting its customer.
