Sir : I am having cash credit Account in Bank of Baroda, Tatabad branch, Coimbatore, Ac name MICRO TECH, Ac no :[protected]. I have been a regular customer of our co-branch NSR Road, Saibaba colony. Its nearest branch to me, I went to the bank on 27/3/2017 to get money just Rs.5000 by self cheque, our token no is 4 and cheque also pass, after half an hour, thereafter the banker told you don’t get cash from march 1 to march 31, you can cash withdrawal only at your main branch. I also approached the manager (saibabacolony) but he also replied the same. I don’t know what to do, our main branch is distance to me, then I went tatabad branch and I explain all above things but they told this is not rule, after that we withdrawal cash. I am also feeling very stress.
Moreover, delay in transactions, causes untold hardships to the customers. In fact, with no customers always I had to wait at the counter for half an hour to get my amount.
Therefore, I request you to look into the matter and take necessary steps.
