Bob kshetriye gramin bank, branch at narhar, rajasthan, is a very irresponsible branch of our area, and its staff conduct misbehavior with customers, and they use bad language with customers,
They misbehavior like they assume to self as a owner of the bank,
And required papers and form not provided by bank and they are say that we are not responsible for taking any papers,

Then we are requesting you that plz change the staff, because public is upset and sad.

    My name is vidhika and i had ordered cerave moisturizing cream 12oz of rs 2047 from amazon on 3 september 2020 and cancelled the order the same day cause ordered wrong product. On 5 september 2020, amazon initiated refund to my card but i still didn't get the money. Amazon provided me with refund reference number: 74766510251035312641458 and asked to contact the bank customer care which isn't present. My card number is [protected]. Please respond to this complaint. Thank you.

      Recently vijaya bank is merged with bank of baroda. Due to this my vijaya bank account was migrated to bank of baroda. I have to request for bank of baroda cheque book in order to give proof in all my neft transactions. Bank of baroda charged rs.89 as cheque book charges on my first cheque book. If i would have open new account with bob then they would have provided 2 cheque books of 15 leaf each free. Due to migration my account with bob is as good as new one only so i should get cheque book free. But bob is refusing to give free cheque book. Almost all vijaya bank account holders will request for new cheque book and you can imagine how much money will bob make from this.
      On bob site i checked for charges and no where it is mentioned that customer has to pay for first cheque book if bank merging take place. Please clarify for this as early as possible whether customer has to pay charges for first cheque book after merging of banks.

        My name is shashi kala and i had ordered redmi 8adual of 4049. Amount in amazon on 27/08/2020 and after i returned this order due to personal reason. And on 03/09/2020
        Amazon initiated the amount to my card but i still didn't get the money. Amazon sent this reference number 75503720247041975525118
        And told me to fill charge dispute form but indian bank doesn't have such policy. So
        Please kindly respond to this complaint it's very urgent.

          Sir our villge having one bank and it contains one cash deposit machine and ATM but both are not working expecially cash deposit machine we are getting a huge crowded people in the bank and the bank manager also not responding to this complaint, please solve our problem.

            I haven't been using net banking for 3-4 years.
            So i forgot id and password. I did recover my id and try to reset the password. The password successfully changed but when i try to log in it keeps saying your signon password has been expired even though i created new

                I am having my family's Mediclaim policy through bank of baroda Patparganj branch delhi 92 which due for renewal on 28 August .I made payment on 24august my account was debited the renewal amount on 25 August .I am not getting my renewed policy also visiting several times to branch and concerned person but all in vain.

                      Hi team,

                      As per the subject matter, i have account in vijaya bank which was created approx 3yrs before. Bearing account number: [protected]/ [protected].

                      Small brief:
                      My savings account number is [protected]/ [protected]
                      I have taken gold loan for rs 3, 00, 000/- and it's account number is [protected]

                      Below are the latest transactions i have made:

                      1. Rs 3, 00, 000/- deposited to savings account (From gold loan in my name bearing account number: [protected])

                      2. Rs 1, 99, 000/- deposited via cash

                      3. Withdrawal of rs 4, 91, 621/- via check (For the closure of car loan taken from bob bank)

                      There where no transactions done from my side further. And all the above 3 transactions were done on 19/6/2020 and 20/6/2020

                      Kindly let me know what should be my current balance in my account.

                      As per my understanding my account balance may be around rs 7379/- (Excluding interest).

                      When i verified the same with parent vijaya bank branch in tumkur, bank claimed that my account balance is rs 0/-. Further branch informed me that rs 5333/- was debited for loan recovery + interest on the same.

                      I have opened this gold loan account on 20/6/2020. But how come there is such a huge interest for just 10 to 15 days.? Also, i have never made a request to deduct money for principal amount of gold loan.

                      Note:
                      Current account balance of accounts as per bank's update:
                      1. Savings account - [protected]/ [protected] : rs 0/-
                      2. Gold loan account - [protected] : rs 2, 94, 667/-

                      All the above have been brought to the notice of parent vijaya bank branch in tumkur orally. (On july 9th 2020)

                      Also, there is no mobile number linked to my account but still you are deducting money for every 3 months.

                      Same mismatch has been happend for other 2 family members accounts. (Will communicate this to you all in different mail thread once this issue is fixed).

                      Kindly let me know why this mismatch happens and let me know how long will you take to fix this issue. Also let me know if you really need another data from my end.

                        I have done an transaction of rupees 20000 by phone pay on 1 Sept at 12.40 pm. Transactions status is still pending and my amount has been deducted at same time from my account. It's not reflecting in receivers account also nd still I didn't get my money back to my account.
                        I have complained to phone pay nd bank of baroda also but there I didn't get any resolutions or satisfied reply by bank nd customer care.

                        I request you to focus and resolve my complain as soon as possible.

                        I got an mail from your side that my complain has been resolved... but actually it's not.

                        I didn't get my money back yet. I visited my bank of baroda but the are still asking for wait till 30th Sept. This isn't good. I want my money back right now or tomorrow that's why I complained here.

                          Bank of baroda bank deduct lien charges without any reason in one day 09/09/2020 35 time. Bank have already deduct lien charges lumsum amount 10000 in my account.
                          So please chek my problem why bank deduct lien charges.
                          Please refund my deducted charges.in this condition i am suffering from financial problem my account not deduct any installment my bank deposite amount deduct by bank lien charges.
                          So as soon as solve my problem.

                              A refund was made by myntra to my bob account tje amount is not yet showing in my account. Myntra has also provided the arn for the amount they have refunded.

                              My another amount of rs 4879 has been credied by upi mode and then suddenly my amount gets deducted automatically on its own and no reason has been given regarding. Now this amount is nowhere known not even has been returned to the sender also.

                              This is something fradulent and on which banking department and the customer support is not giving the answer.

                                Subject: fraudulent transaction complaint in account number [protected]

                                This letter is in regard to the message i received on[protected] stating that my account was debited by rs.64898 (Amount) from my account a/c:[protected]

                                I want to draw your attention to the incident that happened before the said transaction message. On[protected] i had received debited message rs 24858, rs 15000, rs 25000 total rs 650000 message from bank

                                To my next breath, i realized transaction/ cash withdrawal was made from my account (Give the details). It was quite obvious by now that i had been cheated and hence i lodged the complaint with cyber cell and investigations are still on.

                                I am attaching the screenshot of the message received so that you can be sure and check if the action has been initiated by any of your account holders.

                                Please let me know further steps to protect my account in the future.

                                Also, let me know if there is a possibility to recover my hard-earned savings.

                                      I Carol Santos Vaz went to the IndusInd ATM for withdrawal of Cash. I input the Amount, but suddenly the electricity went off. My Account was debited of Rs 5000/- but the cash was not dispensed from the ATM machine.

                                        I and my husband had a home loan in vijaya bank since 2016.. And till 2020 may we did not face any problem.. Now that vijaya bank is bank of baroda my bank account is transferred to bank of baroda..

                                        And then the problem started.. Every month they deduct emi and add some lien amount to in my account.. However i go to bank and solve it.. Again next month same problem.. Then they said i have to pay 58000 amount which is loan moratorium i paid it.. Again this month same thing happened it's still showing lien amount.. Even bank people do not know why it is happening..
